    Mark and Brady did it right! I was in need of a new water heater and water softener. Mark showed me my options and I went with the tankless water heater. He also replace several old worn out ball valves that were well overdue for replacement. From start to finish Maxwell White was very professional and timely with helping us through the process. Less than a week from me reaching out to them and the installation was done in less than a day. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mark and Brady for your hard work!

    I have been so pleased with Maxwell-White! This is my second review of this great company. I recently had an unexpected leak near my outside faucet. I called in the morning and they were able to get a plumber out the same day to diagnose and layout all the options. They also are very great at letting you know when the technicians are on the way to meet with you. My house had some old copper pipe and they were able to come back later that same week and get it upgraded with newer PEX throughout. I had a 17 year old water heater they suggested switching it out at the same time since it could go at any time. Austin and Ethan were the plumbers and they were very skilled super hard working. They spent the whole day at my house switching out all the pipe, two hose spigots, water heater, and an old leaky bathroom faucet. I was really amazed at the clean quality of their work and feel very assured I won’t have unexpected leaks anymore. Pics of some of the new pipe and water heater that I had installed.     I was looking for a new plumbing company and decided to give Maxwell-White a try. Am I ever glad I did. Ashley answered the phone and was very friendly and patient while I told her my issues and concerns. She scheduled an appointment for two days out and kept in touch via text/phone to let me know when Loren & Ethan would arrive, which I really appreciated. When they arrived, on time, I was impressed that they immediately put on shoe covers to keep the floors clean. They not only accomplished what they came to do, walking me thru the process, but checked all my faucets and under sinks to make sure everything was operating correctly. The next day David and Braden came to run a scope to my septic tank to make sure there were no tree roots as I had an issue earlier with that. They did not find any and even went out and pulled the cover off and took a picture to show me, which went above and beyond. They all made me feel like family in the care that they took. They will definitely be my plumbing company from now on. Thank you so very much!!!

    5 stars for Maxwell-White! I want to give a specific shout out to Willy, Alex, and Nathan! Top notch professionalism and integrity! Everyone I interacted with at Maxwell-White was incredibly friendly, and I would love to work with them again if ever needed. Willy was amazing to work with upfront regarding our shower replacement issue. He gave us options, quotes, and helped us make the right decision for our shower needs. Alex and Nathan performed the install, which was 100% completed in 1 day flat. Both Alex and Nathan were very helpful, did an amazing job, and were even kind enough to let me watch each step of the install take place along the way. The finished product looks great! Again, 5 stars all around, could not give a higher recommendation!

    We found an exterior faucet running water late in the day and a lot of ice was forming around it. The temperature was very cold outside. Maxwell White sent Jack and Austin quickly. These two young men were thorough and made sure we understood the process of locating and turning the valves on and off. They marked the location of each valve on the beams for us . They rechecked everything outside before leaving. We will always call Maxwell White for our plumbing needs. Thank you!

    Mark from Maxwell-White did an excellent job with our plumbing emergency this week. They were able to work us in the day we called. They gave us an accurate estimate for the work. They were great about clean up and they were very friendly and professional. I would not call anyone else for plumbing work, I only wish I would have found them even sooner! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

    I would like to sincerely thank Alex and David from Maxwell-White plumbing for giving us such superior service. This company does everything the right way. Making an appointment was easy, they let me know when they were on the way. Alex and David wore covers over their boots to make sure my floors and carpets were protected. They were kind and knowledgable. They listened to my concerns, gave me an up front price on repairs and made the repairs quickly. I would strongly recommend Maxwell-White to friends and family.

    We recently hired Maxwell-White Plumbing to install a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal, as well as a water hydrant hookup in the back of the house where there wasn’t one before and I couldnt be happier with the experience. The work was completed quickly and neatly, and the quality of the plumbing is outstanding. Tim, the plumber, did a fantastic job with all the installations and took the time to walk me through each step, ensuring I understood the process and keeping me informed throughout. I would highly recommend Maxwell-White Plumbing and will gladly use their services again!

