Dealing with Heat Squad Vermont has been a very positive. Staff has been helpful, pleasant, they follow through with questions and explain the plans for future needs.Very prompt in returning phone calls. An extensive audit was done. The Contracter we plan to use for the necessary work, was also contacted, by the Heat Squad the same day as the audit and came the same day to present an estimate for the costs involved, which was very accommodating for us.

Sally Ayers came to our home to perform a blower door test. She was quite competent and congenial. She explained a lot to us about air leakage in our old farmhouse. We watched her air leakage detector all over the house from the basement to the attic. Her report came back a few days later, very thorough, with recommendations for saving energy. We will certainly follow up on her suggestions and be more comfortable and save on energy costs in the future. Thank you.

Our energy advisor was VERY knowledgeable -- no question he couldnt answer. The process went smoothly and the advice we received included good old-fashioned common sense, and the pros and cons of each action we could take to reduce our carbon emissions and save money at the same time. It was a win-win.
