First of all, I called three septic installers. Of the three that I called, one never called me back, and the other installer wouldnt even entertain but one system (that I did not want) and gave me an exorbitant price for it. He didnt even look up my property on the USDA web soil website. Then there was Lance. Lance called me back more than once, as I can sometimes be hard to reach. Once we finally connected via phone, Lance took the time to look up my property on the national USDA web soil website while we were on the phone and explained the potential system(s) that might work best for my property based on the USDA online information. He came to my property and cored drilled two soil samples while we were there to confirm the findings on the web soil website. Lance gave me a tentative price based on no surprises (unforeseen issues), which thankfully ended up being exactly what was quoted in the end. My experience with Jaresh Backhoe Inc. was nothing less than courteous and professional. Ive been in building construction for over 30 years. In comparison to many contractors, I found Lance to be a trustworthy contractor who actually did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and had the equipment and professionalism to back it up!
