Working with Zach and Impact Electric was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor in my life! I called Zach to get a quote to replace my electrical panel and he responded immediately and explained the whole process in depth. I also needed the work done quickly due to the fact that my insurance was going to drop me if I didnt replace the panel. He coordinated and set up everything from getting in touch with Duke energy and submitting the permits within one business day. Zach and his team came by and were very pleasant and got the job done with barely any interruption to my day. I can not thank them enough and would recommend them to anybody that needs electrical work done! -

They say, you get what you pay for. Well Impact was worth it. They are not inexpensive but if youre looking for the best quality product installed by the most professional crew, then they are the one to go with! Impacts crew was extremely respectful, honest, friendly, and professional. They rewired our entire home and changed out panels. I was nervous spending that kind of money but when the County inspecror says, you hired one of the best companies and they installed one hell of protection system, I felt better about my investment. They even went above and beyond by paying attention to detail and installed some needed items that hadnt been proposed, without additional cost. Impact is now on my speed dial for any additional future electrical needs but after the job they did, I shouldnt have to call them. Impact can be trusted and should be hired! -

Great job by Zach and his team in fitting energy sensors to our fuse box so we can manage our electricity more closely. With price increases coming down the line - we want to move to solar so Jared Bench recommended Zach Edler to come and fit the sensors. By doing this we will be able to figure out the amount of electricity each appliance is using and then Jared can estimate the size of panels to fit on the roof. All makes good logical sense in a State full of sunhine! -

Zach and his team have done couple jobs out in our home and they have been AMAZING. But I really Want to talk about his integrity and his work ethic. I called him Friday night with an emergency thinking my home was the problem, once he Heard what was going on he immediately knew it was a duke problem. Not only did he called duke for us but when the linemen arrive Zach was right…. It was a duke problem!!I know Any other company would’ve come out here just to charge a fee to tell me the same thing but not Zach he is an honest man who just wanted to send help our way. I know God will continue to bless his business because his work ethic is impeccable -
