Kris from Midtowne Plumbing and Heating came to my house to change the gas fitting for my grill in Chelmsford. It ended up being more complicated than we thought but he got creative and made two trips to several stores to find what he needed to help me. Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Kris was absolutely wonderful. Just moved into a condo last month, and the previous owners apparently disposed of grease and oil in the kitchen sink. As a result, the sink stopped draining. We called Midtowne Plumbing as it offers 24 hour help and Kris arrived within half an hour. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and got the drain working again after replacing part of the piping. Definitely recommend.

Kris was a fantastic plumber. We needed an old faucet replaced in the kitchen and bath and shower fixtures replaced. The old plumbing was completely corroded and very difficult to work with. Kris worked the entire day to get the job done at a very reasonable price. I am so happy with my new fixtures - the kitchen and bathroom feel brand new.

Kris exceeded all my expectations from start to finish. My family had issues with a clogged kitchen drain. Due to a heavy snowstorm, we were having trouble finding someone who could promptly fix the issue. But Kris was super responsive and was able to fix all the issues the next day.He took time to thoroughly assess the situation and was receptive to our concerns. The blockage was more complicated than what we had initially expected, requiring snaking multiple pipes in the basement. But Kris explained each step of the process, ensuring we felt comfortable with the proposed solution before taking any actions. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire repair process. He not only fixed the problem but went above and beyond by suggesting a long-lasting solution without pressuring us to pay for extra services.
