    Emmons did a great job on my new roof, gutters and installing windows. Each crew showed up on time and worked each job in a timely manner but did not rush and cut corners in any area. The workers were very respectful and courteous and cleaned up after each job. I am happy with this company and will consider them for future work that is needed on my home. Celeste BenenatiEmmons replaced the roof on my garage and as I expected did another fantastic job. They came on schedule and completed it in a timely manner with complete clean up.     I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. After discovering I had some damage to my roof that may have been caused by a hail storm. I reached out to several companies for quotes to submit to my insurance. Emmons sent out Collin to assist, who is one of their project managers. There was no pressure for me to sign a blanket agreement for them to work directly with my insurance company, as my adjuster advised me against that. They still assisted with the insurance claim and Collin was very prompt in answering calls and returning text msgs. Their quote was competitive and the products used were very good quality. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend them if you need a new roof.

    After discovering a small piece of faux stone, from a job I had done in July, was loose and falling off, I scheduled an appointment with customer service to come out to fix it. I was pleased that Emmons was able to have someone come out within 2 weeks. Carl came out and was very professional and took care of the small job within 10 minutes, maybe less.

It was a pleasure to have someone knowledgeable about evaluating the condition of the existing siding and most importantly what is under it (asbestos siding) and how that would be addressed.     Just had my roof replaced by Emmons. The project coordinator, Ken Small, was very knowledgeable and went through the material, component, and process lists with me for quite a while to make sure all my many questions were answered to my satisfaction. On install day, they arrived promptly, worked all day, and answered all my questions as I had them. Clean-up was pretty good, and they came back to answer a few more questions post-install. Yes, I know, I ask a lot of questions, but roofs are good bit of money and with Emmons I feel that I made the right decision choosing a professional and quality company.

    This company was recommended to me by a friend at church who heard about them on her talk radio show. I called them for estimate and Ken came out and was very honest and knowledgeable. I had the roof done this Monday and they did an amazing job! They took pictures of the before and after and all the work they did to bring my roof back to what it should be. They ripped off layers of the old flat roof down to the wood which a lot of wood needed to be replaced. It was a very hard job on a very hot day too. They started at 7 am and didn’t leave till after 6pm! They were thorough and took a lot of pride and professionalism in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. From the office personnel to the roofing crew everyone was excellent! They cleaned up everything and were careful about my property. Everyone was polite and answered any questions I had. I am a recent widow and all this stuff my husband handled so thank goodness they were patient to explain things!They took their time to make this a solid roof that will last.     Really had a good experience with Emmons with our recent roof replacement. We had a fair amount of rot on our existing 22 year old roof and Jose our foreman kept us informed throughout the installation process. They also removed a satellite dish and an old attic fan which is not needed now due to the product installed. I’m very happy with the roof and the team’s process for protecting my landscaping and their post construction clean up.

    Emmons put a new roof on my house yesterday- it looks great and they did a thorough job. The job foreman, Carl, was excellent and communicative and the whole team worked really hard. I had to be rescheduled 3 times, through no fault of emmons, and was made a priority every time. Working with Ken, the project manager, was very pleasant. My house is very old and the job was much bigger than originally estimated and cost double. I do feel as though that could have been better foreseen. Nonetheless, I no longer have to worry about the state of my roof and can sleep more comfortably.

    This is the third time I have used Emmons Roofing and siding. In 2014 I used them for a new roof and windows on my house. In 2017 I called them back to replace more windows. Now its 2024 and my father needed a new roof from storm damage. I decided to replace his gutters while I had Emmons out there.They are a well oiled machine. From the first phone call to schedule Ken to come out and see what was needed and giving me a price on the spot. They scheduled the work, they showed up in a timely fashion, called me when they ran into a small issue with a solution. They cleaned up and came back the very next day to replace the gutters. It was raining the morning of the gutter install but as soon as the weather cleared up they were out there that afternoon.I like calling on Emmons because they are customer service friendly, work efficiently and clean while they are working and when they are finished the job. Its easy for me to a make decision on who Im calling first when I need a contractor. And their warranty is top notch along with their installs and service.Thank you everyone at Emmons.See you on the next job I need.

