It isnt often you gain a friendship from a contractor relationship, though due to Jakes integrity, dedication, and resourcefulness weve done just that. I think we stretched the companys portfolio in our ambitious exterior re-design and they produced an exceptional result. Being very picky with design, and wanting to have this product completed for years, we appreciated the architect Jake recommended and M3s willingness to deliver the product we hoped for a reasonable price. Like any project on a house built in 1880, it grew in unforeseen costs, and Jake was quick to share options and give quality recommendations, and do edits throughout the process. His affableness, work ethic, honesty, and treatment of his staff is a credit to his business. Im the reviewer that doesnt give 5/5s but Id gladly work with Jake again, and honestly think hes running a great company and its one to watch.

Highly recommend M3 Construction. We had some water damage to our balcony area that ended up being much worse than we thought. M3 Construction helped us through the insurance claim process and even supplied photos they took turning demolition. Even though the project ended up going off schedule due to mold remediation, Josh ensured that the M3 crew was available to finish their job as soon as the mold was gone. In the end, we were thrilled with both the necessary repairs and impressive aesthetic upgrades. The quality of the work is exceptional!

Jake and Josh were easy to work with, they were responsive to our questions and requests throughout the project. Our garage addition turned out great and the subcontractors were all very nice. I would definitely recommend M3 Construction.

My husband and I contracted with M3 Construction to replace our deck. The project was a great experience from start to finish. The owner of M3 guided us through several options and best practices. The crew that built the deck were polite, hard working, professional craftsmen. M3 exceeded our expectations. Our deck was finished a day early, they cleaned up everything and the deck is gorgeous. Wonderful company, I highly recommend them.

I met with the owner(Jacob) and he was very nice and helpful with replacing a deck and stairs in our backyard. His estimate came quickly to us and was priced well for the work that needed to be done. When he started work he ran into the issue of an old concrete pad under the old deck. He let us know immediately of this issue. This obstacle however did not affect the competition date I was give by him. He completed his work and left the yard in great shape. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do some hardscape work.

We contracted with M3 for a total replacement and enlargement of our 35 year old deck and patio. The result is fantastic. We have more space and a deck that will outlive us and provide the future tenants a great deal of pleasure. The M3 Team was professional start to finish. They gave us options and made suggestions that enhanced our comfort and pleasure in having outdoor space.
