    Alex from Ace came out today and did a fantastic job mounting two outdoor security cameras and installing a solar, motion-activated flood light. He arrived on time and was incredibly efficient and helpful in determining the best placement for everything. This is the second time Ive used this company, and theyre always great! Definitely plan to keep using them for any household needs.

    Alex was at our home today to complete a list of home repairs. From the first phone call Alex was professional and responsive to our home repair needs. He was patient as we wondered about certain items on our list and how they would be executed. Most of all he is skilled and talented. Thank you, Alex for helping us stay in our home. To ACE Handyman Services and Michelle, compliments.8/22Since the above post Alex has been to our home twice. About a month ago, Alex installed a ring doorbell and bathroom grab bar as well as a smaller checklist of items.Yesterday, 8/22, he was back to install shelving in two entertainment areas upstairs, downstairs that had previously housed built in television. His concept (using a beautiful blacked grained wood) and execution were beyond my expectations. I had put this project off for five years dreading the cost and work involved in finding someone to match the existing cabinetry wood. Alex’s concept is much more aesthetically pleasing, as well as functional and economical, A TV can go in both areas, but for now we like it open. Alex drilled holes do that the top shelf can be moved up or down and actually out of sight at the very top behind the frame.     After contacting a few other local companies and receiving no reply for weeks, I was so grateful that Michelle with ACE Handyman Services replied to my request almost immediately. Dan and Alex arrived prepared and on time, were very professional, and did a great job removing a built in storage fixture and repairing the flooring and drywall around it. Already have them booked for another odd job. Great experience overall.

    Cody arrived right on time. His task was to hang many, many things on my apartment walls and lights on my balcony. He also put my tv on a stand and adjusted it when I asked if it would go higher.     Daniel did an outstanding job. He didn’t have to replace the door frame like most people had mentioned to do so. He worked outside of the box and fixed the damage that was previously made to the door. He was very friendly, understanding, and most importantly, transparent. Very great man, he showed lots of integrity when I went down to review the work. Great employee, needs promotion!

    Alex, our repairman, was great! He was timely, professional and kind. He listened and was able to get what we needed done in a timely manner. In addition, his quote estimate was not far off; at all. I gave 4 stars instead of five because there were some minor details that were not absolutely perfect. But I would absolutely use them again and hope that Alex would be who they send.

    Great job by Dan! We had a unique request, needing wood grain hardie board to be patched on our back patio. There were two small holes where we removed recessed lighting. He did a great job matching the wood grain & making the patched areas blend nicely. Also had some normal dry wall patches done which also looks great.

    Cody installed an exterior light fixture and weather stripping on the bottom of my exterior French doors. Cody was very professional.     I submitted an appt request for the first available, which was two days away. I had a disposal leak and water was leaking from under the kitchen cabinet. Michelle called me that day and when she learned about the issue, she made arrangements for Cody to come out later that day. Cody was awesome - so friendly and had all the tools he needed, even asked for the model ahead of time in case the disposal needed to be replaced. He arrived with the new disposal. Once he looked at the issue, we did have to replace it. He did the whole job in a short amount of time. He is super great!! And so is Michelle. Thank you so much!

    In a previous appointment, Cody measured for an exterior replacement door, which we purchased, and Cody installed today. It fit perfectly and looks great. Cody removed and disposed of the old door, installed the new one, including hardware, and replaced the trim outside. It was a professional job from start to finish. We will use this service for any other jobs we need done.

    The two craftsmen who did the work, Andrew and Alex, were great.They were on time, provided an estimate of costs prior to beginning the job, answered any questions I had regarding the time needed tocomplete the job, advised me of any concernsthey may have had while working (i.e. thereplacement of fence posts which I felt werein good condition but had to be replaced), etc.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this companyto anyone needing repairs on their property asto outdoor fencing. They also perform additional tasks (i.e. electrical, plumbing, etc.)and though I did not need any of those services performed today, I will reach out tothem if necessary in the future.P.s. - I must add that Michelle, who scheduledthe appointment and answered my initialquestions about the company, was tremendous as well.

    All communication for scheduling was immediate, pleasant and accommodating in every aspect. Both Craftsmen were exceptional in pride and attention to detail. They were so good that we avoided replacing custom trim and hardwood flooring due to the repairs they were able to make.

Required digging out the old cement, digging a larger hole, re-cementing new fixtures using 10 bags of cement, then reinstalling the basketball goal…all in 100 degree heat! Basketball rim was damaged in the process, however, Ace immediately ordered and installed a new one. Cody, our technician, was excellent!!!

He always tidied things up before he left each day and he is very customer service oriented.     I have a door which leads to my garage. The door was sticking and a new door knob and lock were not engaging smoothly. Handyman responded promptly to my request and had Martin out to my house by the following business day. Martin was confident he could fix the problem, and after it was completed explained clearly what all of the problems were and how he repaired them. He was timely in his arrival and cleaned the entire work area before leaving. I will definitely create of list of other jobs they can do for me.
