    What a great experience from start to finish! Within 2 minutes of requesting a quote via the Empire website, Spiro called me. The job was installing an outdoor spigot, and after asking detailed questions over the phone, he stopped by to fully assess the existing water line. The price he quoted was reasonable and well within the range I had researched and budgeted for, so I was able to get him scheduled for the job the very next morning. Now, here I am, less than 24 hours later, with the work completed and happy beyond words to have outdoor water access. Spiro was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, on time, and overall a genuine pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommend Empire Plumbing & Heating!

    We would definitely recommend Empire plumbing and heating. Spiro inspected every plumbing area in my home to see why the water pressure was low. Spiro installed a water pressure booster pump in our basement since we are unable to have all my pipes replace at this timeHe is very pleasant and always kept us aware of any work he was doing.     Recently i bought a house and i had to redo the plumbing in my two bathrooms and kitchen so I called Empire plumping and heating LLC and Iam really glad that I did . MR Spiro the owner of the company was really helpful and from the beginning he took away all my worries with his knowledge . I didnt have a single problem during the work and everything finished exactly the way i wanted it . They were pretty clean and professional in all phases of the project i hope i will deal with them again in the future .     This is the second time That I am using Empire plumbing and heating. First time they did my French drain system in the basement with a new sump pump and now they replaced 2 toilets , 1 kitchen faucet that was leaking and also a water heater. Spiro the owner takes pride of his work and he is very quick finding issues and will fix once the correct way. He is not like some other plumbing companies that trying to sell you stuff. If you not need he will not offer it. Very honest person. His pricing is fair when you compere the service you getting . I will reuse again and highly recommended !

    I called for a clogged bathroom sink and Mr. Spiro came right out . He is very knowledgeable and fixed the drain and even gave me tips on how to maintain it so that I don’t have any further issues . He also cleaned up the work area.     Sprio at Empire saved us this weekend. Our water heater went out on us and other services couldnt find a unit that would fix where the existing one was located.     Our sump pump stayed on all day and wont shut off and Its never done that before. I did a Google search and called based on the 5 star rating. Spiro picked up and to my surprise he started telling me how to troubleshoot it so we wont have to pay out of pocket. He stayed on the phone with me for about 20mins to try to fix it. He was very patient and waited till I found a flashlight and talked me through what to do.When everything he had me try didnt work he suspected the pump will probably need to be replaced. We scheduled a time and he showed up within the 1 hour window he gave us and was able to check it out to see if the old pump could be salvaged before replacing it.Thank you so much!     We recently used Empire Plumbing and Heating. They replaced our water heater, replaced faucets, and repaired a leak in our bathroom. A previous plumber told us that we needed to replace the toilet. Thankfully we found this company that was honest enough to tell us we did not need a new toilet.
