    We were so happy that Logan Davidson and Scott were available to come to our house so quickly. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to switch our Dining Room light fixture to another one of choice and replace a dimmer on our club room. They are both very efficient, neat and we highly recommend their services.

    Scheduling was easy, convenient and the staff responding to my requests were personable and knowledgeable. The technician was made known to us prior to his arrival and showed up on time. Electrician Ken explained all the options available to resolve our electrical needs and we chose the plan that best suited our budget. The job was completed timely, and the site was left clean.     Where to begin with this company.. from the first visit for the estimate by Evan, hands down fabulous! We needed 2 full units replaced after 20 yrs (in attic and basement).The installers for the 3 day job (they were here for about 8-9 hrs each day): CJ (head guy),Tyler & Lance were wonderful. Very polite & courteous, communication was on point, just wonderful people to have working in your home. I do hope that the company realizes that they have wonderful employees (at least these 4) and also the ladies who answer the phones.So very happy that we went with this company!!!I will recommend their services to anyone I hear needs work.

The followed up our appointment with an email, the sent a reminder text with the technician’s name, picture, and background on the technician do we knew about the tech before he arrived. During the requirements phase, the tech was extremely helpful in refining our requirements making suggestions for better performance within our electrical requirements.     Robert is professional and friendly but remains focused on every detail of the job. His ability to consider options and when asked, presents them clearly to the customer. He set expectations during the initial estimate visit, listened carefully to questions and remembered details of the decisions at the time of installation.     We have utilized the services of Tim Kyle with our prior electrical needs. This time our HVAC system was completely replaced. The heating unit was in the attic and presented the technicians with having to completely take apart the old system, then disassemble the new system, take it into the attic piece by piece and reassemble it in the attic.They finished replacing the HVAC in a extremely timely manner and even changed out all of our filters on their own.There comes a time when the usual words, descriptions and endorsements become clichés in talking about the service provided by the Tim Kyle company.They are extremely attentive to each and every aspect of repairing, replacing and diagnosing issues. While all the time being professional, judicious, and respectful of the customers. They always make sure that the customer is completely informed and instructed on what was done, why it was done and the results. When they are finished and have left, there isnt any pieces of metal, wires, trash or other items left behind. Its as if they were never there even though they were in and out of the house throughout the day. The only word I can think of is:SupercalifragilisticexpialidociousI think John Wick would say ....YEAH

    I needed two kitchen ceiling lights installed and the old ones taken down. I had heard radio advertisements about Tim Kyle Electric, Heating & Cooling and am so glad I had them do the work for me! Tim Nicholson and David Taylor were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Tim answered all my questions thoroughly and even installed junction boxes which were not there for the old lights.     Aaron is an excellent technician that we have built a strong, reliable relationship over the years. After during the annual inspection with his support tech Collin and replacing out-dated smoke detectors, Aaron did an outside courtesy repair with a superior sealant to seal up wires coming into house to prevent rodent entry. He also reviewed a potential fixture with a porential safety issue. Very pleased.

    The guys who work Tim Kyle Electric know their profession. They are friendly and work efficiently. When they leave, you are comfortable with the outcome of the work and any mess that occurred during the work is put back to rights. Today CJ was adding a Mitsubishi Split to my Kumo Cloud Account. Im using a wireless sensor to measure temperature and humidity. I believe this will add both comfort and efficiency to my system. This is the second split I have added to my multi zone unit.

    Really enjoyed working with the HVAC tech Josh Smith. Im a plumber who understands the trades and the customer service that should be given. Josh was on time, friendly knowledgeable. Answered questions and gave suggestions which he wasnt pushy about like some companies can be. I really appreciated that. He allowed me to make decisions that I felt I wanted to do not the other way around. Did the work quickly and professionally. Now having an electrician and a HVAC tech from Tim Kyle Im getting more and more impressed with the company and how they treat their customers as well as their employees. Installation work starts next week.

    Tim Kyle Electric responded to my online request the same day and scheduled an electrician for the next day to fix the grounding of my house and move a 220Volts outlet in my kitchen. Justin Whitcomb was the electrician and he and his assistance were super professional and completed the work within a couple of hours, very clean, and knowledgeable. My house now has two copper rods going into the ground, and my kitchen appliance is properly plugged. They even helped me slide my heavy range into its place to make sure the outlet was not in the way anymore. Id work with them again any time. Value for the price is totally worth it.

