Frank is outstanding! He could not have been more responsive and polite and he truly cares about his work. He helped us figure out a very complicated chandelier installation in our older home. It turned out beautifully! I will absolutely be using Adrian Electrical for any future needs. Highly recommend him!

We had a very strange power outage where only half the house lost power. Even though it was 10 pm he called us back and came the next morning. I think Im going to make Frank my new best friend. He reminded me of why customer service is important because thats his main concern. Ive already sent his card to two people and if anyone needs a trustworthy electrician who cares about his customers then frank is the guy to call.And it turned out that it was outside the house and its something that ComEd needs to fix. We almost went with the ad on Google but I chose Frank because he was local and I am so glad I did.

Immediately felt like family and confident our complicated issue was resolved with the most experienced hands around our neighborhood. To add, his rates are more than reasonable. I could not be happier with the service from Adrian Electric. My electricity went out on the Friday afternoon of Fourth of July weekend. I had never needed an electrician and picked Adrian Electric based on the reviews. They responded right away, and someone was at my house within two hours. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend this company!

Frank maintained a clear line of communication via phone calls and texts throughout the estimation and scheduling process. I found him to be polite, professional, and competent. I had him install a new outlet for an over the range microwave and had him swap out an old two prong outlet with a 3 prong. Great honest service from someone who is dedicated and hard working - not easy to find these days.
