    Alex was clear in what he was going to do. He was efficient and left no dust or trash. He was friendly, respectful and polite. The jobs were done perfectly.     I contacted Ace Handyman to have a screen door replaced that had been damaged by recent weather. After showing interest in their services through their website, I received a call back very early the next day and had a text conversation about the job I needed done and timing. They were extremely friendly and helpful. On the day of the appointment, they were scheduled to arrive at 2pm and Alex showed up at 2pm on the dot, even texting about 20 minutes before his arrival. The work was done quickly and professionally. After receiving the run around from other home improvement services, it was refreshing to deal with a company that appeared to appreciate its customers and their needs. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

    Great service from beginning to end. We were helped to book quickly and were provided with a realistic quote up front. The communication was great from reminders the day before to exactly when the tech would arrive at the house. Frank was on time, super helpful with answering any questions we had, did a great quality job on our drywall projects in two bathrooms as well as came in under time and budget as well!     We cannot recommend David and Ace enough. He helped us to complete our nursery on a pretty insane timeline. They were great to schedule with, communicated before and the day of, dealt with our very little technical knowledge and somehow still gave us the nursery of our dreams with all of the design advice we didn’t even know we needed to be thinking about. We can’t speak highly enough of the service. We will certainly be using them again!

    Tony Z and Alex were great installing our new sink, faucet and garbage disposal in addition to repairing the cabinet base that was damaged by water. Tony was very knowledgeable and the work was well done and efficiently.

    It was great meeting David. He was on time and knowledgeable about the multiple jobs at our house. He explained what we could get done in the near term and the longer term projects that required some planning. The same day after the visit he sourced fixtures online that would work for our needs and gave us a few alternatives as well. It was a very good experience. We will be scheduling the work soon with David and his crew.

    Ace Handyman came out to install a garage vacuum. I initially thought we needed to add stud support after cutting drywall, etc. ace quoted me for 2 half day time/ costs.When the handyman came out. He realized that we could use the available studs. He could have easily proceeded to perform the work as agreed but instead chose integrity and informed me that it’ll just be about an hour’s work.The work was completed expertly and efficiently. He even helped me hang a coat hanger with the few minutes left.It’s not often you come across an hourly paid service that will be forthcoming about reducing their work, especially after it was already agreed upon.Ace is great to work with and more importantly, a company you can trust! We’ve used them for a couple other projects with the same great results.

    Tony and David did amazing work! When I booked the appointment and explained the scope of the items to be fixed I was told it would take at least 4 hours to complete it. The work was done in 1/2 the time and all items were done to my complete satisfaction.My leaded glass storm door was slanted downward and would not close properly which was because the wood around the door was rotted and had to be replaced. Tony removed the storm door and all the rotted wood, set up his table saw in the driveway and now my door works perfectly.I had a list of 6 other items in my condo that needed fixing. Tony did them all perfectly.In my opinion the Ace handymen are professional, capable and courteous. I will use them again and highly recommend the

    Tony is the best.     We called Ace Handyman to help with 3 different projects. We needed out dryer vent, which is on our roof, cleaned. We needed a new kitchen faucet and the screen came off the top of our chimney. Handyman Alex came out today. He was very professional and very courteous. He did the work in less time than was quoted. We are very happy with Ace Handyman and will definitely use again!

    Called on a Tuesday to have handyman services for a new home and was set up with someone for Thursday. Sarah on the phone was very helpful in answering my questions as this is my first time needing a service like this. On Wednesday evening, they sent me a confirmation message with the details of my time frame and handy man. Bob came to my home at exactly 9:30 when he said he would be here. He is extremely friendly, thorough, and organized. He keeps a notebook with him to keep track of what he’s doing, where he’s doing it, and how it will be done. Even wrote down the name of my dog so he knew how to refer to him, which I thought was incredibly sweet. I needed a king size mattress moved up a stairwell, and it was far too hefty a job for one man. Oliver was dispatched to my home to help out, and through some creative finagling and a few laughs, Bob and Oliver were able to get the tough job done. Bob stayed until the job was done, not when the clock ran out. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and the services I received from this location, will be returning for future needs, and will be recommending highly to friends and strangers.

    I’m in Westlake. Dave came out within a day of my phone call and took care of one item immediately. I needed a new porch door, he measured and took photos and told me he would locate a door and get back to me.     Alex P came to remove some old shutters requiring getting on the roof. He managed to get some very difficult shutters off of the house (screws were old and not easy to loosen) PLUS he managed to deal with a surprise - wasp nests behind every shutter! He handled the wasps in addition to the shutters. I am very thankful and look forward to his return to attach the new ones once we get them delivered!!     Gabriel w Ace just built me a set of very simple deck stairs on the back of our house to exit out our sliding glass door. The quality of the finished steps is absolutely wonderful. They look fantastic and were super affordable. The final cost was $200 less than quoted because it didn’t take as long as he’d initially planned. And the clean up afterwards was spectacular. Sawing/cutting a lot of lumber leaves a lot of scrap/sawdust. I could see it all during the build. By the time he left there wasn’t even a trace of sawdust anywhere. Really outstanding job! Highly recommend!

    Ace is that rare contractor who not only does excellent work, but who also actually shows up at the scheduled time, consistently. Ive hired them repeatedly for a wide variety of projects, like relocating floating shelves, moving partition walls, and installing bike lifts. They are, easily, the best carpentry shop Ive ever worked with.

    Tony the handyman was fast, effecient and friendly and hedeserves a 5 star rating. The person at Ace Handyman whoanswered the phone also deserves a 5 star rating as she was friendly and knowledgeable.The reason for the 4 star rating was the price. It would have been a 3 star, rating but they were able to get me an appointment within a few days of calling. So the bottomline is, if you need quick service and the cost doesnt matter, call ACE Handyman Service.I know I could have found a handyman cheaper, but I would havehad to wait weeks before they were available for this two hour job.

    This is my first experience with Ace Handyman Service and I will definitely use them again! I purchased a tv cabinet with an electronic fireplace insert that needed to be assembled. After it arrived, I realized it was too big a job for me to handle and searched for someone to do the work. From beginning to end, the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The work was estimated and scheduled in the very first call. Tony arrived as scheduled, exactly on time; and, completed the project in a bit less time than was originally estimated. The base had to be turned over after assembly to fasten the bolts, however, Frank had to modify this step after finding the holes were not predrilled.     We had an electrical double switch in our bathroom, one of which stopped working. I attempted to repair it and couldn’t get the two working. David determined I had the wrong switch for the service, went and bought the correct unit, and also repaired the mounting bracket for correcting the socket position.
