    I cant say enough good things about GB Comfort. It starts with the office. Dana and Cheryl are just so helpful and thorough. Explaining the work, scheduling and processing. So pleasant and helpful every time we communicated. Kevin, Mike, and the rest of the team is just top notch. So knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous in their work. So friendly and making sure we were not affected by the work going on. So clean with putting down tarps to sweeping and cleaning after. You just dont find a team this good in all aspects of a project. I had GB do my gas line with new furnace, ac, and instant hot water. Everything came out so great. Im so thankful and would highly recommend using them for any projects you have that they can handle. I will definitely be using them again for the maintenance and future projects.

    I moved to a new home and wanted to make sure my AC unit was in top order. I called GB Comfort for a maintenance call. They sent over Mike P. And Juan. They were amazing! They checked my unit and explained how to use it. My AC unit also heats my home in the winter and they explained it all to me. Highly recommend GB Comfort. Professional and knowledgeable.     This is THE company to use. Before I found GB Ive never had a plumbing/heating/cooling company contact me so quickly, and, service an issue on the same day. (I had to run my late fathers business many years ago and had the numbers of three other plumbers in my cell, which Ive now deleted) My call about a hot water heater issue yesterday was returned in less than an hour, and Kevin came out and fixed everything. This is the third time Ive had such a great experience with GB. Kevin and his staff are extremely thorough, friendly, polite, and their prices are reasonable.     Had a bunch or corroded pipes and was due for a new water heater. Heard about this company through friends/work and decided this was the place to call. Brett and Juan came to tackle the job and they did amazing work. Even cleaned up the area better than I would have haha. The pricing was more than fair considering all the work that was done.     We used for oil to gas conversion and they did an incredible job. Cheryl & Dana are very kind, friendly, and super responsive! We had Mike run the gas lines and do the conversion and he did an incredible job! He was very thorough and patient. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the process to me so I could understand it. When the job was done everything was cleaned up and he even showed me where the gas lines ran to/ what T/ stub was for what (kitchen stove, fireplace, etc). Highly recommend!

    These guys are hands down amazing! We had a week straight of rain last winter causing power outages resulting in our pump failing. We wound up with a big flood in our basement and our furnace got destroyed. They came our right away and were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Got us up and running with a beautiful new unit! These guys are the best!

    Kevin buggy and Michael were very professional and shared what he would be doing. He gave me an estimate for my furnace and I found it to be very reasonable. I will be using them for my replacement furnace as soon as the insurance reviews my case.Furnace finally installed what a beautiful piece of machinery. They lifted it up 12 inches off the ground, and they left the place immaculate, cleaned every part of their work area. I would not have known they were there.     I wish I could give GB Comfort Solurions, LLC and Kevin 50 stars. They have helped us twice in the last 4 weeks . First on Christmas Day I broke a pipe, Kevin was on the phone with me multiple times on Christmas Day to temporarily fix until his tech could get here the next day. They were here and fixed the pipe and connection first thing in the morning the day after Christmas. Then 2 days ago our hot water wasnt working I left a non-emergency message Thursday night Kevin called me by 7:15 am Friday morning and Mike his Tech was here just after 8 am. He replaced the hot water heater within hours and discussed improvements we can do down the road. I will never contact another company again, GB Comfort Solutions, LLC has my business going forward.