    They did a great job. Called to let me know when they would arrive. Let me know what the issue with our water heater. They told me the options I had. Parts were need but they contacted the supplier and then went and picked them up. Finished the repair in the time he said. Very friendly and answered my questions. Billy was the plumber and I was very happy with what he did and how he presented himself.

    I called maxwell white when my faucet was leaking constantly. They knew how important it was to me as I was just racking up my water bill. Greg gave me options for a new faucet as my tub was an old claw tub. The one I chose had to be ordered and Greg helped me get the part faster. Once the part came in they had someone install the next day. Talk about good and fast service. They really do care. I am certainly going to call them for any future plumbing needs!

    I could not recommend this company more! I had an emergency frozen pipe and Alex and Brady were able to come out ahead of schedule fixed it in no time flat. They were super polite and helped me with another plumbing issue I had that I didn’t even call for. They were the nicest guys ever.     I made an appointment with Maxwell White regarding a rusted exterior spigot that had a hose connected to it (probably for years). Fortunately we didnt have a pipe burst. Billy and Brady arrived to address the concern. I remembered Billy immediately -as the finger points to him as to why I am a loyal Maxwell-White customer. My first service call to Maxwell White was answered by Billy over a year ago. He set the bar high in customer service and knowledge base! Today was no exception, he and Brady exceeded my expectations. How fortunate Maxwell White is to have employees of this caliber. Brady is training with the best!

    Maxwell-White sent Alex and his crew to my home to remove a tub in my primary bath and install a walk-in shower. At one point during the install, Alex received a call from the office and while on that call, another crew member asked me to check the height of the seat being installed in the shower. I asked the guys if they liked working with Alex and all three unanimously replied Yes! I asked if he was a good boss and again they replied Yes! One went on to explain that if they goof up, Alex will take the time to talk to them about their thought process, where they went wrong, how to undo it, then how to do it correctly. They also said how much they appreciate Alexs willingness to share his knowledge and experience. As a consumer on a fixed income, their comments made me feel confident in choosing Maxwell-White for my project and most grateful to have Alex and his crew on my project. Alex himself is quiet, confident, and so patient with my questions. I wish everybody could experience a plumbing project with Alex and his team.     We are very pleased with the work that David and Brandon did for us. We woke up to a backed up floor drain flooding our utility room. We Called Maxwell-White and they were able to arrive in the early afternoon, clearing the clog. They were polite, focused, and neat. The fee was reasonable. We couldn’t have expected a better resolution to an unpleasant situation.

    We recently hired Maxwell-White to install a faucet. Chase did a great job. He was thoughtful to remove his shoes, was friendly and efficient. To our surprise, the faucet had a spray aerator. It wasnt to our liking. When we called Maxwell-White. Josh checked into seeing if there was a solution. He did all the footwork even though we hadnt ordered the faucet through them. We now have a different aerator and are very pleased.

    I called for an appointment and Maxwell-White was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Little did I know that my water quit working later that day, so it was important that I had an appointment that soon. Chase and Kerrie called ahead of time to confirm and arrived right on time. Chase assessed the situation and found out I needed a new filter. They also found a few other minor problems during the whole house assessment and were able to make adjustments as needed without a whole new appointment. The charge for the filter and the fixes for the other problems were very reasonable and practical. I have used Maxwell-White for many years and would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing problems. Plus, I would highly recommend Chase and Kerrie who did an outstanding job listening to my problems and suggesting ways to solve the situation. Thank You

    What I was hoping would be a simple repair on our water heater turned into a complete replacement. Loren and Jack took the time to explain all our options and gave us ample information and time to decide to upgrade to a tankless system. They completed the install same day and we were up and running in no time. Maxwell-white is always very prompt with scheduling, many times they’ve arrived same day. I’m sure they’re not the cheapest around town but I always feel the professional prompt service is worth it.

