    They are highly competent at what they do! They were able to get the job done a day earlier than expected to my complete satisfaction! I loved that they treat your home with the utmost respect and care. There are many people that can complete the job, but with Schittā€™s you donā€™t have to worry about the level of professionalism associated with doing the job. I highly recommend!

    Good communication, called before they arrived, and the plumbers were polite and did quality work. I think the price was a bit more than i expected; however, the work was completed the same day and in a timely manner, so i am satisfied having paid a bit more to have that crossed off my list.     Schitts Plumbing did a fantastic job on a busted water pipe on the outside of our church. That same pipe had been fixed only 3 months before, but it did not hold. I could see that their knowledge and expertise far surpassed the previous attempt to fix it. The cost was reasonably and very nice people did the work!     After attempting to contact multiple companies Schittā€™s Plumbing answered the call. They were quick to respond and sent technicians out to my home the next day. After dealing with a water pressure issue for 2 months since we moved in the technicians were quick to suggest a fix. Low and behold, with the replacement of a failing pressure reducing valve, they got me up to 70 PSI from 35. I highly suggest giving them a call if you have any plumbing related issues.

    Definitely recommend.The folks at Schitts were super-easy to work with, hands-down.     As far as Im concerned, best company in town. I tried contacting 6 other plumbing companies before Schitts and couldnt so much as get a call back; they not only answered but it was an actual person and they had someone out the NEXT DAY. Did a water heater install and cleaned up so well it was like they were never there. Absolutely my first call from now on.

    I got my water heater serviced and I couldnt have asked for a better technician and helper.     Who knew that dealing with plumbing issues could be such a pleasant experience? Thats exactly what we had with Schitts Plumbing--from the phone conversation to set up our appointment, to the guys arriving exactly when they said they would, to the expert work they did in installing two toilets in our home, to disposing of our old toilets--everything was done professionally and the guys were very engaging and great to work with. We need to have more work done in our kitchen and theres no one we would even think about calling to get that done besides Shitts! Quality company doing quality work!

    Jacob and his helper (sorry forgot the name :/) were both amazing and did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond to show me what to do to prevent the problem again and how to take care of the issue it caused. I also enjoyed hearing Jacob training the young gentleman that was with him. Amanda in the office was also great at getting me worked in last minute, worked around my schedule and explained everything before they came out on pricing and how to pay. I really like how they kept in touch and even let me know who to expect.I get a little anxious about the unknown but this went way better than I expected because they were very thorough from the beginning to the end.Great job!

    We have used Schitts Plumbing for several years now and they have never disappointed us. A few years ago, we purchased our house not knowing there were a lot of plumbing issues. We called them out with our first leak and they repaired it quickly. They were very knowledgeable and explained all the options and the extent of the issue. It turned out that the previous repairs of these pipes were not repaired using the proper equipment/tools. They explained all of this and went on to repair the pipe the correct way. A few weeks later, we had another leak and called them back thinking the repair was not done properly. In fact, it was the other line that busted right after they fixed the first. This issue affected our kitchen, laundry room and eventually our guest bath. They were quick to help us get everything back in order. Not only that, but they worked with us on the price since we had just had a hefty bill a few weeks prior. We have had no issues with the repairs that they made and are so thankful for this business. The most recent visit was due to backed up toilet. They were quick to get us on the schedule and when they arrived the problem was resolved within the hour. We will continue to use them for both the small and large plumbing issues and I recommend you do the same if you want honest, affordable, and efficient plumbers. Thank you Schitts Plumbing!

    This was a great experience having these guys working at my house. They were on time, protected my home, completed their work , and cleaned up after themselves. The only way we knew they were there was that now we have enough hot water to take a decent shower. We will be calling on them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

    After I hired a different plumber through Thumbtack trying to save a few bucks, my shower tub faucet was dysfunctional. Schitts plumbing came and saved the day. Schitts plumbing has excellent customer service and are extremely professional. Not only did they fix the issue, they educated me and my family on what had happened. You can tell the plumbers who work here are passionate about their work field. I highly recommend this business and will definitely use again. If you are trying to save a few bucks by using Thumbtack for a plumber, I highly recommend against it as the price for Schitts Plumbing was more fair and they actually resolved my issue.

