    Elvira was a delight to work with. During the site visit she asked excellent questions to really help us decide what we need and want in our new closet. Since ours was part of newly built home we wanted to make sure we worked with someone professional and experienced and who offered great ideas and quality. We felt very comfortable with the design Elvira came up with and upon install we were even more impressed. Matt did an incredible job installing the closet system and the space was transformed into exactly what we were looking for.     We had two of our bedroom closets upgraded with a beautiful design from Inspired Closets and are thrilled with the results. From the very start of the project, the Inspired Closets team was wonderful and easy to work with. Lara collaborated with us to come up with a design that was functional and stylish. On installation day, Pete was prompt and ready to begin working.Recently, we hired Inspired Closets again to help complete custom bookshelves, storage, and a window bench in our home office. Lara and Ian were wonderful to work with again and assisted us in creating a design that helped us make the most of our office space while still staying within our budget. Lara come to our home prepared to design a beautiful piece (she even remembered personal details about our family which shows that Inspired Closets is a personal/family-oriented business!). We went into the showroom to talk with Ian about some of the smaller details of our design and between both of them; we were able to create a beautiful custom addition to our home which we know will add value and organization to the office. On installation day, Kevin was thorough, flexible, and worked around our schedule. The installation only took about 6/7 hours and the finished result is beautiful!We felt very comfortable having the team from Inspired Closets in our home.     Wow what a difference! Our closets are more attractive, more updated and more efficient than before. I wish we had taken before and after pics, the improvement was so dramatic. I did my projects in steps first a few closets, then a really big closet, under the stairs organizers and the best for last a Murphy bed with a desk top.     I wish I had taken pictures to show the mish mash we were dealing with before. Our closets will look so nice I decided NOT to put the doors back on. It is a nice entryway to our bathroom. There are 2 areas here. A utility room that leads to the laundry and our closets that lead to our bathroom.     Everything was very professional, from Lara who designed the job, to everyone I spoke to about the job, to Matt who installed the job. I was able to borrow clothes racks while I prepared the closets for the installation. Matt arrived on time, was very personable, completed the work neatly and in a couple of hours. He even adjusted a couple of drawers in my master bedroom closet that were out of level (installed in 2009). I have no complaints about anything.     Hard to believe I lived in my home for 18 years with the horrible closets I had, pretty much one bar across and some shelves, either on the side or across the top. It was difficult finding things, overstuffed, and disorganized. Inspired Closets came and got my life in order. I love the multi-level bars and shelves and baskets. It seems to have more than doubled my storage space. It was quick and easy. All four closets were done in one day -- in under 6 hours. Very professional and good quality.     I am thrilled with how my closets turned out. Kristina did an awesome job on the design and the installation was flawless. The quality of the materials is excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much clean up the installer, Kevin, did including wiping and sanitizing all the drawers and shelves. So all I had to do when he left was put my clothes into the closet. They show up when they say they will and get the job done on schedule. They are expensive but well worth it. I would definitely recommend them.

    Elvira was wonderful to work with. In the course of renovating my house from top to bottom, I had limited my walk-in closet budget to $3,000. Elvira heard me and made a proposal accordingly. Meanwhile, I got a proposal from a competitor for $7,000 even though I had given the same budget. The installation went smoothly with Kevin. He did a great job, plus he was being mindful of the white carpet on the second floor. An all-around great experience! My only regret is not having ordered earlier in the renovation process as I think it was about three months before it could be installed once I placed the order. So dont delay placing your order if you are on a renovation schedule.