    Kevin came out to our home and found that we had been the victims of a fraudulent contractor. Kevin sat down with us and provided us with a computer model/rendering of the house along with pricing and assured us the job would be done right.The implementation started shortly afterward and the team was extremely professional and you could tell they love what they do and take a lot of pride in their work. It was a pleasure having them out to our home.When I look back at the rendering, my home looks like the original rendering. Emmons did exactly what they promised!     From start to finish, a great experience with Emmons for a new front entry door and new fire-rated door for the garage entrance. Very knowledgeable sales professional came to our home and clearly explained all of our options, answered all questions. When an issue arose while waiting for the entry door, the Emmons team completed a great install of the garage door and then kept me informed, reassured me that they would do all they could to get the entry door as quick as possible...and they were true to their word! Cant say enough about how wonderful the door looks, and the great care they took while working in my home. This is the contractor you want for your project...one who makes you feel like your project is the most important! When the time comes for our re-siding project next year, Emmons will be my first phone call!

    I was pleased from start to finish with Emmons Roofing. I did a complete roof replacement for my shore property. The Office Staff and Dale, the estimator, were all very responsive. Appointments were on time and I received a very competitive price. I was not at the property during the installation, but Jake the foreman and Taylor, the Project Manager kept me updated with messages and a ton of online photos.     We discovered a leak in our roof two days before Thanksgiving so we called Emmons the next day. We spoke to Taylor in the office and she was super helpful in setting our appointment. Our sales rep Colin , came out and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the process, taking the time to explain all that would be involved including how and when to submit the claim to the insurance company. Since it was the holidays , he wasn’t sure when we could get us on the schedule but suggested a temporary patch to lessen the impact of any further damage. Emmons response was quick , and they came out to put a temporary patch on the roof to stop the leak until the new roof could be scheduled which definitely helped with giving us peace at mind . The day of the installation, Carl the crew chief/ onsite supervisor was great and was happy to answer any and all of our questions .The roof was completed in less than a day. The crew was efficient and cleaned up everything so well that afterwards, you might not even have known they were there except for the new beautiful roof they left behind. We would definitely and highly recommend Emmons if you are looking to have work done or have any questions or concerns about yourroofing projects , they are hands down a great team to work with !!!

    I really like the information I was provided that led me to decide to hire Emmons to replace the siding on my home. Communication was lacking in the beginning after I signed the contract, and the work took over a month to begin. Once it started though, it was great. My home looks beautiful, the clean up was really good and communication was great once the work began. I have sent their info to a friend who is looking for new siding.

    I had my roof installed by Emmons Roofing and Siding in 2017. They did an excellent job but unfortunately, I had a failure of my attic fan flashing which caused a leak (unrelated to roof). I spoke to John and Taylor at Emmons and they assured me that they would be able to help me out.Jake and his crew came out on February 16th (BITTER COLD day!) and not only replaced my fan, but kept digging to make sure that none of the water damage had spread.     Had Carl and his crew come out and fix a leak I had. While they were pulling shingles off they ripped a screen window. Without any hesitation he took it and replaced it. Very informative and walked me through his thought process on what he was doing. Without any hesitation I will be calling Emmons again if I have any other roofing problems

    Emmons did a great job installing new widows and doors in my home. Elijah is the man!! Great dude. They did encounter many issues (wood rot, etc.) and those were worked thru without additional charges or complaints. Only 4 stars due to the communication issue they have in this company. If you tell me you are going to be here on a Tuesday then either show up on a Tuesday or call me to tell me you are not going to be here. If you do work for 4 days and then disappear for 3 days, pick up the phone and let me know status. If I call and ask for an update, do not hit me with attitude. You are a for-profit business, correct? Its small things like this that take a company to the next level or keep them from growing. How much does it cost to make a phone call? Moral....You are leaving money on the floor due to poor communication.

