I called and Mike (the owner) returned my call, and got all of the details about our mysterious problem after installation of a backup power supply (battery/inverter with a transfer switch). Derek came out just a few days later, and he quickly solved the mystery (which, it turned out, was my own fault). Well done.

Quickly identifies the issues and will not stop searching until he finds the problem/s. Very professional and very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is talking about. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work that needs fixing. Also explains to you what happened, how it happened , and ways to prevent any other harmful stuff from happening.