He did a beautiful job installing my closet and he has excellent customer service skills. Elvia and Kevin are both terrific representatives of the Inspired Closet company. My new closet is beautiful and I cannot wait to put my clothes away.Fast forward and four months later Inspired Closets returned to install another closet in our home. We love the design and now both of the closets in the main bedroom are both beautiful and efficient. We worked again with Elvira on the design and Kevin returned for the installation.     I own an Interior Design firm called Corduroy and Pine Interiors based in Essex VT. I had a project over 2.5 hours away, and hired Elvira from Inspired Closets to help design a custom Murphy bed. I was very impressed by the service provided, they even helped coordinate a mattress delivery to their show room and brought it to the install.     Inspired Closets generously donated and installed closets in a Habitat for Humanity house where I was volunteering, which triggered me to consider looking into a custom closet for my master bedroom. We visited their show room and were impressed with their offering, so set up a no cost or obligation appointment for a designer to come to our home. Elvira arrived on time, and quickly and professionally probed us about what we were looking for and measured the space. In under an hour, she totally designed the closet and showed us a 3D rendering on her laptop. With our feedback she made a few minor modifications which satisfied all our needs. We booked the design and were contacted shortly after by Ian the operations manager to schedule the instillation. He kept in touch with us with reminders and answered questions as the installation date drew near. The entire process was smooth and professional. Gene, the installer even vacuumed the entire room when he was finished. We are totally pleased with the entire process. The staff was courteous, professional, and extremely efficient at understanding our needs, completing the design, and installing it. Communication was great. We knew what to expect and how long the process would take at every juncture. I highly recommend them.

    We downsized when we moved to Vermont and after living in our new home for 8 years we were ready to customize several closets. After several revisions and a trip to the show room we came up with great plans. The new pantry is gorgeous, with features that have made the small space very efficient. The tiny utility closet can store 50% more we had before. The master bedroom closet is a dream space. I have never had a closet where it was so easy to pick out my clothes and jewelry. The quality of the materials, the attentions to all the details of the installation and the efficacy of the installation just completed our wonderful experience.

I wanted a built in bookcase put into my house and Jodie Peck, one of the designers, came to my house to measure the space and create a computer model of what the project might look like. She and I modified the computer model several times and kept in touch as we planned the project. She really helped me to make sure that the project was just what I wanted. On the installation day we had a builder from Inspired Closets named Kevin come to our house.     We did a new house build and dealt with a lot of contractors, and Inspired Closets was one of the few bright spots in the whole process! They are not inexpensive but they stand behind their work, which is a rarity these days.     I enjoyed the process. They were able to make many of the adjustments I had asked for. Because they operate on standard sizing and not exactly custom there were a few things we needed to amend. One item took longer than expected to come in but I am overall very satisfied with how my back hall closet turned into a mud room.

    Vermont Custom Closets designed and installed all of our closets in our new home, after doing the master closet in our last home. They came up with creative solutions to some challenging spaces, and were a joy to work with. They also recently designed and installed closet systems in my mothers new home, including a walk in pantry that is to die for! Their installers are incredibly neat and courteous. You wont find service like this anywhere else.

    Jodie came to my home and did a great job transforming my pantry from a cluttered, messy space into a functional, organized unit that almost tripled my storage space, making everything, including my spices, accessible and easy to retrieve--big bowls, small appliances, and cooking supplies. She even accommodated my bins for flour, sugar, et al, as well as my existing pot wall into her design. Yea for Jodie!!! It looks great and my friends call it a Dream Pantry.

    The experience from start to finish with Inspired Closets has been nothing short of fantastic! We renovated our existing master closet and Elvira was able to pull up the renderings from the prior owner of our home to figure out how best to match/replace/complement the existing structure. She suggested the most awesome shoe shrine which I didnt know I would love as much as we do now that its in! She helped find a material that matched as closely as possible to the old (discontinued) gray material, even though I was pushing for white. She was 100% right and you can barely tell that there are two different materials now that the new pieces have been installed. Ian was great with the scheduling and worked around my timeframe of having the existing closet uninstalled (so we could paint) and then reinstalled -- he even bumped me up on the schedule when a spot opened up. And Pete is the nicest installer around and didnt miss a thing! Everyone was a true class act. A great experience from start to finish and would recommend 10 times over!
