    Highly recommended! We had a great experience, from the gals that take the calls in the office to the gentleman that came to replace our toilet. He was able to come earlier than expected and was very pleasant and worked very efficiently. A very happy customer!

    We had Herr Plumbing do some work at our house yesterday. They showed up when they said they would be there. The young man that did the work was very polite, professional and did a fantastic job.We have a 6 month old and he even apologized to my fiancΓ© for making so much noise (he had to cut some pipes). We didn’t mind the noise and knew that it was necessary. I own a business myself and was very impressed! He cleaned up when he was done and even shut the window. The devil is in the details!!I would highly recommend Herr Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional company that does great work!!

    I had a great experience with Herr Plumbing. When my water heater gave out and started leaking, they were able to come out the same day and replace it. I first called my usual plumbing and heating company and they tried to charge me $1200 to replace it, which is ridiculously overpriced. Herr did it for half the price and on the same day. I highly recommend this company.

    Ive used Herr several times, and each time it is a wonderful experience. They are always prompt, courteous, skillful, and cost conscious on the clients behalf. They entirely re-plumbed my house in less than a day, quietly going about their business. I would recommend them to anyone with any job.

    Herr has been working on our Urbandale remodel/update for 4 straight days. The team shows up at 7am and leaves after 5pm, working until the job is done. There have been some challenges and problems with our pipes, but they are doing everything they can to us money and assure no problems in the future. They are polite, organized, respectful and highly professional. Recommended!!!

    We bought a water softener from Lowes and had them install it...Herr Plumbing showed up with the water softener and stated that they (Herr Plumbing) were a sub-contractor for them....nice person, softener in, cleaned up and gone (BTW, they discovered old softener/loop wasnt hooked up as well as should have been for optimum usage, fixed that w/o additional charges) THEN, the softer went through its 1st cycle that night AND NEVER TURNED OFF!!! I called Herr the next day and the owner came out within an hour...sd. hed never seen anything like that before but said he would get it replaced and talk with Lowes and not to worry...and a new replacement came and was installed within a couple days. EXCELLENT! Needless to say, I have used them since......so when we discovered that our kitchen sink drain pipe that exited out of our basement wall (50s house formerly on septic) had broken somewhere and was now draining behind our foundation wall and seeping in the basement (who knows how long it had been going on...we smelled it for sometime but didnt know where it could possibly be coming form)....yes panic , but Herr came over and came up with a BRILLIANT solution that SAVED US $1000s of dollars!?! Could have done it another way and dug up the yard, but thought it through...and (again) SAVED US SERIOUS $$! .....You know, if you find somebody reliable and fair, no matter what business, you stick with them and are relieved to know they have your back as they truly CARE about their customers...so Herr is the ONLY plumber I would call, refer, or consider....Thx Herr! PS. Peggy the scheduler is the BEST, talks you through and gets them over!