    Ive been working with GB since November 2022 when there was an issue with my boiler. I have used them multiple times since and have always received excellent service. James is my go to service technician who has always been on time, professional and very informative. He takes the time to explain everything and ensure you understand what needs to be done. Kevin, Dana and the whole GB Comfort team have always pulled through for us, whether it’s the hottest or coldest day of the year! Our 75 gallon hot water heater gave out on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get a new one delivered and installed same day!     I had the experience recently of hiring GB Comfort Services. They did an amazing job in my home of installing 2 duct free air conditioning units. I had ben planning to do this work for some time but was hesitant. They came to my home and confidently gave me feed back and made me comfortable to proceed.     We had three estimates to convert from oil to gas and install central air at our house in Landing. We went with GB Comfort because they were the best price. They came in with their knowledgeable, professional and courteous crew and did an excellent job . When we moved to a new house in Ledgewood and needed central air, it was a no brainer to call GB again. It was a complicated job requiring floor cuts as well as ceilings and these guys nailed it ! They’ve helped me out with multiple issues in 2 homes that I’ve had, and I trust and value their honesty, expertise, and overall professionalism.     I highly recommend GB Comfort, Kevin was able to come out quickly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I only needed a combustion test done on my boiler and not a full tune up as I had replaced the nozzle and filter myself. He worked with me as I explained everything I had done previously and he made his adjustments perfectly. Pricing was very fair as well, couldnt have asked for a better company to do the job.     Kevin and his technicians did an excellent job installing our new gas boiler conversion. We were very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of running all of the necessary piping at the exterior and interior. Everything was perfect. He stayed overtime to make sure that the furnace was completed on the same day, and was also very pleasant to have in the house.     Weve been using GB Comfort for almost 5 years and have never considered calling someone else. I originally found them on Google when our central air stopped working during a heat-wave the first summer we lived here. Kevin was so devoted to his customers that he worked until after 8pm to make sure he could fit us in the same day. He was informative and explained the cleaning and maintenance we needed to do to prevent a service call for the same thing in the future.The first time we needed our oil burner cleaned and maintenanced, we naturally called GB Comfort. We were brand-new homeowners and Kevin gave us all kinds of great advice. He, and several different technicians, have done a lot of work in our home over the years. Regular maintenance, some plumbing work we needed done, and a few emergencies sprinkled in there including frozen pipes.Most recently, the technician Mike came out because our central air stopped working. We needed a specific OEM part that they dont keep in stock and he was back the next day to put it in. He was very professional, very accomodating to my hectic work schedule, and had our central air up and running in record time!

    My mother had a recent heart transplant and as part of her discharge planning with summer on its way, a requirement was a functional AC system. As soon as Spring came we realized our central air was dead which would delay mom discharging to our home. We called GB Comfort Services and they sent Mike out to take care of our issue. Due to the immunocompromised state of my mother, we needed our tech to wear a mask regardless of COVID since even the slightest cold could cause serious health issues - with GB this was a total non-issue which was a relief. Mike came out, was incredibly pleasant and knowledgable and he had our system up and running within a couple hours. We had made a few calls to other companies prior explaining our situation and their estimates were easily $500 higher than GB Comfort Services. Weve found our new go-to for plumbing, heating and cooling now and theyve made it so that my mom can discharge to home safely without concerns over heat-related temperature issues. So thank you GB Comfort Services and Mike for being so reliable, capable, honest and personable, you came through when we needed you!

    I cant give GB Comfort high enough reviews. They are outstanding in every way. Unlike many home service providers I have dealt with, GB Comfort takes pride in their work and puts customer satisfaction first. Almost one year later, the GB guys feel like family to us! They have never let us down.Highly, highly recommended by a neighbor, I called GB Comfort when no other heat/air guys were even willing to attempt to give my smaller, 100+ year old home central air and heat. GB Comfort listened to my request, came up with an innovative solution to provide what I was looking for, gave me an estimate to do the work, and that number never changed throughout the project. They did the job quickly, and I could not be happier with my new system. Any subsequent problems were addressed immediately. Bye bye radiators and gross window units!!!This is representative of my experience with GB Comfort: 5 months after we got our new system, during the coldest part of winter, we noticed the system was not reaching the temps that we had set our thermostat. Kevin came out immediately to address the problem. He was worried about our family being cold! After two full days of working on it, he discovered the new system was completely clogged with dirt after another contractor had dug up my basement floor (with a jackhammer) without using tarp to shield the GB Comfort machinery. Even though this was not the fault of GB Comfort in any way, shape or form, I was not charged for the days spent to figure out the problem. As always, just excellent service with a smile and the hope that I was a happy customer.I feel like this type of friendly, no BS, honest, transparent, customer-first business model doesnt even exist anymore. I am so happy I found GB Comfort and will recommend them at the top of my lungs to anyone who asks forever!

