    The men doing the work were very friendly and timely. Always kept us up to date on what they were doing. Very pleased with them. The person that bid our job made it seem like our problem was worse than what it was (expected when they are trying to get your business). Didn’t communicate very well after we signed and had questions.

    Roger with Anchored Walls was absolutely fantastic! He was warm, personable, knowledgeable, and very down to earth. He spent a lot of time listening to our concerns about our radon/mold issue in our turn of the century house. The prices he presented were reasonable and in line with other companies. I highly recommend Roger. I also decided to go with another company, and here is why. The estimate that Anchored Walls sent me - via automation - is extremely hard to understand. The estimate is laid out in a less than optimum way - it is not target/consumer friendly, in my view. If the consumer doesnt get it, then the amazing efforts of everyone on the AW team are diminished. That is why I share this feedback publicly - as I did privately with Roger. I know that very smart people at Anchored Walls will turn this pain into power. Youve got this!

    Anchored Walls leveled our concrete porch, and put five retainers in the basement to stop movement caused by water. Highly professional. very experienced.     We were in need of repairing two basement walls that were bowing. Anchored walls gave excellent service through the whole process from the estimate, scheduling, and repairing the walls. Brad and Clint were very professional and provided excellent service willing to answer any questions we may have as they worked the three days at our house. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the cost would be much less than we expected! We are very pleased with the service and the results! We would not hesitate to call them again or recommend to our family and friends!

    Very professional and they did a great job throughout the entire project. It has been very wet here all spring and they did a remarkable job not destroying my yard anymore than was necessary to do. Also, didnt know what to expect with the bill. It was exactly what was quoted to me! This almost never happens with companies that I work with on construction projects.     The crew that came to our home was very professional, polite, respectful of us and our home. The two-man team worked together well and got everything done in a timely manner. They kept their work area clean and amazingly kept the dust minimal. Each night they made sure their tools and materials were out of our way and the job site was cleaned up. When digging the trench outside they even kept the sod intact as much as possible to replace it. Dustin was the foreman on the job and did a very good job at answering our questions and communicating exactly what was going to take place.Anchored Walls, Corey Utsler, we are very pleased with the waterproofing you did at our home. I would highly recommend Anchored Walls to do this type of job.

    This is a 6 star company!! Wanted my foundation checked out as I had some concerns. They scheduled me within a few days and came out on time. They listened to my concerns and assessed my house. They provided me information and said it was good I was paying attention to my foundation. They determined there wasnt any major concerns and gave me a few things to keep an eye on. They do not sell you things you dont need!! I was willing to pay a service fee for their time and knowledge but they said they do free estimates! I couldnt be happier with this company and the good news they gave me.

    The crew arrived at about 8:00 a.m. to stabilize my garage wall, which they thought would take about a half day. They ran into unexpected problems under my garage floor and although it was extremely warm, they continued and finished the job at 8 p.m. Even with that they had cleaned up before they left.They did a great job and I appreciated that they were willing to finish as I had arranged for another crew to come to build a deck in that area the next day.     We had Anchored Walls come and add drainage tiles in our basement to help keep it dry in heavy rain storms.The workers did a great job making sure things were done well and that the work area was kept as clean as possible.We havent had any large rain storms to test out the new system yet, but everything seemed quality (the materials used and the work done).

    We had used anchored walls in the past with excellent results ! When there was a need in a different area of our house they came and helped us again We were so impressed with the team sent to our home.     They are a good company. They were not the lowest bid, but I appreciated that the sales person told me our pump and pit were in great shape. Although he gave us the option of just replacing the old pump he also said we did not have to at this time. We opted not to. We had a battery back up installed and a new lid to seal the pit and had the line buried with an ice guard feature so if the line freezes it will still let water out. The workman was Kyle and he was very polite and professional and cleaned up after himself. I also asked him about a downspout on the front of our garage and he took a look and told us that if we have any problems they could help us with that as well. No problems so far and I think we will be in good shape. Thank you!

    Mark came in to do an estimate for installing draining under the basement floor. This was not going to be cheap; but, I expected that. The crew was scheduled for the install. I had to push that back twice; the office was very understanding and worked around my schedule. Once the crew came in for the repair, they found that the leak was actually from a wall and not from the floor. They made the repair as needed and the cost was reduced by thousands of dollars. The installers carefully explained the changes and what exactly was being done. Not that Im hoping for another wet basement; but, if it happens, Anchored Walls in on speed dial.

    Had a constantly flooding crawl space due to the slope of the lot. They got the foundation drainage dealt with and put in a great sump pump that handles the volume. Because of the grade they sent the water to a bubbler. This did not work out so they came out and got us connected into the city storm sewer. Solved the entire problem. The work was great, professional and left no mess. Will use again when needed at other properties.

    An addition at the rear of our house settled due to inadequate concrete footings. Anchored walls came and installed metal rods 12 to 15 feet deep in the ground to level and stabilize the room. Other contractors approach was way more intrusive - removing windows and flooring to get access. Anchored Walls did all the work from outside.
