    Adam, the salesman has been so accommodating. I literally have asked over 100 questions I am sure and he has answered them all. The Amish crew that came out to build the building did a great job, the concrete guys did great. Still waiting on the garage door and gutter but I am confident they will get that done in the near future. Every step of the process from change orders to build date has been great. They even built 2 weeks earlier than we had originally scheduled which was a great treat. I cant say enough good things about this company, their customer service and workmanship. I am 100% happy with everything so far, I would recommend them to anyone. They just made the process easy for those of us that are not experts. Dozens of options, change orders and questions and they never gave me any grief. A smooth process.Update: 7-25-2023- Just thought I would update and say the door went up in time, fit and finish are excellent. Very happy with the product. One thing I love is how easy it is to customize the interior with some light DIY. I added a mini split, R29 insulation, plywood walls, painted the plywood and put a coat on the floor. With the insulation in the walls this thing keeps cool or warm with very little energy and it was super easy to personalize last winter.

    Our 12 x 16 shed was delivered today from Yoder Barns. We purchased the barn through Ohio Outdoor Structures in Dalton, OH. Great construction, exact design as requested. Delivery was smooth and took about 10 minutes to set and level right off the trailer. Very pleased with the experience and the product. Highly recommend Ohio Outdoor Structures and Yoder Barns!

    Lets just start by saying I cant say enough great things about working with and ultimately hiring Yoder Barns.First thing they showed up when they said they would and were on time.They worked with me and my ever changing ideas of the size and shape of my barn/garage.I didnt want the average every day pole utility building. Mine goes with the house.Finally I came to a decision and they built me a 32X48x10 barn with a 12X48 attic and an attached porch of 24X8X8.Colors were pick by my wife. (burnished slate walls with black roof walnut garage and man doors)The the crew showed up, I met with Mr Miller and his sons discussed a few details and I was on the road and felt very confident that they would build me my barn correctly.Within the week they built the shell and poured the concrete, and a 58X66 driveway and apron with approach in front of the barn.Then hung the garage doors and were done in a couple of weeks. All the while my job takes me out of town, I wasnt even there.The workmanship was outstanding everything is square plumb and true, and the screws are in straight lines.Nathan and Adam Whitney were the sales and project managers, always keeping me in the loop with progress and questions.So happy I chose them.I will refer and use Yoder Barns again.Check out my Barn/Garage!Reminds me of the old Mail Pouch Tobacco barns.

    We are very happy with our home addition Yoder barns did for us! We doubled the size of our house and remodeled the inside of the current house. They did the addition and tore every wall out of our current home to make it an open floor plan. The quality of work they provide is top notch and they answered all of our questions without hesitation! Theyre a great group to work with & we look forward to using them in the near future to build us a barn!!

    Justin and I had great experience working with Yoder Barns. They made the process easy, very willing to work with you, & great communication. The crew worked very hard and fast to build the barn and not one corner was cut short. The crew drove 2 hours one way every day while they built our barn. They showed up when they said they would and hit the ground running. It was amazing how fast they worked and were able to keep the quality of their work perfect. Everyone we worked with were super nice. We will be using Yoder Barns again in the future and would recommend them to everyone.

    Yoder Barns built a turn key pole barn 40x40.The materials used was quality wood, not the typical big box wood quality. I have zero complaints about the job that they did for me. The cost and quality of workmanship were very good. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    Adam and his crew did a very good job on my pole barn. I recommend anyone in the Wayne County area consider them, and if/when I get an addition I will be having them quote that as well.

    I already had a Yoder shed and saw the quality that went into that. When it was time to choose a contractor for our garage Yoder was our first choice. They showed up Tues. morning and by 2:00 Thurs. afternoon they were finished. 24 x 32 pole garage with vinyl siding . The quality of the build is second to none. Very hard working crew . I would recommend Yoder Barns to anyone . Adam got my quote to me quickly even with the changes i made it didnt phase him one bit.

    This is the 2nd major project completed by Yoder Barns and we couldnt be more satisfied. They completed the addition and remodel on a home from the early 1800s with very few issues. We were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and craftsmanship at each phase of the project. They were able to get the right people engaged to take our vision and make it a reality. We are proud of the work done on the homestead which is a reflection of Yoder Barn. We highly recommend Yoder Barns and their people!

    Great place to purchase a barn or playset! I had looked around and Yoder Barns had the best price out there. Their build quality is top notch and their delivery guy Dave is awesome! I would recommend Yoder Barns to anyone looking for a great barn or playset. I plan on purchasing some patio adirondack chairs in the near future.

    I did a lot of research prior to signing with Yoder. I was even able to tour one of their recently-built barns through my home builder. They had the best price and best construction for what I wanted. Adam was fast on getting me quotes and customizing to what I wanted. Construction was delayed a few times, but nothing outrageous. We had a slight issue with the direction the dutch doors open; Yoder offered a correction (for additional funds), but we declined at that time. Overall, very pleased with my barn and would use them again. The building is beautiful.

    Good people to do business with, theyve built 2 buildings for me and no complaints. We recently had very high winds and I was nervous that something would blow off, roof, siding etc but all was ok, while neighbors had damage to their buildings.

    I had them put up a custom 2 car garage and a new metal roof on my house. Both projects were done in a timely and professional manner.     We had Yoder Barns build a roof structure over out back patio and deck. Adam and the guys on site were all pleasure to work with. They built exactly what we wanted within a reasonable time frame, and did it at a great price. We had a problem getting the original gutter people to show up but Adam got a different crew to come install as soon as he knew of the issue. We plan on using Yoder Barns for future projects and highly recommend them.
