Carlos is experienced, skilled, and..most importantly...really cares about the quality of his work. Hes fully invested in his projects. He personally appears whenever there are problems, with a can-do attitude. We love our Posada remodel. Highly recommended!!

I completed a new home with Posada Custom Homes in 2017, and I can honestly say the experience was TRULY AMAZING!!! I LOVE MY HOME! I would build again with Posada Custom Homes in a heartbeat!! Carlos and his team were such a joy to work with throughout the process, from initial designs to move in day. When the process ended, we were all sad that we would not be having our regular weekly meeting to discuss the project. Carlos is such a caring, creative, and trustworthy individual. This permeates the culture of his business. I do believe anyone would be hard pressed to find an Orlando builder with a better reputation. Look around and you will see!As to the quality and care of Posada Custom Homes, they are extremely professional, managing budgets and details to a tee. Carlos has so many great ideas, he is truly a creative genius in the world of custom home construction. Our home had some creative challenges, and the team really pulled through making it happen. All the while, they present true heart and soul about the process of building your custom dream home. This is a big endeavor to undertake, and I can not recommend this company any higher!!! TRULY OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carlos is an amazing human being and contractor. He loves his work and it shows beautifully in his creations. I toured several of his homes and was impressed by the quality and enjoy his delight in special touches he adds to make the project a show stopper. His professionalism and appreciation of your needs couldnt be better.We couldnt be happier with our home.

I have seen this man work after hours at night. Helping a client moving in getting her shelves adjusted in the custom cabinets in her new house. I also maintenance lots of homes in Winter Park and from new to older homes he has built are better then any other builders in Winter Park!
