Keith, of Owl Properties replaced the old septic system at my house. There were many challenges because there is very little space around my home. He showed great skill moving his excavator around the tight places. He is knowledgeable about the type of system that is required in my area and told me ways to keep it working well for many years. When he completed the job, my yard looked better than ever before, graded nicely and ready for me to seed for a lawn! He’s very personable and professional, it’s evident that he enjoys his work and doing an excellent job.

Owl Properties, LLC did an excellent job on our excavation and landscape work. Keith was able to take our vision for our property and make it happen. We are quite pleased and can now move forward with our project. If you need excavation and serious landscaping work done, Owl Properties, LLC is the way to go. We would definitely use them in the future.

Keith was super flexible and accommodating he does superior work and is proficient in the manner in which he works he went above and beyond doing little extra things just to help me out while he was out there in the next phase of my project. Don’t hesitate using him. He is super fair on pricing and will be there when he says he will be. 10/10

I was told I was going to need a new drainfield by three companies for $20k+. I called Owl and got a quote for under half the price, but he wasnt convinced I needed a new drain field and referred me to another company for repair, which worked out great. Even without doing the work, Owl was knowledgeable and after visiting my home had options ready if the new drainfield was going to be needed. Its great finding companies that are honest these days. I strongly recommend calling Owl for a fair and honest quote.

It has always been a challenge to find reliable, quality help on the Oregon coast. Owl Properties was quick to respond, they shared updates while working on the property, and the attention to detail and quality work is incredible. I recommend contacting Keith for a wide range of projects in the central coast area.
