Imagineer Remodeling did a great job on our bathrooms after a major water leak. Everyone: Normandie, Daniel and the owner, Isaac, worked with us to get us a better than new installation. They repaired the water damage completely and beautifully installed new flooring, vanities, tub and shower. They stayed on schedule and in budget. The crew was very professional and performed excellent work 👏. Thank you!

My Mom’s house in Ventura had a flood in the kitchen and garage. Dealing with the insurance company was a nightmare. The insurance company broke the floods into two claims and I almost had to deal with 2 contractors. Then came Normandie with Imagineer Remodeling. She helped get both claims to their company, was a huge help with the claims and made great suggestions all along the way. She basically turned a horrible situation into a pleasant one. She was so patient with my elderly Mom, went the extra mile in communicating with both my mom and me, and stayed a step ahead of the project the whole way through. I can’t imagine doing this remodel project without Normandie and Imagineer Remodeling. She coordinated all this with me, and I live in Alaska. I can’t say enough good things about how the project went and the support me and my mom received from Normandie and Imagineer Remodeling. Also, my mom stayed in the house during this remodel and Imagineers workers were fantastic to my mom. This all means so much to me, my mom and our family. Thank you, thank you!

We enjoyed working with Isaac from Imagineer. We found Imagineer through Contractor Connect after the initial company our insurance assigned us refused to do the work. Isaac then worked with us and fought for us in getting approval from our insurance company for new kitchen cabinetry and counters as the original contractor was only going to refinish the cabinet doors. We decided to also redo our flooring at the same time. Isaac listened to how we used our kitchen and our budget constraints and came up with a design that fit our needs and budget and looks amazing. I also greatly appreciate how hard Imagineer worked to make sure we were without a kitchen for as little time as possible. Imagineer was quick to respond to any concerns we had and worked with us to quickly deal with the few unexpected issues we had. I have a beautiful new kitchen and I love my flooring.
