    I am so thankful I came across Bath Worx today. My parents are elderly and they had a pipe fail under the house causing them to loose water. Roy responded to my call for help and was there within the hour. He was quick and efficient and had the pipe fixed and water back on in no time. Can’t express my gratitude enough and definitely will use his services again and will be recommending him.

    Had a water leak that I originally believed was due to water heater. Got that replaced yesterday but leak persisted. Called today and Roy came to save the day.     Roy and his two assistants did an amazing job removing and replacing our upstairs bathroom bathtub/shower surround. They were very polite, professional and respectful. Roy kept us informed of their progress from beginning to end. Before the project began, Roy sat down with us and discussed what we wanted done and then laid out all our available options. He provided us with a written estimate the following day. His attention to detail went over and above our expectations. He even took off some of the costs because I am a military veteran. I will gladly refer others to use Bath Worxs services.

    Roy was an absolute delight and pro from Day One. We were replacing a claw-footed standalone bath tub with a deep whirlpool tub in the master bathroom, as well as replacing the two sinks and countertop. The job included new tile and construction of a half wall, too. Before any work began, Roy triple-checked his measurements and detailed the plan & schedule.He and his team worked SO NEATLY!!! It was truly amazing and wonderful! They placed sheets down to minimize dust tracking through the house and kept the bathroom door closed—so thoughtful. They truly treated our home as if it was their own.We would not hesitate to ask Roy and Bath Worxs Plumbing to return whenever we need to update fixtures in our kitchen or bathrooms, or require anything done within their area of expertise. We feel fortunate to have found such a master craftsman in Roy and the team of great professionals he knows and partners with. Can’t rave enough about them!

    Very professional and fast. He had to take a shelf down to get to my water heater and he came back a couple days later to make sure nothing was leaking and put the shelf back up for me. I would highly recommend this company

    Roy was awesome to work with! He has done the plumbing for two bathroom remodels for us, and came first thing in the morning when we had a tub faucet that wouldn’t shut off. Great communication, very professional, and reasonably priced. We have another bathroom remodel coming up and we’ll be calling him for sure!

    Roy came out on Christmas morning when we had 5 busted water pipes. We had no water and he saved our Christmas ! He has been a blessing to our family. He was the only one who would come out in an emergency and took care of the job and came back the next day when we had another issue. I recommend them for any job.     I cant say enough amazing things about Roy - both as a person and a plumber. I had experienced a severe underground leak and found myself suddenly without water. Roy showed up the same day I contacted him, assessed the issue, and gave me a workable solution immediately. After that, he showed up every day on time and did exceptional work resolving my problem. He even helped with smaller tasks that had been on my to-do list for forever that I was finally able to address with his help.     I discovered a leak had been occurring behind the wall of where I was going to have a washer and dryer installed. His reviews were accurate on time, professional and informative. Was able to also fix an issue with no hot water in a bathroom due to a scalding ring used to avoid accidental burning of children. No children in this home and it was not allowing me to use that shower. He also accepted payment via Cash app. I was able to avoid further damage to my walls and enjoy a hot shower! Highly recommend his service!

    Bath Worxs replaced my shower in my master bath. The new solid surface walls and base they installed looks better than I imagined. They also noticed my water heater was leaking so I had them replace it. Overall the experience with this company is over the top. I will definitely use them again.

    Bath Worxs did a full bath remodel for me in my master bathroom. I had other estimates from the big bath remodeling companies you see on tv.I really liked Roys presentation and his patience in helping me to visualize the details of my new bathroom.He explained the process to me from start to finish.I decided on a new vanity top that match my shower walls ,LVT flooring and I decided to go with the white wavy tile wall option for my shower. Everything turned out better than I could of imagined. I have a beautiful modern bathroom now thanks to Bath Worxs. The bonus was BW was $2,500 cheaper than the other estimates and honestly I think the products are better quality. Im already thinking about my other bathroom and this company is definitely going to get the job !Thanks Roy !

    Roy is a great guy. Very professional and explained the scope of work upfront with no hiding fee. Hired him a couple of months ago to replace the Quest pipes for the whole house and it was a job.     The reviews did not disappoint! Was in need of a bathtub leak repair and was so impressed with the prompt scheduling, professionalism and overall customer service Roy and his assistant gave. The financial burden of any repair can stressful, but I must say it makes a big difference when a business owner or his employees show up on a Saturday with friendly attitudes. So often homeowners open the door to Repair Companies that give blank expressions and dry personalities, not the case with Roy and his Teammate! They were quick to assess the problem and make the repair. The most pleasing thing about the visit was in the end as Roy went over their work with me and I had a question regarding a concern about some previous cracking I had noticed at bottom of the tub… Roy had already noticed and already made a note on my receipt, even suggesting a DIY repair kit to save money. That says a lot about his attention to detail and care for issues that may arise in the future. Such a pleasure doing business with Bath Worxs Plumbing! Not that anyone wants to have to have repairs, but in the future when we do we know who we’ll be calling! Thank you Roy!

    This is John Peterson with Peterson Construction in New Bern. I don’t have a Google account so I’m using my girlfriend’s. She is the one who recommended Roy to me for my construction jobs. I’ve been using him ever since then. I do a lot of remodels on historic homes and sometimes the plumbing can be tricky, but Roy has had no problems with any work I have needed him to do. I highly recommend him.

    I had Roy come out to quote removing old and installing a new glass shower door and some other work, and asked if it could be done in January. He quickly agreed and scheduled work the first week in January and the shower door and new curb look fantastic. Highly recommend this company!