    Had 3 outlets suddenly stop working. Called the trusted people at Tim Kyle Electric and they were able to schedule a few days later. Very professional, kept me informed as to date and time reminders as well as cost. Service team with Justin was early and efficient , and the job to replace the gfi was finished in less than 30 mins. Costs are higher than I would like… but that is the way of things now. I do know I am paying for a job very well done, and safely done.

    Although the technicians were courteous and polite, I would Not recommend Kyle Electric due to the exorbitant costs they charge. I needed to have three exterior lights swapped out which took only 35-40 minutes and I provided all the new parts. They charged me $485 but only reduced the charge by $40 when I pointed out how high the charge was.

    We had an attic fan installed this week. Tim Kyle Electric coordinated the roofing subcontractor to come on a Friday and install the unit. That only took 30 minutes. On Monday, Brendan and Owen came to connect and activate the unit. That took about 30 minutes as well. Throughout the process the communication was clear and concise. We are extremely satisfied with the speed, price, and professionalism of their service and will be recommending to our friends and family if the need for their services ever arises. They added a dual zone to separate the control and regulation of heating and air between main and upper level of my home.     My experiences with Tim Kyle Electric, Heating & Cooling have been beyond exceptional! From the initial install, through any issues that have come up, they have not failed us once!Today, my wife noticed that the house was warm (I was playing video games and was in the zone). After a little bit of troubleshooting, I decided to call Tim Kyle for assistance. I was told to expect a call to see when somebody could come out. 15 minutes later, I received a call from Luke, the service manager. He talked me through some other troubleshooting steps and we found that the flood sensor had tripped, because of a broken drain pipe. Luke said that hed come by and fix it up real quick. About an hour later, he shows up and gets to work. Youd think that a broken pvc pipe wouldnt take too long to fix, right? Turns out, our little problem turned into a big problem! Luke found that one of the coils was cracked as well on the air handler. He was able to get us up and running, but said that theyd call me, to complete the permanent fix. I am 100% glad that we chose Tim Kyle for our heating and cooling needs and you should choose them too!

    I am the Store Manager with NAPA Auto Parts in Thurmont. We called in around 8:45AM about our breaker tripping and overheating. I was immediately transferred to Tim and he advised he would get a technician out to us as soon as possible. At 9:36AM I received a call from his technician, Fred, who told me he was about 15 minutes away. Fred arrived with his apprentice Dakota at 9:50AM. Almost immediately he identified that the wire feeding into the breaker was loose, causing it to heat up and trip. He snipped the wire, popped the breaker out, put a new one in and had us up and running again in less than 10 minutes. These guys were super efficient in their response time, super knowledgeable and their communication is unmatched. Thanks for going the extra mile for us.

    They have installed kohler gensets at multiple places for me, highly recommend. This particular time a breaker outside that powered something that had already started turning green had died, but could not afford after hours rate so as I was YouTubing on a wing and a prayer to DIY the fix; thankfully, they fit me in during core hours and replaced it. Angels watching over me, first time I went to fix it it rained only few seconds but seconds I was getting ready to stick fluke probes in, the second time I got metal cover off breaker box in back 40 and they called to say there. It was a scorching hot day and they walked all the way back there in full sun and fixed it. Thank Goodness. Have I tried other companies, absolutely, but always regret it and Kyle Elec is now always my first contact.     Luis and his trainee were outstanding!! When Luis arrived my wife was panicked because a water line broke in our basement and was pouring water. Luis rushed in and was able to locate the water shut off and stop the flow of water. Luis was so helpful in an emergency situation.     Tim Kyle provides superior customer service from the person that answered the phone to the electricians Justin & Dallas.We experienced an issue with our hardwired smoke detectors going off with no evidence of a visible fire. I placed a call to Tim Kyle Electric. The receptionist was attentive and worked to arrange a quick inspection, shortly after Justin & Dallas were on site and did a thorough inspection of our entire house electric system, identified the cause, and preventive measures .     Prompt with excellent technicians. Employees explain the process thoroughly and make it easy to understand. If you need them, they will be there. I needed estimates for a loan from them and other companies. Others, while eager to set an appointment, were nowhere near as diligent in getting the required estimate in a timely manner and then, I still saved $100 from Tim Kyle!We are still in the middle of a project, though I have no reason to believe this review will change between now and then if their past actions are any indicator!
