    John is very knowledgable and did excellent plumbing work for our house. We had an emergency issue and he helped us out immediately. The work he did to fix our issues was very solid. He explained what he was going to do every step of the way. We will definitely be calling John again whenever we have plumbing issues. I highly recommend him.

    I asked John to help replace my whole house sediment filter. Over a few days we worked out a plan that fit my need and my budget over email. The installation was really smooth, and the system works like a dream. He set it up so I can change filters even if someone is using the water with a simple bypass. He framed out a mount for the system and secured it to the joists and basement floor, so its not flopping around like the old system was. I appreciate the pride he takes in his work.Hire John if you want to sleep well at night knowing you had a professional do great work.

    John came to fix a valve under one of my sinks that was pretty corroded and started dripping. He showed up right on time, was very friendly and professional. He discussed what my options were to fix the problem and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. He also answered a lot of questions I had about plumbing and maintenance to keep things working at my house. Other valves will need to be replaced at some point and I will definitely contact John again for the job!

    I would highly recommend John Hansen for all of your plumbing needs.John did some work on a house my wife and I had just bought. He was very professional, competent, and honest. It has been many years since I had a house serviced by a well and not city water. He took the time to explain in detail what our options were and answer all of our questions, especially about the well. He made recommendations based on what would best address our needs, and he made the extra effort to ensure things were done right.     I called John after-hours and he called me back early the next morning. He was very flexible and worked to meet with me as soon as possible to repair a broken pipe.     John Hansen is the man to call if you have any plumbing issues. He has been our plumber for many years, probably 15 years by now. We always rely on him whenever we have a plumbing issue. He has tons of experience and has a wealth of knowledge about all matter of plumbing problems. We have always been happy with his work. Weve had small fixes and big fixes.     Was looking for a knowledgeable and professional plumber who I didn’t have to worry about doing a sloppy job and that’s what I found. He was on time and talked with me about the issue and helped replace the leaking ice maker valve box. While here he also discovered a few other issues in our house we just bought that we should address and was up front about what it would take for the repairs. Once we are ready to complete those we will be contacting him again to complete them!

    All around super experience with John -- he carefully explained options with an approach to limit total spend. We achieved an excellent water pressure solution and we could not be happier -- AND now I also have a high pressure external faucet that is very handy. Ask John how you too can get one of these.     My kitchen faucet was in need of repairs. Mr. Hansen started out trying to change out parts on the old faucet to keep costs down, but he was unable to do so because the faucet was too rusted. He then guided me through the process of choosing a new quality faucet that would fit the holes in my granite countertop, finding units on the internet that would suit my needs. He was constantly in communication with me, and this was much appreciated. After my ordering and receiving the faucet, he gave me an appointment for installation. About 45 minutes before the appointment, he called to say that he was on his way. Mr. Hansen completed the job very professionally, and there are no leaks. I am extremely happy with the results, and would highly recommend NC Master Plumber.

    Actually, Im Kevin Shields (Barbaras husband). I called Mr. Hansen around 9:30 AM. Within an hour he responded like a dedicated professional; empathizing with our water issue. Indeed a very gracious gentleman! He informed me that he would be at our home before noon. He fulfilled that promise. When he arrived he assessed the situation and explained exactly what steps he would be taking; and why. I was impressed with his genuine sincerity and it was obvious that this man was an experienced professional who had been involved with plumbing issues for years and years. To be honest, I have some experience in wastewater hardware repair but not in high pressure drinking water. I am very happy I turned this project over to John Hansen. Believe me when I say that he taught me a few things. I would recommend this fine, courteous and intelligent man to anyone and everyone!

    He was able to come out on a Saturday in the rain when our water stopped working and discussed ALL available options even if it meant him not getting the work. Then when he was replacing our pump for the well it was discovered that the previous owner had down a poor replacement that was not anywhere near the depth the pump should be discussed with us again on all the possible outcomes with the replacement. He went above and beyond at every step we will defiantly give him our business again when any other issues arise

    I called Mr. Hansen to replace my water heater. He found the same model as the original (State direct-vent) and put in extra effort to ensure it would fit the same tight space. No tankless sales pitch, no switching to electric; just a straight-up replacement. He was on-time, honest and direct. And he kept to his quoted price, despite the difficulty of fitting the tank in its original space. Great job and great guy.

    I would gladly recommend John Hansen to my friends and neighbors! He is extremely knowledgeable and didnt seem to mind answering my many questions about how to best care for my 22 year old plumbing and well. He is also a creative problem solver and was able to replace my sediment filter, add a new outdoor faucet (including running a new line), and figure out what to do to fix my faulty kitchen faucet. He showed up on time, communicated clearly and effectively about the problem (showing me exactly what he was describing), suggested several alternatives and which he thought was best along with costs for each, finished everything in one day, and left a clean work site. I thought the price was extremely good... he stayed true to his estimate. I will not hesitate to use him again!!

    Johns skills and professionalism are amazing! The quality of his work is exceptional, but hes more than a regular plumber. He cares about the work he does and he wants to make sure you are getting exactly what you want with work that will last for years.Our HW heater was a big box brand that was poorly installed (not to code, among other issues) and was falling apart from the inside, spreading black rubber debris to all our fixtures. Rather than immediately trying to sell a replacement we talked through the options. Once I decided that a replacement was the way to go he recommended a commercial brand that cost about the same as a big box brand but was of a far better quality. Along the way, he was able to install a HW recirculating pump (to get that HW across the house quickly in the winter), replaced the hammering PVR and installed the whole house sediment filter. He made sure I understood the maintenance I would need to perform to keep these systems running in tip-top shape too.We talked about performing some upgrades to the bathrooms; he gave me some websites to browse for higher quality fixtures. While I decided not to tackle that expense this year he insisted that I reach out to him, regardless of whether he was going to perform the work, to make sure that what I found on the site would work and to confirm the list of parts I would need for the job. Needless to say, hes going to get that job when the time comes.Johns very communicative; he makes sure you know what hes doing and when its going to be done. He was always on time but would call if he thought he was going to be even 5-10 minutes late. Hell talk through your options without sounding like a sales pitch and he will always stress using quality parts to go with his quality work. I cant recommend him enough!
