    We started our process about 2 months ago when we decided we needed to update our master bath to a walking. Shower. I found DaBella and was thrilled they would help us being in a manufactured home. From the first visit to today they were spot on. Communication from the team eas incredible, from how our financing was going, product order time and arrival they kept in touch. When ybe install team was arriving they called 10 min before arrival and stayed to finish in one day. They were great. They ignored our dogs barking and just did amazing. Will use them for our roof next.

    Kyle was very friendly and informational. My husband is a first responder and has crazy hours of work time during fire season. This made it very difficult for us to both be present during any estimate with any company. Kyle stayed in touch to find out when we would both be home. Even though it was outside of Kyle’s work hours he still drove out of his way and was able to get us an affordable estimate that still met our needs. I would definitely recommend DaBella based off of their outstanding customer service.

    I can not expressed how please I am with the service that was provided by Dabella. first of all, I would like to thank personally David and Julian for the level of respect and care that they showed myself and my mother. they were beyond a pleasure to have in my house.I am so grateful for the work that was done.     About a month or so ago I got some work done through you guys! I was hesitant just because it was a lot of money! Yes my house needed it but I was unsure if I wanted to spend all that money right then and there! The girl who came out and gave me an estimate made the experience SO MUCH BETTER! (I think her name was Chelsea) sat with me while I asked question after question, worked out a payment plan with me, related to me, and even was willing to come back at a later date to talk with me again! I cannot express how Greatful I am that she was willing to go that extra step! The easy thing would have been to walk away but she was just SO THOUGHTFUL and willing! I got all the work that my house was needing and now it’s a 10/10 house! I strongly recommend DaBella! ASK FOR CHELSEA!

    Gene Napier was such a great help. I had previous quotes from Renewal by Anderson and it was so expensive I couldn’t imagine being able to replace any of my windows.     Overall, I would take away that Dabella is a great company who is looking out for the best interests of their consumers. That being said, you are paying for it. They are not cheap compared to other options, but with the cost I can tell you that you will have peace of mind. Because they use products from GAF with GAF trained installers, all their installs are guaranteed by GAF, not just by Dabella. I doubt youre going to find another 50 year transferable warranty anywhere else for cheaper. For our particular situation we did feel their roofing system, with built in ventilation solutions, was our most cost effective option compared to a standard roofing system for which we would have had to add a significant number of additional vents in order to be up to par with current codes. Sure, we could just slap a new roof on there without adressing the ventilation issues, but we own this house and we wanted to do it right. We had a very old roof on an even older home which had moisture build up due to insufficient attic ventilation.With regards to another aspect relating to peace of mind; I felt confident they would get the job done quickly and without any shenanigans that I have heard about in my research. When it comes to the very roof over your head, you want to know its going to get done ASAP, and not get drug out for days or weeks. We have a 2,000+ sq ft simple pitch roof which had 2 layers of old roofing on it at the time. They demod the old roof and got it resheeted and the new one layed down in 3 days FLAT. What I will say about this however, is that I had no idea they were coming out the day they started the work. We contracted with the company in December and weather understably delayed the scheduling of the job. Week after week I heard from them that it would start the next week, and the week after that, and the week after that, etc. Fast forward to February and I spoke to the rep the first week of the month. I was never given an install date, just that it would be the week after next most likely at the time of the call. Then all of a sudden they show up one day. No call, even that week, to me; much less the day before. Granted, its not like they need in your house or anything, and it all worked out fine, I just expected some heads up and didnt get it.In the end, the roof is beautiful, they got it done in record time, they cleaned up like they were never here (except for dirt debris on the ground), and I know that if I ever have an issue with their work Ill be taken care of.

    I just signed to with Jeff Smith to have my Medford home re-roofed. He showed up on time and was friendly and professional. The estimating process takes a long time. I have never experienced it otherwise. Jeff explained everything thoroughly and gave me a quote that I thought was acceptable. In the end, I went with DaBella because I felt they would do a good quality job and I feel that Jeff cares about giving his clients good service. I plan to write again after the job is completed.

    I contacted DaBella for a window quote. The sales team they sent out was very professional, on time and just a sheer pleasure to work with. Charisse and Tyler introduced themselves and they introduced us to DeBella. We then walked around the house inspecting the windows.     After discovering how bad my 35+ year roof actually was, I called on DaBella (who had previously installed 19 new windows in my home just 3 years ago). DaBella representatives Charisse Celise and Brian Catchings met with me within 2 days of my request and the ball was rolling. Both of them made the decision easy, with their clear explanations of DaBellas innovative installation methods and products (I hadnt heard about peak ventilation). My roof was installed quickly and very professionally. The contractor performing the work was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions as the work progressed. He was on top of the job and his workers at all times during the installation. I now have the best looking (and leak-free) roof in the neighborhood. Thank you!

We were working with our insurance company and they had a certain amount they would only approve for the repairs. Since we may be selling our home we decided to stick with what the insurance will pay out and not take on extra expenses. Eric was very understanding about the whole situation.     Charisse Calise was professional, caring and compassionate. She gave me hope and faith in humanity again not only with the financial aspects, but she fought for me to get help and to help show me with my credit because my identity was stolen recently. She also stayed and helped me clean my fridge, take my trash out and clean up my kitchen. I just had surgery 3 days ago. I am alone and have nobody in my life. She is an angel! Dabella is so lucky to have her. You need to make her employee of the year! 😁

    Kennedy H came to my house after I answered an ad on Facebook about window installation. I expected a call with an estimate but, the next day Kennedy stopped by after texting me. She arrived smiling and cheerful. I told her right of the bat that I wasn’t buying anything. She went and measured windows talking to me about good windows and the value of them. I am on a limited budget and I felt that, with the other problems that needed fixing I just couldnt justify the expense. She patiently and always with a smile kept calling her boss and they eventually came up with a price I could afford! She dealt with me honestly and respectfully throughout the process and she and her boss really bent over backward to help me. I would recommend Kennedy to anyone she talks to. Go DaBella!

    Brandon Johnson and Nicole McVicker were very professional and knowledgeable about there company and the project that will be replacing my roof they were very honest about the prices witch was way too much for me but they worked really to get me something I could work with and not to stress over money I decided to go ahead with the replacing of my roof because they were very honest and made me feel very completely comfortable and that my money will be well spent on the best product in USA they both really made me feel like I was part of their family.
