    OMG!! The evening before Thanksgiving we sprung a geyser in our bathroom toilet.. flooded everything. I got the water to the house shut off and started calling plumbers. The only answer was a lovely lady on the other end of the phone telling me she would get right back to me.. within 1/2 an hour a gentleman pulled up out front and within 1/2 an hour we had the water on and the toilet supply replaced..     We had a drainage problem. it turns out ,the pipe to the sewer was made of tar paper from the 40s. though the years the pipe became egg shaped and wouldnt drain. kenny got the pipe cleared enough to use the toilet overnight. the next day 3 plumbers showed up at 8 am, exposed the problem area. after some discussion we agreed the best solution was to replace all the inferior pipe. they started in right away. they were completely done by dinner time. they did a GREAT job

    Kenny came out and inspected my sewer line and tank. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed me up so that I can get by until my sewer company can come out to complete the job.I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.     Woot woot! We are now happy owners of a water softener and Reverse Osmosis system in our home.Kenny and Travis are super-efficient. They worked together well.     I had a nightmare on my hands with 20 people coming to my house for dinner and NO water, I called Penntegrity Plumbing. They gave me a window of 3-6 pm. Kenny showed up just after 3, he didn’t waste any time and went straight to work. Within what seemed like minutes Kenny had figured out the problem, he gave me an honest price, and had my water back on within the hour. Kenny is a great plumber, not only is he knowledgeable and efficient but he is extremely professional and friendly. I am now a loyal customer and while no one wants to have plumbing problems I can honestly say if ever needed, I will not hesitate to call Penntegrity Plumbing again. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the work and very happy to have running water for my guests.

    I had roots in my sewer line. I called Penntegrity Plumbing. He showed up later that day as agreed, and got right on it. Had it corrected in no time, and charged a reasonable price.     I am an 8 year customer on both the commercial and residential side and absolutely can’t say enough about Penntegrity. I have had them build out 3 schools with several bathrooms and to date haven’t had a singular issue with any of the work done.The team is integral and will offer world class work and service at a competitive price.Peace of mind means the world to me and getting the job done the right way the first time is hugely important to me as a busy business owner and momI have had the following:Water heater work, ac work, full bathroom renovations, full TI bathroom and plumbing build out, water softener installation.     WOW! Impressive! Kenny called and after a brief discussion on the phone, he ascertained what needed to be done and said he would be at my place in 20 minutes!I should note that it was Sunday evening during the Easter weekend! I explained that I called two other companies first with one saying they wouldnt come out on the weekend (24 hr/7 days a week????) The other company said the earliest would be Friday!!! (Right! The leak would spew water for 6 days!!!!!)Why do I elaborate on service? Because its rare to have excellent service. Kenny was courteous, knowledgeable, recognized the problem, and fixed the exterior water pipes with great attention to detail!     I called Penntegrity Plumbing for advice on what to do with my hard water causing dry skin, harsh build up in my hair and mineral build up on surfaces. Penn suggested I get a water softener installed to help with my issues, as it turned out for the best! Penn was extremely professional, educated, dependable and the install was done in a timely manner with advice on how to properly care for the water softener.     They can do anything. I highly recommend them for anything that needs repair. They recommended a tankless water heater, and it is amazing! I didnt even know I could have instant hot water. My toilet is working like brand new, and he replaced my garbage disposal so efficiently. I am so happy I found this company.

    Penntegrity installed about 90’ of underground water line to supply my shop with water. Once at the shop, the water line was run to various interior areas to supply a sink, cold water fountain, and a hose bib. Everything was plumb, level, and square, with quality connections. The price was very reasonable and the job was completed quickly. I would 100% use them again!

    Penntegrity plumbing sent someone same when the other local plumbers didn’t answer, didn’t call back back or couldn’t come for 2-3 days. We had grey water backing into the house and they made arrangements the day knowing it wasn’t a fun situation to be in. Stocker came and was kind and professional.     Office genie, Karen is all over it! I called a few weeks prior to moving to Wickenburg Ranch to schedule a minor toilet repair and she got me scheduled soon after we moved in. Today, Kenny and Josh came to do the repair and discuss a misting station. Both guys were very friendly and helpful.
