    We love Window World!! They replaced our windows 15+ years ago and just recently put new vinyl siding on our whole house. Work crew was polite and worked very quickly. Workmanship is great! WW is by far the best quality and most affordable in our area.

    Window World installed 17 windows plus a bay window. It took several weeks to receive the order and installation took two days. We are so satisfied that we will be placing an order for a new entry door. The first photo is the bay window before and the one with dark trim is after. Rick offered ideas about changing the trim to add accent colors to bring out colors in roof. Rick will be quoting the new door as well.

    Master window installer Robert and his father Victor showed up at 9:15am to install nine double-walled, gas-filled windows on three sides of the house. There was a very narrow space between a long line of azalea bushes and the wall. They navigated this with no damage to the bushes whatsoever. They installed all windows, sealed them, cleaned them, vacuumed up the detritus, and completed the outside insulation and external facings in under five hours, signed and sealed by 2:45pm. It was a pleasure watching Roberts efficiency. Not a wasted motion, absolutely no downtime. Victor was delightful and thorough. These two men knew exactly what they were doing and Window World has supplied a master product. I have so much light inside the condo now, but no one can see in from the outside. It looks fantastic and it has made a real difference in the way the inside of the condo feels in terms of warmth in winter. I know the same thing will happen in the summer with the coolness.     Beyond grateful and thankful for the WW crew!We are in process of new construction at our home and contracted with another window company; short of the sad story is we were sold and received a subpar product and a product we did not want/agree too. We discussed the issues with NoName company and explained the windows received and installed were not in line with what we were sold; 6 months later and after many rounds with NoName company we had enough. We did some research, called a few other window companies and of the (7) companies only THREE were willing to come out and hear/see our predicament.We chose to move forward with Chuck and his team at Window World. Boy am I glad we did! Night and day process from start to finish; Chuck S. triple checked all his measurements and notes, he made sure we fully understood that we were and ARE a valued customer.Our windows came in sooner than expected (YAY), the installers were scheduled within the week, and the install was completed same day! **15 windows to remove with care and 15 new WW windows to install**Roberto and Julio were fabulous; addressed any issues or questions before getting started, respectful of our property, cleaned up all installation scrap materials, and completed a walk through to ensure we were happy before leaving.The quality of our WW windows is leaps and bounds over NoName company!!! And Ill say this, they dont just stand by their windows...they really do stand on them!We are so happy with the outcome and blessed by the WW team, their customer service, and product; THANK YOU! Thank you for jumping in the middle with us between a rock and hard place with NoName company and assisting us, so we can move forward with our home construction! We will be calling Window World again soon!

    We had a very positive experience with Window World. We went with this company on a recommendation from friends. Their bid was very competitive and was right in our budget for windows, siding, and doors.Michael Mickey was our sales representative. He did a fantastic job with the product presentation.     Chris did a great job coming out helping us decide on new windows. No pressure. We actually called him to come back and measure all the windows- we were only going to replace the front of the house… he showed me different style windows and we made our selection …. The installers - Juan and Jorge worked very hard. Kept the area clean and answered any questions. They installed 21 windows in a day and half. VERY PLEASED!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Window World replaced my roof and replaced one of my back doors. They turned the back door into a bay window and resided that area of my house. They did such a great job, I highly recommend them!!Rick, our salesman made the entire process simple and stress free. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient and detail oriented.     Hired Window World to replace all the windows and 2 outside doors in our house that were over 30 years old, and they did a great job. Were competitive on price and the windows installed are great. Had multiple sizes and types of windows, and was happy that they all arrived correctly and were able to be installed in one day, which I was impressed with for such a large job. The sales person and the installation crew were all very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was somewhat of a negative was that it took about 8 weeks for them to get all the windows in, but again with a job as large as ours and the current supply chain situation, is understandable. We were not in a hurry so was better to wait for the right stuff. We will be replacing our front door with window world in the future as well, after we finish a few other projects first, so would definitely recommend them.

    Window World did an excellent job on installing 26 windows, 2 doors plus storm doors, wrapping eaves and putting up new gutters and leaf guards. When we first contacted Window World and the sales rep came to the house, he was very personable and informative. Jack showed us samples of the two windows we were most interested in and answered all questions and concerns we had. He got back with his quote quickly. When we accepted he gave us a proposed date that the windows would arrive and be installed. The crews who came to do the installations were friendly and courteous and did an amazing job. We are very satisfied with our choice of Window World. I highly recommend them.

    When we first started thinking about new windows for our home, we were overwhelmed with the many options. I researched some companies online and I started to ask my colleagues at work.     I had them come out about a little over a year ago and install windows in my house. I wanted to wait to do a review so I could be as honest as I could be. Starting off the gentleman who came out and did the quote was nice and very informative. He was also patient and gave us time to think over the quote. We did shop around, but window world was actually cheaper then other quotes we got and offered the best warranty. It took about 2 months before they could come out due to being busy which was fine for us because we were not in any hurry. The installer, who had been in the business with window world for many years, came out and was super professional. He was respectful to our home and me being a DIY person he took the time to show/explain how to remove a old window and install a new one which is good info to have for the future. The real art is in the flashing work done at the end. That alone is worth the cost of having them installed by a pro. So, after a year we have had 0 issues with these windows. They are strong, durable, and insulated very well. Window world really has top notch windows and they do top notch work. We are very happy with the purchase and I will be using them again very soon for more windows in our home.