    Emmons made my roof replacement a great experience. I was nervous, first time with such an expensive job. The salesman Steve was extremely helpful. And when an issue arose with the roof during the repair, Emmons worked with me to keep the price reasonable. The roof looks great! Also, the picture window ideas they offered me were much better and nicer than other companies. And I LOVE the skylights they installed in my living room!! All told, a really positive experience.

    After being frustrated trying to get my leaky family room roof fixed... as roofers told me theyd give me an estimate only to ghost on me... I called Emmons Roofing. Ken Small came out, and gave me a very fair estimate right there on the spot... and upon my request, as a courtesy had a tarp put on my roof that very same day, to stop any leaks until it was fixed. Yesterday Jose and Chino came out and installed a new roof for me. they were totally professional and very pleasant and friendly; I trusted their work... they did a great job and were super attentive to our house as they had to go back and forth through it many times during the day... they really seemed to care. Id definitely use Emmons again if needed, and hope to get Ken, Jose and Chino once again... although I imagine I wont need them for a real long time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

    I just want to commend Emmons on an excellent job! They are replacing the roofs on several of the buildings in my condo community. They have completed the work (most recently on 6 buildings at once, my own included) with remarkable speed and competence.     We had 20 windows replaced with Emmons. Good quality ProVia custom windows that have all the whistles and bells standard. The finished product looks great. Ordering was smooth and Ken S helped us every step of the way. We waited about 6-8 weeks as predicted for the custom windows to be made and delivered. All made in the USA!Id like to give huge thanks to Ken L who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. I know the job was more complicated than originally predicted due to the weird configuration of the windows in our kitchen. Both crews cleaned up well.The only negative was the double charging of my deposit, but that was the office, not the installers.

    A representative, Ken Small, from EMMONS came to my house to give me an estimates and his thought on why I am getting water stains on my upstairs ceiling. This man was very professional. He took the time to go into my attic and discovered that it was not the roof but instead the vent on the wall of the house that is leaking. Now may I say that I have tried to get the original roofer out, but they never returned my many calls. I had another roofer out and he never went upstairs, instead quoted me 2000.00 to fix it. Ken took the time to investigate and then gave me information on what a new roof would involve. I will definitely call Emmons when I need a new roof. It is very hard to get a good contractor out to your house, especially when it is not a large job. Five stars is not enough for this company.

Ken handled our contract and made sure all our questions were answered and even checked on us during the process.     We just had a new roof put on our house and detached garage by Emmons roofing and siding. We were very pleased with the job they did. The roof looks phenomenal! The workers were dealing with some very tough weather conditions but they got the job done. One day for the house and they came back the next day for the garage. The yard looked like a war zone while they were working but when they were done you would never know they had been there. I have to say we were very impressed but then we noticed that there was one thing we had paid for that wasnt done so my husband called the company and they came back within a day or 2(they would have been here sooner but a storm prevented that). They had no problem with resolving that issue and had it done in a couple of hours. Our experience with the whole process and the people we came into contact with from beginning to end made for an excellent impression! We would HIGHLY recommend this company and will most certainly be having them back to do more work on our home. 5 stars would mean that they were perfect and the only issue I have is that we are still finding nails in the yard. Hence, the 4 star rating. Granted, they are small and plentiful and they did get a majority of them, but, we have small grandchildren that will be running around the yard this summer and I am concerned.     I called Emmons to check what I thought was a small leak in my roof. Not only did the office answer my call and schedule a visit efficiently and quickly, but also, their employee, Josh, was phenomenal. He checked the roof, giving an overall assessment of its condition (which he said was good), and concluded it was not the roof. He then went into the attic- a VERY small space- where one of my heating/AC units resides and was able to conclude that this was the source of any leak. Josh refused to take any money for his efforts and expertise. What a pleasure to find someone who wont just try to find some repairs in order to make some money! I had gotten a previous assessment and estimate from another company who said he couldnt be certain that the repair he was suggesting was the source of the problem, but quoted $3,000 for some roof work and another $750 for maintenance. I HIGHLY recommend Emmons Roofing and Siding as a company that will give you an honest assessment and help you find out what the problem is even if it isnt within the scope of their business. We consulted with many roofing companies but Emmons was the only one that offered to come to our house and explain everything to us (we are first time home owners) I apologize I forget the mans name that came to our house and did our sky lights prior but it was amazing that he was willing to work around my husband and Is crazy work schedule to come have a Saturday morning chat about what we were getting ourselves into. So much that he said he didnt really think we needed to change our roof just yet that it was the flash guard that really was causing our problems. What company tells you, you can hold off and not try to over sell you these days? I will forever recommend Emmons RoofingThank you again from the 2nd house to get the New Sable Roof :)

