    EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Very pleased with how this project went from start to finish! Great group of guys and you could tell right from the beginning that they all are true professionals. From start to finish, there were absolutely no issues once so ever. I would recommend PMG for all of the goods and services they have to offer.     I had plumbers mechanical group install a new water heater, furnace, and central air in my home this year. Bryan was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. They did great work. Very professional. I would highly recommend them. I’m going hire them again for a bathroom project in January. Great local service!

    We had a mini split and in floor heat installed in a bedroom addition. Very knowledgeable salespeople that listened and offered options. Great communication on pricing and installation scheduling. Experienced installers. Rolled out protective mat where they would be walking across carpet. Couldn’t be happier with the very professional way things were handled from beginning to end

    We used them to check a sewer line on a house we wanted to purchase. It was a smooth & easy process. Then the furnace went out on the house after the purchase. They were there asap, took care of heating situation in the house until the new furnace was installed. We will be calling them for all future needs.

    Called after hours for a water line leak. Jeremy was the on call person who responded quickly with a call back and arrived within 15 minutes. Found the problem immediately and quickly fixed the issue. I have used PMG in the last year several times and they are a quality company and seem to really care about their customers. I highly recommend them!

    Kinda an emergency heating issue a few years back, replaced softener a few weeks ago. Most recent a full house air filter.These guys listen, reply.....     In the last couple of years PMG has hooked my home up to city Sewer, installed a new furnace, fixed my water heater, and upgraded my in-floor heating system.They have always been professional and easy to work with. When my old furnace broke down, they immediately responded with some temporary space heaters to get me by until I decided what to do about replacing it. (I hadnt even committed to them yet on the furnace). They are great to work with and very highly recommend them.

    Dec 22nd 2020: PMG came out within 30min of me calling that we didnt have any hot water. Unfortunately the water heater had to be replaced which we knew was coming. These are the guys to call for any plumbing issues. Two days before the Holidays and our water heater was replaced in about 2 1/2 hours and now we are back up and running and ready for Christmas.Wont call anyone else but PMG. We have called them for every issue under the sun with our new home (water backing up in basement, clogged bathroom) more recently our AC unit was leaking water.

    Several people told me how many of the best plumbers are all part of Plumbers Mechanical. From my own excellent experience I can say they were correct. When I called they were very busy, but one of the plumbers, Scott was in my area and called first to see if he could come and take a look at it. He knew right away what the problem was. But It wasnt an easy fix. Proprietary designs that had been changed sometime after manufacturing and a rep that had never seen/known of the former design, all added to the situation. It actually was Scott who figured it out and pretty much educated the rep. The efficiency in the way Scott worked can only be learned by a knowledgeable and seasoned person. He wastes zero time on the job and protects the floors and other finishes from damage. I am certainly glad that I didnt try and tackle the repair myself. This job called for a professional and I certainly got that. I would call plumbers Mechanical for all my plumbing work without any hesitation!

    A real person answered the phone in a very friendly and professional manner...and got us set up with an emergency service call right away. The plumber was there in about the time it would take to drive from there to here, and he was also very friendly...and managed a moderately complicated job (main shutoff valve broke, street-based shutoff buried under snow and ice) with good cheer, efficiency, and competence. And the bill was fair and reasonable, given the amount of work involved.

    PMG does a great job. They are through and professional. And their pricing is usually less than I expect. Scheduling is difficult these days. If you have planned work it may get bumped for emergency work, but that is understandable.
