    I want to thank Ryan of Hempsey’s for responding in such a quick manner before the school year began to resolve our leaking toilet. Ryan located the leak in no time and explained the reason for the leak in detail and what it would take to fix it.     Wow, I am so impressed with the service I received from Hempseys! The knob that turns water from tub to shower broke off, leaving the faucet unusable. Hempseys returned my call within 20 minutes and set up an appointment for an estimate. They quoted me a very fair price, and did not charge me extra for a custom color (aged bronze). The two workers who did the job were fast, courteous, and professional. The work they did looks so much better than I imagined would be possible. There was no access to my bathtubs plumbing from the back, as it was blocked by kitchen cabinets, so they had a difficult job doing everything through a small hole they cut. This was a job for someone with serious skills and experience, and Hempseys really came through for us. Now I will be proud to show my bathroom when my house goes on the market. Highly recommend!

    I had a major leak and flood in my crawl space. Ryan Hempsey came out almost immediately, assessed the problem, and started pumping the water out. This was late in the day and took almost all night to drain. He returned early the next day and went to work finding the source and making the repair. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy whose knowledge and professionalism saved the day for me. I highly recommend Hempsey Plumbing and Heating.

    Dan Hempsey did a great job for us! He came out the next morning after we called. He installed a kitchen faucet & put in new pipes. The service was great and very reasonable! We even got a senior discount.I had Dan as a 6th grade student. It was nice to see him again.

    Hempseys Plumbing is the best service around. I needed an emergency plumber at my house so I called Phil - - I had never used his company before but he came recommended by a friend so I figured I would put my trust in him. I was not disappointed! He responded quickly, was very professional and offered me advice because I ended up being able to take care of the problem on my own. I ended up having to call him again a few days later for a separate issue at my rental property, and again he was quick to respond. He was out there the next day and took care of everything, and did not charge an arm and a leg.     I recently had a stripped faucet knob in my shower which I for sure thought I could fix myself, boy was I wrong. When trying to think of someone to help I recalled my old softball coach, Mr. Hempsey having a plumbing and heating company. Needless to say my faucet is now fixed and I wouldnt have trusted anyone else to give a first time home owner fair and professional service.     Phil returned my call right away and Jeff and Andy were here within the hour. It took a while with the rooter outside and ultimately they had to snake the drain from inside the house. Made sure to use drop cloths, put everything back as it was and cleaned up. Drains in the house are all working well now and I’m pleased. Will use them again if needed

    I used Hempseys when we had a plumbing emergency at my elderly fathers home last year.Phil and team were professional and conscientious. This last week, my borough flushed hydrants and my kitchen sink faucet didnt work. I called and Ryan told me how to correct the situationThere was a build up of sediment in the sprayer.     The Hempseys are lifesavers!!! I called them at about yesterday 3/4/24 7:48 am and 2 trucks we at my house by 9:45 am. I have babies in the house and there was water backed up in my basement. I was impressed by their swift assessment and correction of our issues. They were transparent with us about pricing which was fair and exactly what they quoted actually about $100 less than anticipated which was welcomed in a pinch. They also coordinated with West Deptford Township seamlessly. Today 3/5/24 there is no water in my basement and all functions seem to be working properly. They even directed us on follow-up.