    Having been responsible for corporate global vendor governance, I am used to evaluating products and services and negotiating contracts. I had evaluated 5 other roofing providers in addition to Emmons. Emmons is 5 STARS due to the following:1) Throughout the sales, installation, and post installation process, responsiveness and ownership was consistent. Too often, after the deposit is provided, the client already can see a negative change in the distancing from the client which then usually leads to an arduous, frustrating, and time consuming process to resolve any post installation issues. Emmons was stellar from the first call to set up an initial appointment to the last call regarding client satisfaction.2) For every appointment through sales, installation, and post installation, Emmons was on time and clear as to what would occur.3) Compared to other roofing contracts, the Emmons contract was balanced and fair. The personnel were knowledgeable about their products and services and while they did not disparage at all, when I asked about class action law suits regarding the products used by OTHER roofers (not Emmons), they were knowledgeable and spoke objectively.4) Emmons provided options not offered by competitors.5) Everyone in all roles (sales, mgmt., installers) personified professionalism.6) Upon thorough assessment and scrutiny, I am a delighted client and enthusiastically endorse Emmons with 5 STARS.

I would like to extend a sincere Thank You to Gustavo for coming out and accessing our roof situation, and to Stephanie, one of the new owners for having the integrity to make sure our roof was done right!!! There was extensive work that had to be done to fix it. But they sent out great crew and the roof looks great. We are very appreciative and relieved!Thank you for all who helped us through the situation created by the previous owner!My Previous Review: under previous owner Keith Emmons:Sorry! This is gonna be long. But I feel I must say what needs to be said because we chose Emmons based on the reviews! We have a unique home built in 1906. It is a three story home with a “mansard roof”, which has a slightly pitched hip and four sides. The roof was old and we felt it was time to replace the mansard shingled portion of the roof. We were quoted and then do to the style of our roof the quote increased significantly. We were understanding, as I said our roof is a little different. We proceeded with the job a complete tear off and new roof on the mansard portion, the sides. My husband was at the house for both days. The crew that came out and did most of the work on the first day, the second day finished up and left with out saying a word ( he had the doors closed ). When he realized they were leaving and called and asked if they were done for the day? They stated the job was finished. He asked why they didn’t let him know so they could do a final inspection. They said they would come back. We had quite a few serious areas of concern. There were huge bumps in the shingles and rows of nails were visible where the shingles did not overlap properly. We were very unhappy. The owner, Ken came out to do an inspection and he understood and shared our concerns. He had the crew come back to fix the problems. After that I was even more upset. As the bumps were still there and the foreman put tar over the nails to make them less visible on our new black shingles! I was in shock and called back to discuss this. He said he would have them come back again. I expressed I did not want the same person, so he had a different contractor come out and tear off a considerable portion of the work and redo it. The owner and new contractor were very responsive and apologized the entire time for the poor workmanship. I had hoped all was rectified. There was still some waviness to the roof but we figured we had to accept it. A few months later the top portion of our roof began to leak. This was not an area they had worked on but being three story home they had placed a pallet of shingles on that area of the roof. That portion of the roof was sealed seven years prior and there was a 10 year warranty on the silicone coating, which was now voided do to the pallet that was placed there. The owner Ken claimed that the leak was do to the roofs poor condition. They never said anything to us about the roofs condition prior to putting an extremely heavy pallet of shingles on that roof. The roof is a very low pitch, almost flat, and three stories up. We have never had any problems with is and it was still under warranty. If it was in poor condition why did they put the pallet on there? After speaking with another roofer I learned that they should have spread the shingles out around the perimeter of the roof not keeping all the weight in one place! We have since had a new contractor come and fix the top portion of the roof and I have filed a complaint with consumer affairs. I have photos of the entire process. I truly hope for the best! I was told we are under warranty for everything, but I now wonder about the quality of our roof, how many corners were cut, mistakes made and covered up?