    Called to have a leaking water heater replaced in our clinic. Very quick response! Everyone I talked to, from receptionist to technician, was incredibly friendly and professional. Very conscientious of patients coming and going, and keeping the area clean. I called back with a question after they left, and they sent a tech back to help me, with no issues at all.     Both of these guys were very cordial and worked well to get the job done. They were conscientious and took care when doing their work. I had mentioned that the kitchen sink was draining slow, but would be ok when I turned the garbage disposal on. But of course it worked fine when he ran the water. This evening when doing dishes, the sink filled up again. I guess I wish it would have gotten snaked as well. But that’s what usually happens though. The shower and toilet are working fine now, and they said they found no blockage.

    EXCELLENT job from these guys. Billy was so phenomenal to chat with. We’ve had many plumbers in the house and everyone told us we needed to replace everything in the house. Billy came by, looked at my leaking problem, and was honest about what needed to be done. We tried financing for a whole tear down of our plumbing, but couldn’t get approved. He was so patient and we finally found a cost estimate we could get approved for. The old cast iron pipes were leaking into the basement. Billy and his crew came by today, took out all the cast iron and replaced. They actually did way more than I expected, I was shocked out how much got done for the price range we had. You can tell these guys really care about their clients. Will be using Billy for all my plumbing needs from here on out. They even got this job done without tearing down the bathroom wall, just a square of drywall was removed and he knew from the beginning we had people that can do the drywall.Very clean too! You couldn’t even tell they were here.Thank you for helping us get something done that has been a burden to us since buying this house.

    Our hot water heater went out so I called Maxwell White.From the people I talked to on the phone to the tech that came out to work on it, it was a positive experience.Jaymeson quickly figured out what was happening. He explained why the heating element went out (it was full of lime) and gave us options to replace the heating element or replace the water heater. We chose the water heater since it was 17 years old. Even though it was late in the afternoon, he was able to get a new one delivered by Chase and installed yet the same day. Thank you!

    Jaymeson was dispatched to our home after we noticed what appeared to be a leak from our water heater.He quickly identified the issue and gave us a detailed explanation of concerns to look for. Because they go hand-in-hand he also inspected our water softener and found that it was performing suboptimally.Unfortunately, our only option was to replace the water heater. The softener was an optional replacement, but Jaymeson gave us his expert opinion and offered the pros & cons for us to weigh.He gave us a full run down of all of our options; clearly leaving the ultimate decision to us.We were able to schedule a full install for a few days later. Jaymeson completed the work in less time than expected and provided detailed instructions on how our new equipment worked.The project space was cleaned up & tidy when he was finished.This is the second time weve used Maxwell-White for plumbing needs and both times we have received excellent customer service; both from the office and from the professionals on site. Well be calling again for any future needs.

Mark also did a quick check of our faucets and drains and other plumbing and fixed a couple of slow drains. I was amazed when he asked for a vacuum to clean up when they finished. They did a great job!

    Hi, my service technician was Tim Pierce with Maxwell - White Plumbing. Part of Tims job upon arrival is to establish kind of friendly meeting between he and his customer. That he did by going thru a house plumbing check. Just to let me know of any other problems I may not be aware of, I really liked that he was very up to date on any changes that should be made to make my home safe and comfortable. Example warn valves and valves not visible or simply not there. I had one. Water in valve on water meter needs replacement. Tim repaired the water leak that I called in for and cleared the drain pipes involved. Tim showed me the bad filthy drain pipe ,discusting.Thanks Tim. He explained older homes will develop this stuff in pipes, cant stop it no matter how you try.Clean now Thanks Tim. I have been using Maxwell for yrs, never had a bad technician. Employees are well trained and friendly as they should be. Seems I always learn something too with there repair visit.     Weve used a few plumbing service companies in the past, and while they were all capable to do the work, none compare to the Maxwell-White experience. And this holds true for any other servicing company we use for our home...and frankly its not even close. Youre never left wondering what and when things are happening, or whos doing the work. Our guy has been, and will continue to be, Billy...what a treat!     A homeowners nightmare is a backed up sewer! The team who arrived here the same day that I called were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to interact with. I don’t recall anyone from the installation 9 years ago ( not installed by Maxwell/ White) giving us a tutorial on any filter.

