Rob gave me a call and I told him that I lost power to my garage and after testing every GFCI switch and breaker in the house I couldn’t get power. I even had another electrician stop by and after an hour he gave up. Rob was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and had the expert knowledge to suggest that it may be a faulty invisible dog fence causing it. Fixed the issue right away. Will definitely refer to them for all future electrical jobs.

FYI, this is the second time we have used them and they will be our first call next time also.

Completed a panel replacement. Quoted at nearly half the competitors with minimal price increase for upgraded amperage and whole home surge protection. Competitors were charging an additional $2000+ for those features. Looks great, neat cables with only a few junction boxes needed on an original 1960s box. Fantastic communication from the office regarding some scheduling changes needed and payment completion.

I called Christmas Eve morning with a breaker in my ancient panel going out. They came out, diagnosed the issue, found a proprietary breaker for me that hasnt been made since the 70s, and got me patched up until they could return for a proper fix after the holidays.Their quote was fair and their people were polite and worked hard in cold weather to replace my old panel with a 200A one along with a whole home surge protector, and adding a 240V outside outlet for charging my EV. I cannot stress how pleased I am with their efforts and I will be calling them back for work as the year progresses.

These guys did an great job!!! I had a small project to install recessed lighting in the Livingroom, Kitchen, and 3 Bedrooms.Tyler came out to review and quote my project. Not only did Tyler provide a quote that was lower than other nearby companies, but he also provided insight into my project and helped me avoid the mistake of installing too many lights. The installation process went quick. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. They installed everything perfectly and ensured no messes were left behind. Lastly, the customer service was great. I worked with Rob to coordinate my project schedule and he went above and beyond to ensure all my questions or concerns were answered.All in all, Bradley Electric did an quality job at a lower price than other companies.

They did an amazing job installing a sub panel in our garage, and cleaning up some existing electrical issues in our breaker box, as well as fixing the drop from the pole. There were some ancillary issues associated with the project, and they took full responsibility for the repairs and remedy thereof. Contacted another contractor for HVAC for the slight issues that did come up, and took care of it at no cost. Would absolutely use them again. Very happy with the service they gave us, value plus professionalism. All of the service technicians were very polite and professional.

I lost partial power at my home and called 2 electricians. The first was willing to make an appointment but refused to give price. This company (Bradley) gave price but advised I first contact my electric provider since they would possibly remedy at no cost to me. Bradley Electric was correct to advise this and my electricity provider fixed the issue. Bradley Electric is an honest company.

Our experience with Bradley Electric was excellent. Anthony and Ethan were amazing!!! They arrived when they said they would. They were very courteous and took care of our home by wearing protective footwear and cleaned up when the project was finished. I really appreciate the fact that they spent a considerable amount of time wrapping their heads around the project to come up with the best course of action to achieve my goals for the work. I was always kept informed of the work that was being done to ensure that I approved of the placement of the conduit lines and holes that would be placed in my walls. Overall, this was a great experience!! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the Bradley team. I’ll definitely be using you in the future!

Bradley Electric was one of 4 electrician groups we had to come out to give us an estimate on changing our electical service to a 200 amp service. We had just purchased and moved into an old home which had been piece-meal remodeled over the years. They also gave us an estimate on connecting smoke alarms (wiring in all smokes versus using devices that communicate remotely that only require 1 to be wired in - this was their idea).They were the only group to offer the idea of wireless connected smoke detectors - the other groups we asked either had never heard of those or only provided us quotes for the wiring in (which were very costly because of the way our home had been remodeled in the past).They were the best estimate - and frankly, I trusted Tyler the most of all the folks who came out to provide us with an estimate. He was easy to talk to, discussed different ideas, and talked to me several times after we received the estimate to clarify questions I had.They were flexible setting up the date for our service change. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We had ripped out some drywalling to expose a BIG MESS of wires that needed clean-up. This was an add-on to the prior estimate - and they included this in their day of work, and came back on a 2nd day to finish that part up.Im very pleased with their work. All the guys who worked at our house seemed to know what they were doing, were happy to answer questions and go the extra mile. I will definitely call Bradley Electric when we have additional electrical needs.

I didnt give five stars because I had one service call where the guys seemed rushed, so they didnt get every item on my list completed, but I dont have any complaints about the actual work done or the price. The best customer service I have had in a long time. I wasnt 100% sure on what was actually needed on the property and Rob filled in the blanks and made me feel not so dumb :)I manage foreclosed homes for the Government and 99% of these properties are vacant, in horrible shape, and sometimes dangerous. Bradley Electric said no problem and all I had to do was have a lock box placed on the front door and the rest was history.I will definitely use Bradley Electric again and would reccommend them to anyone. All I did was call them to ask if they could come out and check something for us, he walked us through trouble shooting over the phone and we were able to find where the problem was. Today I was trimming my outdoor shrubs. Unfortunately, I cut the power cord that tripped the circuit breaker. My wife and I reset all the circuit breakers, but the garage circuits still did not work. I called Bradley Electric and explained my situation. I was asked if I had a GFCI outlet anywhere in our home. I said Yes and I was told to simply reset it. I did as advised, that fixed my electrical problem. We were very happy that the Bradley Electric answered our phone call with a practical quick solution. We will use Bradley Electric and recommend them for all electrical issues. Thank you for your help.

Great experience with Bradley! Devon and Justin showed up five minutes early, were courteous, personable and informative and got right to work. We had five items to be addressed including installation of two flourescent light fixtures, repair of another one and a few other minor issues with outlets and such. I expected theyd be here for hours but they knocked it all out in just over an hour. Were thrilled with all aspects of the service and are already making our list for other electric-related improvements wed like to make and plan to have them back soon.

I called a little before 6 pm and was told they it was after regular business hours. I was given a number to call the after hours person, Tyler, if I had an urgent. I talked to talked to Tyler about my outage problem in my Master Bedroom, dining area, and one bedroom. He convinced me, it wasnt an emergency and would be out there next morning. He had me plug and extension cord into one of the working outlets and along with a surge protector, I could get through the night.Tyler arrived early the next morning as promised and found I had turned a couple of circuit breakers off. But I showed him an outlet that had been giving me problems and once Tyler started working on it lights started going out all over my condo. He fixed the outlet and asked if I had any other electrical problems. He found out I needed new fire detectors and could have replaced them during the same call.The service call was $249 but I got $20 for using Angies List. Their hours are only from 8 am to 4 pm. And the thing I didnt like was, I found insulation and small pieces of plastic under the outlet are he left. I have a cat and she will try to eat anything.

Very pleasant gentleman who took my call and even tried to help me do a quick fix check over the phone before dispatching the crew out. The crew came and found the problem/fixed.ALL of this again in under THREE HOURS. That is service! THANKS!

Its not often that you leave a review for someone who didnt do any work, but when I called them about power off in half my house, they said they could come out but it is likely an AEP issue. So I called AEP and sure enough it was. So the money I saved today will go to Bradley later when I call them for some re-wiring I need to have done.

I recently had Bradley Electric over to resolve a burning electric odor coming from my electric panel. They determined that the GFI outlet next to the panel was the problem and replaced the unit. A few days after the repair, we still smelled some burnt odor. Bradley Electric sent two folks out immediately after our call to resolve the smell. After some investigating, they determined the cause to be our window screens, of all things! Cant say enough good things about these guys!
