Purchased a new home from this builder a little over a year ago. 5 star rating not only related to the quality of the house, but also the level of professionalism displayed during and even months after closing. Eddie went out of his way to make in person visits to the property for any questions/concerns that I had. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled home builder.

My husband and I had been looking for quite some time for a new construction home in the historic district. We were in the process of negotiating on another home but stopped as soon as we met with Edward Socarras of Main Street Builders and toured his home. We wanted something different and that we got! Our open floor plan, gorgeous pillared front porch, and attention to detail have given our family a wonderful place to call home. In addition, Edward was always very patient and accommodating; he put in a lot of extra time and effort for additional items we wanted in the home.