Billy had me take a photo of the model and serial number. The following day I called the office to book an appointment. The office already had the information from Billy, so the parts could be available to replace my hot water heater.Billy and Nathan installed the new hot water heater, removed the old one, and cleaned up when they were finished.     Billy, the plumber from Maxwell White, came to our home to check our disfunctional kitchen water faucet after we called for service. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, tidy, and friendly. He explained what needed repair or replacement after checking the parts of our old faucet which was leaking badly. After his recommendation of replacing it, he was able to get us a faucet replacement almost identical to the one we had for a fair price and installed it promptly to our delight. First, it was so helpful to have the initial visit and have a home inspection to check on what might need addressing with the plumber.     Maxwell-White did a fabulous job on our shower install. Scheduling the consult was fast and fun to see all of our options. There were great sized samples to choose our options from and Greg was very informative on all the products. The installers were friendly and very professional. Install was complete in one day.     I contacted Maxwell White for a clogged drain. Ben came the same day. He explained the reasoning why the drain could be clogged. He was very thorough in describing what he would be doing.     I LOVE this company! I just hired them to replace my old water softener and install a reverse osmosis drinking system. After the RO install I noticed a small, slow leak started on one of the fittings (not their fault). I called the next day and they had the same tech dispatched to my home within 20 minutes, no charge. The guy that installed everything (Tom) has considerable knowledge and answered all of my questions. Their top strengths for me are communication, professional knowledge and promptness, fair prices.     I just rented a place in West Salem and my hot water heater wasnt putting out hot water as long as it should it would only last about 5 minutes I called the landlord he had a technicians come out from Maxwell plumbing in about an hour very impressed by the landlord quick actions. The two technicians from Maxwell plumbing were very efficient very respectful and told me what the problem which was two heating elements they were here maybe 1 hour.     Maxwell-White Plumbing was recommended to us by Solid Surface Specialists of Onalaska when they put in a new countertop for us. We own an older home on La Crosses Northside and unfortunately our old cast iron sewage pipes in the basement bit the dust. We called Maxwell-White Plumbing and they were quick to respond to assess the problem, give us an estimate and a time when the work could be done. They did a great job and I can imagine it wasnt easy removing that heavy old cast iron pipe and replacing it with PVC piping. The price was fair and we are very satisfied with their work. They also repaired our leaky kitchen water lines which we had installed not long ago by a different plumbing business. Not only did they do good work but they were very easy to talk to and were very professional. Maxwell-White is definitely a 5 star plumbing business!!!!!

    Maxwell White is hands down a TOP NOTCH service company. We moved into our home just over 2 years ago and met Greg Ives through the home inspection. Our communication with Greg from the beginning was exceptional. He was very thorough on what to expect from our old sewer system and equipment. He didnt try to pressure us into making a decision but rather informed us and let us move at our own pace. Since then Maxwell White has installed our new sink, dishwasher, on demand hot-water heater, new plumbing for our addition and our new septic system. Every single staff member from the office to service team has been respectful, efficient, took pride in their work and made sure we didnt have any questions before they left. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable, took time to answer all of my questions, and scheduled service at a time that was convenient for me and my family. When Tom came out to look at our iron filter and water softener, it was very clear that he was an expert in his field. Sounds kinda corny I know but I’m confident in that statement.First job was a new water softener last year. I also requested a new water purifier but the service tech put that Idea to rest after inspection and testing. “What you have is perfectly fine and should last a number of more years for you.” Not the usual response I expected but refreshing and comforting.Most recently a much smaller job finishing a bathroom faucet and shut off valves I tried to do myself.
