    Dan is a Super Nice Guy, very professional and reasonably priced for his services.He showed up when he said he would and right on time. Cleans up after himself. I had him install 2 ceiling fans for me. I would highly recommend him for any Handyman Services you need to have done.

    AMS is incredible! We recently remodeled a home built in 1875 and AMS worked diligently to restore our dream home. I was given an estimate on price and the timeline to complete the work and both were met and even exceeded. They even went above and beyond and removed some junk for me at no extra cost.     Cant say enough good things about Athens Maintenance Solutions! Andrew was able to get me scheduled for a work estimate within 24hrs of reaching out to them. During the estimate they took the time to explain what work needed to be done in order to solve issues discovered during a home inspection. Josh & his team arrived on time, provided excellent service, and were even able to complete an extra maintenance task for me. I would recommend using them for any maintenance issues around the house.

    I have now had AMS paint the exterior of the house I live in, do extensive interior renovations on a rental property I own, and respond within an hour of my call when a hot water heater went out at my rental house, and in all of my dealings with Andrew Baker and his crew the work has been done with care, precision, and expertise. Their communications are quick and clear -- using phone, text, and email, depending on the technical comfort level and preferences of the customer -- and their approach is highly professional -- but with a nice touch of friendly Southern style. On pricing, Ive had other estimates done on the projects for which I ultimately used AMS and found that Andrew was right on the money. Need I say more? At 65, Ive used a whole bunch of contractors in my life, but I dont intend to look any further than AMS. These guys are the best.

    My guy’s name was Hank. He was young, on time, efficient, polite, and kind to this old lady and her two animals. He also cleaned up at the end so that you couldn’t see where he’d walked with his Sheetrock-covered shoes.He tore out a space in the ceiling, fixed what was broken above, and then sheet rocked, puttied, and painted the part of the ceiling replaced with a paint he picked that matched the rest so well that you cannot see any difference.I can see Hank being the foreman of a job crew and some day maybe even having his own business. This experience was great. Thank you.

    Matthew and Alex were great painters. Very nice and efficient. I highly recommend them. However, there were some communication issues with the guy from AMS. The quality of work and pleasant attitudes of both Matthew and Alex over shadowed this though and all was made right.

The team leader that worked with me communicated each days mission and his team did not waste time. They worked quickly, professionally, proficiently, took out the trash, vacuumed and swept. I wish I had before and after pictures!! I felt like the price was fair, reasonable, and lower than anyone else would have quoted me. I could not believe how knowledgeable and skilled the team leader was about the paint that had been used previously and what needed to be done or used to get the best result. I was impressed with the quality of service and level of communication, flexibility, and hard work these men put forth to make my house everything I wanted it to be.