    The most thorough plumbers ive come across. I have had several different service calls with this company and have been more than satisfied with their work and how they track everything. First, they come out and review the problem. Then they ask you what would you like to see. Then they explain what it takes to fix the problem and will go over all the options. If you ask for something special, they will tell you everything up front. If it can be done, any problems that may come up, cost, everything. Be careful what you ask for, because they will document everything. What they said, what you said and it will come with pictures. Once you decide they can do the job. They will be there at that date and time and get the job done in the amount of time they estimated. You are given the opportunity to go over the completed work. They will explain it all to you. If you have questions or something doesnt seem right, speak up and ask. They are happy to explain everything and will ask you if you are satisfied with the completed work. If not, they will fix it until you are. Again, they will document everything. So, if anything comes up in the future, they have a complete account of the job they did. I love how thorough they are, They are worth the cost and you can be assured the job was done to your satisfaction. Very professional, polite, and well prepared to handle any plumbing job you may need. Highly recommended!

    We had a wonderful experience with this company replacing our water heater. they were extremely thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done and exactly how much each part of the process would cost. they showed up exactly when they said they would and were able to finish everything very quickly. all materials used were high quality, and everything was done exactly to code to prevent future problems!     We had the Schitts team out at our home for a list of things that me and my wife had been putting off for a while. The ladies in the office were very helpful in getting us an appointment scheduled and answering questions. The technicians that came out were super friendly and very knowledgable. (I think the plumbers name was jacob - maybe jason) but he was professional and helpful in getting our plumbing problems straightened out. We were very happy with their services and recommend them to anyone.

    From the initial call to the job being completed, everything was professionally done. Marley was my first contact in the office, she was so professional and personable! Jacob called after arriving to my home to give me his diagnosis, and right away I could tell he knew what he was talking about. The communication was always timely, up to the text to tell me they would be there at a specific time for the installation. Itā€™s refreshing to find a company that does what they say and shows up when they are supposed to!

Mr.Davis has done two or three jobs for us, he and his Assistant Trevor are always professional and available to answer questions when they are working.     We needed to have some old (27 yrs) leaky faucets replaced and toilet tanks rebuilt. From a previous good experience with Schitts Plumbing, we called them again. Jacob was especially awesome and took the time to really explain the breakdown of costs in the repair, what the repair actually entailed and the quality of the parts before beginning the work. The new faucets were installed flawlessly, A++, both above and also the works and pipes beneath the counter, and at long last the toilets flush quietly like brand new toilets again. Both plumbers were professional, courteous, respectful and efficient. They covered their shoes when walking through the house. They cleaned up completely from their work, leaving no trace theyd been there. Of course, no one really wants to pay for plumbing repairs, but when they left we felt like they had really done right by us and the price for the time it took, parts they used, and great results was fine and fair. Theyve clearly done high quality work that will last. They also came exactly on time as scheduled, and called in advance to say they were on their way. Were very pleased with everything.     My experience with Schitts plumbing was great from the first phone call to when they finished the job. I dont know the young ladies name that answers the phone and sets appointment but she was very professional and pleasant to talk to. I received a phone call on the day of the appointment and another to update to their accurate arrival time. Jacob and his assistant were great. I had planned a more pricey faucet replacement for my shower and he explained some options to me that included just repairing my leaky Delta Faucet. I really appreciated how he explained everything to me and in the end saved me money with just a repair. I will not hesitate to call Schitts plumbing again. I Highly recommend them.

    Great service. Very professional. They have performed multiple jobs for me and I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.     Dealing with Jacob and Schitts Plumbing was a pleasant experience when it probably shouldnt have been. Jacob was always on time and very responsive to any attempts to communicate. Jacob was able to locate a leak and repair it when others could not. We will most definitely call them again as we have a couple of other plumbing projects in the near future.

    Love their communication! From start to finish, I understood exactly what they were committed to do and when they would do it. Amanda has a great phone voice and seems very well organized. Jacob and Josh were efficient, pleasant, and professional throughout their time with me. Without any prompting, they both donned plastic covers for their shoes to protect our floors.I needed their help on four separate tasks.     To start scheduler was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Had an appointment the same week I called. Her service included who would be providing my service and my block of time. Day before a reminder of the appointment was emailed to my cell phone. The repair team finished their prior job early and requested to come early. I emailed the scheduler that it was ok and they arrived 20 minutes later. Two and 1/2 hours early. My time was 2pm to 4pm. Upon arrival they only took 20 minutes to repair my issue. Most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They used the most current technology for receipt of payment and mailing of receipt. Id give them a five start rating.

