Marvin Groves Electric has always done any electrical work for my mothers home. Recently, my mother experienced a short in her sub electrical panel caused by aluminum wiring. I phoned Marvin and explained her situation. Within two hours the same day, Marvins electrician phoned me to say they were on their way. What a relief that was! I was expecting, possibly the next day or later.The electrician and apprentice arrived quickly. They were both very professional and kind. They quickly assessed the situation and articulated the repairs that needed to be made. They explained that to do the repairs correctly where copper meets aluminum, they needed to return to the shop for special lug fastners, wire, etc. They returned promptly and proceeded directly to making the repairs. They completed the repairs, cleaned up the work area and thanked my mother.Glory hallelujah! Everything worked; power and heat restored!Marvin Groves, his staff, and crew treat my mother like family.I highly recommend Marvin Groves Electric for any electrical needs you may have, big or small! Marvins team came to my new office, installed a new grounding bar, setup my five POS systems, and wired my 6 rooms with cat6 and electrical outlets. They quoted me a fair price and executed ahead of schedule. Its refreshing to work with an electrical contractor who does a job in the time they said they would do it. I couldnt ask for more.