    I absolutely had a great experience with Window World. From the no pressure salesman to finished install, everything was awesome. I was able to get period appropriate windows for my Craftsman bungalow. The difference in road noise is amazing. The installer was super nice and efficient especially since I have some issues due to settling. They even tackled the window sitting off square where the foundation is sinking. I highly recommend this company.

    Window World did a great job replacing two doors and a window. There were some problems that were pointed out by the installer during install. I was contacted the same day by WW and appointments were made to replace all issues. The installers were here right on time, do a great job installing the doors and window, worked the amount of time that was quoted, and cleaned up afterwards. The window and doors have exceeded my expectations in quality and beauty. They have changed the whole appearance of my house.     We replaced every window in the house back in 2010 with Window World windows. Great quality, good price. Just had the first issue, 9 years later: a mover damaged the mechanism in the window frame that counterbalances a window. Dean from their service department came out and fixed it, under warranty, in 10 minutes. They clearly stand by their products. Fast, professional, and polite.

    We were referred by friends to WWofT. Their pricing was fair. To be honest, they had a better range of prices than others we checked with and while I found a better price from a guy and a truck, I wasnt sure that the job would be done within a week or even a month. So, we went with Window World. Our contact was Jack Guiler and this dude was awesome! He answered a ton of our questions, guided us to our options and didnt sell us, just left it up to us to make a decision. Windows came in and were installed in 1 day (19 windows)!!!!!!!! We opted for the financing and after about 15 months, we had an issue and Window World and Jack specifically went to bat to help us. Overboard, above and beyond is how I would describe my experience, especially after the install. They could have just said theres nothing we can do, but they did and I REALLY appreciate it. Dont forget the windows have a lifetime warranty! I send everyone to Jack and Window World!!

    This project was the second time I have used Window World for replacement windows. I have been very happy with results from BOTH jobs. Latest job was on my personal residence and I have nothing but praise for the company and crew. The only minor negative was a COVID related holdup on the production of the window units.     When you find a local business that has a quality product and backs it with a guarantee, it’s worth your hard-earned money to give that business a try. Before using Window World, we replaced a window with a company that advertised their guarantee and the quality of their product. It was more expensive and a couple of years later, the salesman tried to pressure us into buying more windows.Instead of using them, we tried Window World. For six years, we never received a call to pressure us into buying additional windows. In that sixth year, one of their windows that we bought needed to be replaced. Their customer service was wonderful. The young lady verified our info and ordered the window during my initial call. The window was replaced for free without the hassle of going through red tape! Window World does stand on their word!

    Installation team was great! Ran into an issue (proved to be user error on my part) a couple of weeks after the installation was complete.     I would like to place a review for window world. My first experience with window world was back in the early 2000s. I replaced every window in my home for under $1500. Those windows looked amazing and improved the cooling and heating within the house. Those windows are still going strong today.I have since sold my home to my nephew and I am replacing windows in my current home. I can’t tell you how pleased I am. They have helped me many times since my first experience and I have always been satisfied.     A wonderful experience in replacing 21 windows. Timing was exactly as promised. The job was a bit involved removing and installing paladium windows, etc. but was handled very meticulously and professionally - never hurriedly nor carelessly. I have only positive things to say and Im very pleased with the product, customer service, and price.I had 11 windows to replace in this house. I had them replaced in groups of 3-4, so installers were out 3 times. Every installer was courteous and professional. They always do a great job cleaning up (very few pieces of glass found. Lets be realistic, windows break sometimes, especially old ones. Its not a big deal to run the vacuum after they leave.)They also show you how to use all of the features on the windows.I recommend Window World to anyone I know!

    We had windows, entry door and Storm door, vinyl siding, and gutters installed. All of the installation crews were courteous, experienced and always on time. They did a fantastic job. We are completely satisfied with everything. We highly recommend Window World for any exterior remodeling needs! Great people!

    Jack and his team at window works have done a great job for us. We’ve hired them twice now and couldn’t be happier with our windows and now doors. The people who work for WW are personable and professional. Highly recommend.

    I was happy with the windows but not with the timing. I ordered the windows in January and was promised that I would get them in May but did not get them until July. I asked for a discount because it was so late but I never got an answer. But again I was please with the windows. Thanks

    I usually dont leave reviews, but I really had to on WW!!!1st I started w/the salesman (cant remember his name) Very Professional, Very Knowledgeable!!!2nd I spoke w/Stephanie Extremely Pleasant, Very helpful, and attentive!!!3rd I spoke w/Sara in finance, I had planned to just pay off the remaining balance when the windows were in, but the bathroom remodeling bug hit me, so I decided to finance the rest, i applied and was only given a fraction of what was needed, all that did was lower my credit score, I spoke w/Stephanie and she suggested I speak w/Sara in finance, I did,Sara got me the rest of what I needed!!! What a team!!! Now lets discuss the magic that Roberto and Julio created during there short time at my house...Im not sure which was which but one of them entered the house and began putting up plastic, the other began popping out windows. I was truly impressed w/there work ethics, time management, cleanliness!!! Then came trimming out the window frames, thats where the magic really happened, it was Art Work, those 2 really killed it!!! I had 15 windows replaced, they got here at 12:30 and was done by 5:30. I had 30 min to look at there work, then I had to leave for work. Did I forget to mention the only trace that they were even there...was Brand New Windows!!! I Highly Recommend this Team of Professionals!!!
