    My garage door spring broke when I got home from a family dinner the other night. I found Sam at Experts Garage Door through a glowing recommendation on my neighborhood Facebook page. Even though it was 9 PM on a Thursday, I gave him a call figuring it was worth a shot. Not only did he answer, but he was super helpful and scheduled an appointment for the next morning!Sam showed up on time and, after inspecting the door, explained that I needed a heavier duty spring than he originally thought. But, true to his word, he honored the price he quoted me over the phone. Honestly, that impressed me more than anything.The repair itself took about an hour. Sam walked me through everything, explaining the lifespan of the springs and how to maintain the garage door to prevent future problems. There was zero pressure to buy anything extra - just honest advice about what might need attention down the line.If you need any garage door repair, I cant recommend Sam at Experts Garage Door enough. Fair prices, quality work, and outstanding customer service.

    Would definitely recommend this service. The tech was wonderful. Very friendly, knowledgeable, on time and overall great. The person who answered the phone was also super sweet and amazing. She made sure I was able to explain my garage door problem in detail and she got in contact with the tech to make sure we were all on the same page. I had a couple of other companies come try to fix my issue and they were unable to because the piece that broke off is lo longer manufactured. Well, if you have a Genie Pro 1024 system and need it repaired this tech is your guy. He has spare parts for it that the manufacturer no longer makes and is able to fix the problem without changing out the whole system, which is what the other companies said had to be done. I cannot say enough great things about their service and their business. Will always call them for our garage door repairs from now on. Thank you so much guys for getting here the next day that I called and doing an amazing job!

    We called Experts Garage Doors on a Monday evening when our dated garage door had fallen off track. He came out after hours and provided us with all our options. We had decided it was best to replace the entire thing given Sam’s extremely reasonable prices. The very next morning he had his guys out disassembling our old door and replacing it with a brand new one. In less than 24 hours we are back up and running with a beautiful new door.     Sam was AWESOME! Our spring broke over the weekend, and while the other companies we called wouldnt schedule us for days or didnt even bother to answer, Sam had us scheduled and everything repaired within 2 hours! He went above and beyond—teaching us how to properly maintain our door so that it lasts and even adjusting the tension on the door opener we had installed ourselves. The price was more than fair, and much lower than other companies in the area. We will absolutely be recommending Expert Garage Doors and using them for any repairs in the future!

    Sam is the man! He came out same day and did our single door garage with the Genie quiet close (huge difference from my old, noisy chain drive open). Then he went and got the matching Genie opener but the Wi-Fi version for our two door. Install was quick and seamless. He also took the time to program everything including our GMC vehicles. Came home Friday and the door wouldn’t open, found out my spring broke in half after I left for the day… I spent a couple hours reading reviews and looking up business licenses(most places I checked do not even have one surprisingly) and usually people with only 5 star reviews are buying those reviews… Sam, however, has managed to legitimately earn every single five star review, as well as mine. I called at 9am Saturday morning and he was at my house at 3pm just like he said he would be. Charged exactly what he said he would and did not try to upsell me or sell me anything I did not need. He also taught me how to properly maintain everything and where to buy it so I don’t have anymore issues. I am glad I found someone who actually cares about their business and reputation. Thank you!Don’t waste your time dealing with anyone else.     I was so worried my garage door will be open all night when it came off the rails. I called the garage door experts, and they were able to get someone out with me within a couple hours. after a quick diagnosis, I was told that it would take just a little bit of time to get everything back up and running. he wasn’t kidding within an hour. He had the garage door back on the rails. he even added new wheels and gave me a discount. it was very reasonably priced.