    Scheduled service 12-4, showed up 12:20. Took care of dripping shower head. Then told the service technician if he can look at an outside faucet that was dripping also. Got that one fixed too. Excellent service. Its not cheap but you pay for professional service. Would use again.

    I had a faulty water pressure regulator replaced. Service was quick, efficient and courteous. I was given the price before work started and thatā€™s what I was charged. I was sent an email with the photo of my assigned plumber which I thought was a very nice policy. I will definitely use Schitts for future plumbing needs. Very impressed!

    I had a couple of leaky faucets, a wobbly toilet and an adjustment needed to a hot water heater. These folks showed up on time (a little early actually which was nice) were very professional, and got the work done quickly even though they had to get an additional part. They were done with everything in about 2 hours and the price was quite fair. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to call them again and will gladly recommend them to anyoneā€¦excellent experience!!

    During us moving out somehow the lever to the refrigerator water intake valve broke off. So we had movers trying to move us out of the house and a broke lever and the water cut off due to the break. Schitts was quick to respond.     Very good workmanship and the guys who came out were great. One minor comment: they will not give you an estimate over the phone even if you can tell the exactly what is needed. So youll have to pay the service charge of $75 just to get them to your house...then they give you a price. Turned out they were more expensive than other plumber quotes...lesson learned for me.

    I would like to thank this company for being honest with me about the leak I had in my home. I would also like to say please stop referring Dixie to customers. Dixie told me I didnā€™t have any other option but to repipe my entire home. When that was not the case. One of their technicians came by to give me an estimate for the spot that was leaking. He ended up cutting a hole in my garage when leak detection had already been out and detected the leak. They indeed wanted to charge me for the cut they made. When all I asked them for was an estimate. Please get other plumberā€™s opinions when dealing with Dixie. It will save you alot of money. Especially if youā€™re a woman because they will try to take advantage of you with their services. Stick to the smaller companies because most of the time they actually care about the customers.     I have used Schitts Plumbing a few times now. They were recommended to me on our local facebook group.The first time I had a stopped up bathroom drain. They were able to clean out the pipe. Thankfully I had not used Draino, they explained how that can cause clogs to turn into disasters if it sits behind the clog. I have passed that info on to many of my friends and family.The second time the pipe from my water meter that ran along my driveway broke. They explained that the pipe was originally ran by the builder too close to the surface and at a weird angle. They re-ran the pipe at a better angle and repaired the pipe.Wonderful company, awesome name and motto. I will recommend them to any of my friends and family, and they are the first people I call when a plumbing issue comes up!

    Bottom Line: I indeed recommend them and for now, they are my plumber of choice for any plumbing work I need done. Work was to replace the shower control fixture and to replace the tub spout with a normal pull-up type diverter.I shopped for plumbers and compared many on estimated price, reviews, customer service, confidence I gained from speaking with them, and more. Schitts was my choice. Great front office lady (Marley I believe?) with a sense of humor and more importantly, pleasantly down to business, responsive, efficient with my time. The tech that did my job arrived on the end of his 2 hour window (he was on time), estimated the job, seemed a bit anxious as it was towards the end of the day. Regardless, I accepted his bid and had the work done. He finished in approx 30 minutes - he is an experience plumber.Time will tell the true enduring quality of the work, but tenant reports all is well for now.     We hired Schitts Plumbing to re-pipe our entire house. Our home is 85 years old with copper piping throughout the house. We had started to have some problems recently simply because of the age of the home, and the copper becoming brittle with multiple leaks starting to break out. We called one of the MAJOR known companies to come out and give us an estimate on re-piping our home. They were a complete rip-off. I then got a 2nd estimate from Schitts Plumbing....and not only did they do some additional things to bring our home into the 21st century, but they did not leave ANYTHING undone. Both companies quoted for pex piping. Jacob and Trevor came out, inspected the house, and gave us an estimate. It was over 5K cheaper than the estimate given by the major company. They responded right away, were very respectful, and even stayed into the night to complete the job in one day. It was just like having good old neighbors from the old school visiting and completing the work on our home.     Ive used Schitts multiple times at this point, and never for a small task. I expected to spend several thousand dollars on the repair (to say, all of the drainage pipes under the house) and they handled it for less than a thousand.     I called in for a check up on a previous service for a warranty since the shower faucet was leaking water when the shower head was on. Originally the whole faucet was leaking before.     I called Schitts Plumbing to replace the fill valve on my toilet. The service attendant was prompt, professional, and friendly. He determined that my toilet needed a full pump replacement and quickly installed it. It has only been a few days, but so far the new pumps have been reliable and fill the toilet in about 20 seconds, which is much faster than the old pumps. The service visit cost about $200. The ultimate test of their effectiveness will be how long the pumps last, of course, but thus far Ive been very happy with their work.