    I did not use Emmons but it was not for a lack of trying. I live on the edge of their territory so it did not work out but if I lived within their territory they would be a strong finalist.Alonzo K was helpful and and very engaging, asking lots of questions to make sure he understood my needs and provided me with a lot of information so I could understand the options.He was really professional and responsive and I enjoyed working with him. Too bad I’m on the edge of the territory. I get that busineses have to have limits, np.

    I just sold a vacant investment property 2 days ago & had to have a roof put on before closing. The existing roof was 100 year old slate roof that was at end of life. Steve M. came out and gave me an estimate. After comparing his estimate to the others, we decided on Emmons. BTW Emmons was $300 more than the cheapest quote, but Emmons had 35 sheets of plywood in their quote, while the other had 3. We had less than a month before settlement. I worked with Taylor M. at the Emmons Office on getting a time scheduled for the install before the day of settlement. Taylor was able to get it scheduled one week before. The crew showed up & noticed there was an electrical hazard with the PECO power lines coming to the house. It was an unsafe environment for the roofing crew to work, so they packed up & left. Taylor called PECO to inform them of the situation & how critical it was, she then called me. Taylor told me she was working with PECO to get this resolved & would call me as soon as she had an update. About 2 hours later Taylor called me & said PECO would run new power lines to the house & it would be finished by Saturday...we were settling on Tuesday.On Friday morning I drove past the house and saw the powerline had been replaced and called Taylor to inform her the PECO work was complete. Taylor then gave me a new install date of Monday, the day before settlement. I asked her if there was any way they could do it on Saturday, she said shell see what she could do. An hour later Taylor called & told me theyd be out tomorrow(Saturday) to install it. The crew showed up early Saturday & called me to let me know they were there. I drove out, met the Project Manager, Jose`. I told him I was headed to the Jersey Shore & to call me if he needed me. I never received a call...no news is good news. I drove past the house early Sunday evening & saw the roof was completed & no trace of roofing materials left at the site. On Monday, Taylor informed me they didnt need to use all the plywood that was in my estimate & the final total was $1,700 less than quoted! That right there showed my wife & I how honest the company & its employees are. Taylor M. deserve an enormous amount of credit in making this happen before the settlement. Ill be using Emmons again this summer for a roof on another property we own, Steve scoped it yesterday.

    I had them install a new skylight window and roof. The services for my primary were efficient and professional. I had them look at a secondary job and took forever to get a quote. I contacted them about comparable prices and they said they reach back out to me, still haven’t heard. I’m assuming they are becoming just like every other contractor(pick and choose their work). I have a feeling I’ll be going with a different contractor for the next project and moving forward.

    Jose D and Elijah repaired some siding damage done by the F3 tornado that rolled through Mullica Hill. At first meeting, they noted that the siding I picked out might not match as well as it could. They took some siding off and found that I had Antique White while I had picked out Colonial White. They suggested that they go back to their supplier and obtain Antique White so that it matches more closely. This delayed their day, but they still finished the job in a timely fashion. I very much appreciated that they identified a problem and took the time to do the job right, even though it took extra time. They were always very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend their services.
