    After a few years of life just being way too crazy to tackle it myself and seeing it get worse, it was time to call in some help with my long-neglected and stuffed-to-overflowing enclosed deck. I mean seriously it was so bad. I’m a little ashamed to admit it, but things had reached a point I was so overwhelmed even looking at it that I wasn’t sure I could ever bring myself to fix it. It weighed on me. After a super easy booking process, KIS sent out a team of three extremely friendly and professional staff, and 45min later my deck is the cleanest it’s ever been. I didn’t feel judged at any point and that was so important to me. It’s hard to ask for help with this stuff sometimes - if you know, you know. Pricing was transparent and in my opinion very fair. I am SO HAPPY! I feel such relief and I’m so excited to have my space back. I should have done this ages ago.Thank you again KIS!

    This company is excellent! I was in a bind when another “junk” company told me they would come and then never showed up. They fit me in the day after I reached out and was very affordable. Margaret responded to my emails in a timely fashion and was so helpful. They sent me before and after pictures, as I had moved out of state, which was very appreciated so I could assure my landlord that everything was taken care of. I would recommend KIS Clean Outs to anyone and everyone!!!

    Margaret, Sam and Duncan were incredibly kind and compassionate in helping us clean out our home prior to a home sale. They were incredibly resourceful and helpful in moving lots of things and helping us determine what could be donated. I cannot recommend highly enough. Not only were they helpful in the actual logistics, but they were incredibly kind when saying goodbye to some of our belongings that were highly sentimental. I can only imagine how helpful and compassionate they would be for people who are cleaning out a loved ones home.They are incredibly efficient. They never slowed down once. Their prices are very fair. I really cannot recommend them enough.

    This team is great! Would give 6 out of 5 if I could. The guys were both strapping and sensitive. Especially love how Margaret prioritized the safety of the team as they were lifting heavy things in tough spots.

    KIS is very professional and they did a great job with our pick-up. Their initial response time was quick and they were able to schedule us within 48 hours. The guys were friendly and had no trouble bringing a few heavy, oversized items up a flight of stairs. Two of our items were able to be donated as well which we were happy about. We’ll definitely be using KIS again the next time we need junk removal.

    Cannot say enough about their excellent service! Garage clean out was done efficiently, and looked terrific when they were finished - and they did some extra box moving for me as well. Love that they recycle where possible and find new homes for things that arent trash - and will even bring things directly to the Humane Society that they can use. Upper Valley is lucky to have them!

    We hired KIS Clean Outs to help our small business clear out an entire building we had been using as for storage that is scheduled to undergo a complete renovation. They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced, flexible, accommodating....pretty much everything you would hope for in a hired crew.     Margaret and Duncan made very quick work of cleaning out a garage and basement. I still had stuff that the previous house owner never got rid of. After living with it for a number of years it had to go and KIS cleanouts did a fantastic job. My garage has never looked so good. Their truck was filled in no time and Margaret even swept the space at the end of their visit. I would recommend KIS to anyone, their communication is superlative, they keep to the schedule and are very pleasant to work with!

    Sam and Duncan came at the appointed time, even calling ahead to say they were 15 minutes out. Friendly and professional. Moving the items I had for them to pick up carefully, so as not to scratch walls etc. Margaret is incredibly prompt with her email responses for estimates and scheduling.