By the time I visited sometime late winter/early spring of 2022 Iā€™ve noticed the leak of the tub faucet but it would take at least 2- 5 minutes or more to see a droplet of a leak & only became a lot more noticeable as of this month of August (& we donā€™tā€™/barely use the tub at this bathroom only if our guest needs it which is a rare occasion).The cordinator who was on site fixing the leak has also mention my neighborhood with these new housing have ā€œoldā€ or ā€œbad qualityā€ installation that end up rusting/ damaged overtime can end up leaking.

    Very easy to work with to schedule the required service. We run a vacation rental by owners property that had clients in the house. The toilet was wobbly (due to a cracked flange unbeknownst to us) which they replaced, re-set and grouted the toilet. No more wobbles. Very professional with quality work.

    I was in a bind and needed pipe repair work done ASAP in order for other repair work to be done to the house. Googled plumbers in the Prattville area, Schitts was #1. So of course I am going to call the local area plumbing champions. I Schitt you not. The professionalism I experienced with the receptionist was top notch. She explained that their Schitt list was full for the next two days, but could put me on a stand by for the following day. I said I want the number 1 guys doing this and to put me on stand by. I Schitt you not again. Within the hour the receptionist called me and said an opening just came up, how about today in about 30 minutes. I was so happy with this Schitt I said yeah Iā€™ll be there. Literally 30 minutes later you guessed it the Schitt show came pulling up in all their glory. 20 minutes later that Schitt was fixed and home repairs back on schedule. From start to finish that Schitt was amazing.Highly recommend

    Job: instal a shower head above a fiberglass shower frame and a diverter valve in the fiberglass frame. Prior to the job, our shower was limited to a rain shower from the celling. Now we can use that and/or the newly installed shower head.Experience: Best plumbing service ever! The technician that came to our house (Jacob) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to explain the actions he was taking and why. Also, he didnā€™t just hone in on getting the job done; he honed in on getting the job done right and in a manner that would be easy to sustain decades down the road.Credibility: even though their parts supplier under quoted the cost of the parts needed by nearly 50%; they still honored the original quote we had agreed to.Above and beyond: 1) mounted all installed shower hardware (shower hardware wasnā€™t previously mounted); 2) rather then just tell me where the diverter valve was going to be installed, he gave me options even though one of the options required extra work - I.e. the option I went with (He had to cut into a 2X4 and add another brace board); 3) dug up a decisive hole in the front yard to adjust a water pressure regulator valve from 50PSI to 75PSI, so that both shower fixtures could work effectively at the same time (wasnā€™t a part of the job, yet they did it at no additional cost).Update on shower: The the shower head started dripping months after installation. Jacob came out that same day and replaced it free of charge with absolutely no fuss. They honor their warrantyā€™s and stand-by the parts they use (Lemons exist in even the best of parts).Used them again: Had a leak spring up in the front yard near the water meter that feeds the house. They were on site within an hour of the call on a Saturday. The previous builder had several pipes connected to each other, rather use a one long pipe, and none of the pipes were glued together (took some time, but the poor workmanship eventually became an issue... something to think about). Jacob replaced it all with one long pipe properly secured so the problem wouldnā€™t come up again.Bottom line, they are legit professionals that want you to be throughly pleased with their work. And because of this, and all the reasons I listed above; I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.

    I couldnt be more happy with the job Jacob and his team did. Ive had a leak in the guest bathroom Ive put off for a long time and have attempted to fix myself. Jacob did a thorough job explaining what all he was going to do and how much it would cost prior to any work. Shortly after arrival the problem was fixed.     Where do I begin? Jacob installed plumbing in my kitchen and laundry room sinks, ran a gas line from my attic to my new gas cooktop (which he also installed), fixed a leaky shower valve, installed a new tub and itā€™s associated plumbing, installed a new drain and all the plumbing in our outdoor shower, raised a water shut-off that was 5 feet under ground to ground level, increased the length of our pool overflow and backwash lines, replaced the interior components and reset two toilets. In addition, I plan to have him replace all the plumbing and jacuzzi tub in our master bath when we renovate it ā€” hopefully soon! He is professional, efficient, honest, and hardworking. Everything about this business is top notch!