    A co-worker recommended GB Comfort when I was in a jam for having a leaking faucet in a soaking tub repaired, among other things, to prepare for an upcoming move. The owner, Kevin, seems to always be available and is incredibly responsive to calls. Their technician, James, was able to plot a proper course to repair on his initial visit, laying out all viable options to get the job done as quickly as possible.Upon his return visit, he was equipped with everything he needed to see the job through without any delays. He cut through tile (for some reason, there was no access panel in the tub), contained the mess, made the repairs, and cleaned up the best he could.He was able to then make the proper repairs to our water heater to bring it up to code.Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work theyve done and will be keeping their number on hand in the event I need any further AC, heating or plumbing needs.Thank you!

    Weve used GB in the past but today GB had to repair a leaky pipe, install a faucet and fix pipes for the kitchen sink. Called on a Thursday and they were out today (Friday) all the work done and cleaned up in less than an hour.     Brandon and Mike showed up on time to work on replacing the water meter and shut off valve. They were both very professional. They treated the township employee very nicely when he came out to shut off the water to the house. They cleaned up afterwards. It was pretty to cool to be able to pay by credit card when they finished. It was much easier than waiting for a bill. It was a great help to also know that they like dogs. On top of the great work they did, they put up with my endless questions on plumbing and how they were installing the items. They took the time to answer and education me. I truly appreciated that (and having the new shut off value and water meter put in).

    We could not be more pleased with GB Comfort Services!! My fiancé and I called this morning because our upstairs thermostat was going well over the temperature we had it set on (it got up to 81 degrees). They had a team come out day - of to help since the temperature kept climbing which we could not have been more grateful for! The serviceman, James, was extremely professional and knowledgeable and knew what needed to be fixed soon after arrival. James was able to fix / replace our valves within a couple of hours.     Kevin is terrific. I had an issue with my furnace and my previous HVAC tech was really trying to push services on me that I didnt need at the time. I called Kevin and he laid out several options for me and never pressured me.     My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with this company. We originally thought we had a leak and had them come out. Kevin, the owner came out, we didnt have a leak and he never charged us for being at out home. We also got our furnace replaced and put central air in. During our discussion, he was able to diagnose an issue that we were experiencing with our shower we believed would be resolved with a new hot water tank and fixed it immediately for us.James saved us the hassle from beginning some costly work that would not be necessary to solve our immediate complaints. I really appreciated that he was more interested in providing the correct solution even if it wasnt the most profitable for their business.     My husband and I finally closed on our home on March 26th. It was a stressful, long and aggravating process because the house was a foreclosure. It sat for 2 years so I’m sure you can imagine. Both of the Kevin’s walked me through exactly what was needed, what was of the upmost importance, what could wait, what my options were, how to save the most money on said adventure, and a promise that they would ALWAYS be there and see this project through till the end. Well let me tell ya... they more than delivered. I have six bathrooms and all of which were completely out of commission. The Kevin’s came in and made them all work better than ever! My whole kitchen runs like a dream. They provided and installed 2 giant water heaters.... put in a brand spacing new water filtration system which is MASSIVE in my basement...     Ok I just wanna put a post out here for people who might be dealing with any Air Conditioning issues in the near future or like us who’ve been without AC since the end of April. We had several quotes from other companies all different in price and equipment. But I want to give a huge shout out to GB Comfort Services LLC. Kevin and his wife Dana have been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. I might add his worker Mike is amazing as well. By far this was nothing short of the most professional company I’ve dealt with and I mean from the beginning to showing up to give an estimate on a Saturday to following through to the finish line today. I ended upGoing with a 4 ton 16 seer Armstrong unit which is made by Lennox and is compatible with our current furnace I also added the UV light and went with the Ecobee wireless wifi sensor thermostat. I’m a tech junkie so for me laying in bed to adjust the thermostat is a no brainer. In addition prior to our install our attic fan burned out a week ago so just imagine with the heat the past few days how hot our home was. I tried finding someone to repair no call backs. Well Kevin made a call to his electrician who’s name is Kevin also and he came out today to hook up a new attic fan I must say all and all we are so happy we chose them for this job. They will also be coming back for some plumbing repairs. I usually don’t write posts like this but felt compelled to do so.
