    New Village provides exceptional service, project management, and quality work. We are beyond please with the backyard oasis (including an inground pool) they created for our family. From inception to delivery, Jonathan and his stellar team, were thorough. We rarely had to wonder what to expect next. The only issue we had was out of their control with a lie e of equipment. But Jonathan was professional and helped to manage expectations during the delays. Now we refer New Village to every serious customer needing what they offer, and wait to work with them again on our next project.

    The workers at New Village LLC Landscapes & Tree Services exceeded my expectations as they cleaned up my driveway and the roadbed in front of my house after their work truck caught on fire. With the stress of their truck being totally destroyed in the fire it would seem they wouldnt have even thought about the condition of our driveway yet they took the time on a late Friday afternoon to make sure our family could safely drive in and out of our driveway. They used their manpower and equipment to remove all of the glass and embedded plastic that remained after the fire was out and the truck was towed away. Our family is so grateful for the quality of work and the care of community the owner and workers showed to us as they were dealing with the costly loss of their work vehicle and the worry for their workers safety. From what we experienced with New Village LLC we can highly recommend them for your next landscaping project.

    I had New Village come out to down two dead trees and cut a window opening in my concrete foundation. The window opening went well and I had no problem inserting the new window. The two trees on the other hand was one problem after another.Upon arriving on site two of the workers began working on the first dead tree. Shortly after they made their first cut I hear their machine ramming the tree, trying to push it over. About this time my neighbor calls me concerned if the team was even licensed because they observed a limb fall only a few feet away from one of the workers. After talking to Jonathan, he explained that his normal tree expert was busy that morning and promise he would be here after lunch.6 hours after the crew arrived I walked back to find that they finally had the first tree down. However in the process they took out one of my healthy trees. As you can see in my picture the crew managed to drop the dead tree right on top of my perfectly healthy tree. Jonathans response to this was I guess you got a free one, whereas my opinion is they damaged my property.Jonathans tree expert finally arrived and made quick work of the second tree. However the crew could not move the downed tree into the woods how I expected because they broke the track on their machine when trying to ram the tree that morning. So they had to come back a second day. I included a picture of the mess left over after day 1.Upon returning with a new machine with grapple attachment the foreman got right to work. Apparently shortly after getting started the grapples hydraulic hose broke and left them with pushing the logs and debris around. This meant that they destroyed all the under brush and were essentially clearing the land. After returning from an errand I found that there were still logs all over and not in a pile the way I expected. I also found a tree trunk that was still ~40ft long when I was promised everything would be cut into ~6ft sections. As you can see in my pictures there were several logs left everywhere and not what I considered put into a neat pile.Jonathan was nice enough to send his guy back out to clean up the area some more. However, his foreman didnt have a saw on the truck so I was left to cut up the 40ft trunk myself. After returning to clean up more, the grapple kept falling off of the machines quick connect adaptor. The employee then proceeded to try pushing logs around with just the quick connect adaptor. I found this unprofessional and I told the employee to stop before he damages the machine more. I instructed him to get the grapple and pack it up, I would handle the rest. At this point I was tired of the poor workmanship and was ready for New Village to stop destroying my property. Next thing I know the employee ratchet strapped the grapple to the front of the machine and continued to try pushing logs around.Maybe I am to blame for setting my expectations too high, however I was expecting a crew to come in drop the trees, and then stack the ~6ft sections of logs up neatly in a pile in my woods. Instead I am left with a 60X70 section of cleared woodlands, and a messy pile of debris. All I can say is set your expectations low if you need tree work done. If you agree to leave the wood on your property expect that they want to just put the tree on the ground and walk away.After all of these issues, some of which were not New Villages fault, Jonathan continued to make sure I was fully satisfied with the completed project. His dedication to the customer is amazing, and he really does want the customer to be happy. Overall my biggest recommendation is communicate clearly with Jonathan and if need be have him walk through the project as to what each step they plan to take. This way everyone is on the same page.

    Jonathan and his team at New Village have completed several projects at my house including both landscaping and hardscaping. I couldnt be any happier with the work they have done! Professional, efficient, affordable, and most importantly impeccably clean work! Look forward to coming up with more projects with them!

    From Vanessa scheduling John or Luis to come out for an estimate to the estimate to finished product, everything goes so smoothly! Ive used New Village for the past 4 years for my large yard and landscaping spring clean up. I highly recommend!!

    WOW! What a transformation. New Village Landscape was absolutely incredible! Jonathan and Venessa were very nice, always responding to my multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages throughout the project.Our property was awful and Jonathans crew transformed our entire property. From expanding our driveway with new retaining walls and concrete, removing a huge oak tree, laying pea gravel, installing a hammock pergola, and sodding the entire property.Its been several weeks now since they wrapped up the sod and it is perfect!Simply amazing work!ThanksJack

    My fiance and I were coming home from a vacation in delaware and had ran out of gas. Luckily Mauro and his two helpers (which i didnt get the names of but are just as important in this) pulled over and were kind enough to take me to get gas and get us also jumped because the battery died so we could get home!You cant teach the kindness and respect these guys had. They were just getting off work probably and were willing to do anything to help. If their work shines through their heart, i can’t even imagine how good of a job they do in landscaping services.These guys will definitely be getting my recommendations and business in the future! Thank you again!!

    I had pipes laid to move water away from the Gate. The area would end up as a swamp. The team did a great job. They. cleaned up afterward.
