Jacob, the electrician assigned us, was extremely courteous and professional. he arrived at our house at the designated time and did an outstanding job in resolving the electrical problem with our washer. The company, as a whole, was extremely responsive to our needs on a holiday weekend and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Thomas Jefferson Electric to anyone in need of electrical service.

We purchased an older house in the Shillington area and it was in need of updated outlets throughout the house. Steve was able to coordinate an installation date the same week I contacted him and he even worked around my work schedule. Our electrician Dmitry arrived on-time and was able to complete the extensive job in one visit. He clearly explained the work being done and gave fair and accurate pricing up front.A few days later we noticed some additional work that needed to be done and I contacted Steve. Once again, he was able to get us on the schedule for the next day and worked around my schedule so I did not need to take off. Dmitry arrived on schedule again and got right to work. He also followed up on the work he did last time and asked if we had any issues (which we did not).Having electrical work done can be intimidating, especially if you don’t know much about it. The team at Thomas Edison Provided full transparency throughout the whole process and I will be calling them again if the need arises. I recommend them for anyone looking for an electrician!

I called during the weekend regarding an issue I was having with an outlet in my garage and a technician was out to my house in less than 2 hours despite this not being an emergency. The issue was resolved in a timely manner and everything was back to normal. This was a very positive experience for me and my family. I would highly recommend Thomas Edison Electric as they were quick to respond and able to solve my issues.

Came out super fast for a Saturday call! The electrician, Vasyl, was very nice and polite and helped detect where the problem was occurring even though it didnt end up being an electrical problem. Cant speak to the quality of work as it wasnt a repair that was electrical but service was fast and courteous!

Dmitry was very professional and helpful. Within 30 minutes of his arrival he identified our problem (Damaged power line connection to our house) and had it fixed. I would absolutely use them again.

Carlus was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to fix our tricky exterior lighting issue, even returning a few days later when I couldnt get one of the lights to operate (user error!)I would gladly call and ask for Carlus again!

What a great experience we had using Thomas Edison Electric.Being first time homeowners , we appreciated the consideration and help this company offered us on this large job.Our electrician, Dimitri, worked all day to ensure that his best work was done. It was a complex and extensive job, which lead it to be expensive which we excepted. however, Steve and our electrician worked hard to lower the cost a bit since we were having so much work done.We will only ever use this company for electrical needs and we already booked them for another job!!

Vasyl came after we had a circuit breaker issue around 10:30 at night. He quickly resolved our issue and then chose to look to see if any other issues we had to fix that. Great service and highly recommended. The customer comes first in his job performance.

Very timely, polite and professional. The electrician took the time to explain the problem and the solution in great detail so that I could understand what was going on. The problem also arose on a stormy Sunday morning, but they took care of the problem quickly.
