    I used Pro Mechanical Plumbing over 10 years ago when I lost heat. Howard came and replaced the thermo coupler and explained my heating system to me.Fast forward 10 year and 2 months later, I lost heat again during the start of our polar vortex (or whatever the news is calling this). I tried to re-ignite the pilot using what Howard taught me previously, but no luck. So I called Pro Mechanical Plumbing around 6:30pm and Howard came over around 7:45pm. The thermo coupler needed replacing and Howard also noticed the expansion tank was full of water and the relief valve had a drip. Doing a holistic approach, he replaced the old water supply valve that maintains a constant PSI and has a backflow preventer, the expansion tank, the relief valve, and replaced the cast iron pipe from the relief valve with a copper pipe … basically everything that he taught me about the system over a decade ago when he estimated they would need to be replaced in 5-6 years (10 years ago), so my system was on borrowed time. Howard did the work and cleaned everything up in less than 2 hours and now I have heat! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

    On a Sunday morning I discovered that a pipe sending water to my hot water tank was leaking causing water to build up in my furnace room located in my finished basement. I shut off the water supplying the tank &began to google plumbers. I found Pro Mechanical, contacted Howard & he was at my home within the hour. Howie repaired the leaking pipe, as well as another pipe supplying water to the tank that was corroding. Howie is prompt, reliable, neat & fairly priced.     How and Rudy are great. They are available late in the evenings and have done several projects throughout my home. Everything from a new furnace installation to installing a new spigot. He really knows steam if you have that in your home as well

    Had a pipe burst near my main water line as a result of last weeks deep freeze. Howie the plumber (aka Bob) showed up in just a couple of hours and completed the repair swiftly.     Problem - Kitchen sink became clogged on the coldest day of the year - 01-07-2018.I tried Liquid Drano and a small snake - to no avail.I reached out to a co-worked who I know had some recent plumbing work done.He refered me to PRO Mechanical.Howie from PRO Mechanical really came through.He had two other jobs and arrived at about 8:00 pm.He snaked the drain 2x times and got me running water though the sink again.Besides showing up on a busy day, being competent, he is also a funny guy.Well Met Howie!
