Technician Julio Gonzales came out today and quickly diagnosed that our compressor was not functioning properly. He explained everything very clearly and was very professional. He and the office staff were able to get another compressor and had another tech Brian bring it over. They worked on the unit together and had it back up running within a few hours. I have been very pleased dealing with Strada Services as a company.

Cody Thompson and Hector Isabel came out to my house today to replace several faulty Eaton breakers. They arrived on time (at the beginning of their estimated window too!), worked efficiently and were very pleasant to talk to. They even went above and beyond to fix a few extra breakers for me from what they had in their truck because I hadn’t ordered enough replacements from Eaton. I’m more than satisfied with their service today and can’t thank them enough!

I had an outlet installed on my lanai by Strada services. Andy and Colby were very professional and kept me apprised of the work they were doing. They cleaned up afterwards and went thru my invoice with me so I knew exactly what I was paying for. They answered all of my questions. They were a delight to work with. We had at our new house a lot of new lights and fans to be installed. After speaking to their sales manager, we decided due to the response and professional approach to proceed with Strada Electric.Work was scheduled within a week and the team coming to do all the tasks did an excellent job. John, Kevin and Justin were very professional, knew exactly what to do and did the job professional and in time. What was the best, was their additional flexibility and support. During the usual work we had quiet some additional points/ tasks to be done. They did it with giving us great suggestions and fixed all to our full satisfaction. Will use them definitely again next time!

I was very impressed at the knowledge and how she explained everything to me was very professional answered all my questions didnt give me the run around of being transferred to every possible department like other companies have done in the past.. Paul and Pedro came to our home today to look at an outlet that was tripping a breaker, as well as an issue we were having with lights flickering throughout the house. They arrived several hours ahead of our scheduled time (YAY!) and were very kind and courteous. Paul provided lots of helpful information, which I appreciated so much since we are new to the home. Gentleman named Manny came out to help today and he was in here immediately putting in great work. Had to have 2 breakers replaced, a 30amp installed, and a 240v outlet installed and he got it all done for the original quote and professionally done as all get out. Have used strada twice now and will continue to do so.
