    This is a Family Business and they treat you like family from day one. Elajuwan came out and walked the property with me and came back with design me and the wife loved. At that point we met Ricky and Vicki who took over and walked us throw the process of pool building. They let us know its very messy at first but we would see the progress fast. Overall we had a great experience with this builder (Floridian Pools). We had a few issues along the way (like any project you do) but they were awesome at answering questions and fixing the issues quickly. They are not like most builders they actually care and will be very honest with you on what is and isnt possible which is refreshing. They told us it would be 90 days and it was 93. This was due to weather. So great job and we highly recommend. I included a few photos of the awesome work. Please remember my taste may not be your taste. They build the pool to fit your taste and what you ask for

His workers are careful and mindful of my request to cover the deck while working on the pool. I have and will continue to recommend his company.     Very professional company. I loved that it is a family business - supporting local small businesses is important! Very easy to reach via phone and very prompt and accommodating. We had our entire pool resurfaced (diamond brite) and new tile placed. The pool looks stunning. The gentlemen that came to work on the pool were very clean and professional, too.     Floridian pools did a great job resurfacing my pool, as well as replacing the side steps to come out of the pool and changing the pool light. They really stand behind their warranty, after two years of the initial work there were some unforeseen circumstances that lead to resurface the whole pool again, and everything was done under the initial warranty. They are a Family business and really treat their customers like a Family as well. Thank you Floridian Pool!

    Very professional family owned and run business. We had our existing old fiberglass pool and pavers removed and a new gunite pool built. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and they worked to design it to exceed my expectations. The pool is beautiful, patio (travertine) is stunning.     This is an unsolicited recommendation for Floridian Pools, owned by Ricky Davis who has twice taken care of our pool, which is 20,000 square feet and 9 feet deep in Lighthouse Point. Ricky along with his daughter and son make suggestions with the ability to explain recommendations and they can repair problems so a separate crew or repairperson is not needed for every little item that might be wrong around the pool or coping. I tend to be perfectionistic and detailed and Ricky has the adaptability to deal with me and my wife along with my hours of work. In the past, I trusted no one to repair our pool so I did all the work. I trust Ricky and his careful crew to marcite, place tile, take care of the coping and cool deck. Ricky is always available, shows up frequently, and is always involved directly or indirectly with repairs. It is a pleasure to deal with an English-speaking American who is obviously never intoxicated or high on drugs. As a resident of Florida since 1970, a Ph.D. (70-year-old) psychologist who has been in practice 40 years and a professor in a doctoral program, I am an excellent judge of character, reliability, and workmanship. I want to encourage homeowners to contact Mr. Ricky Davis of Floridian Pools for an estimate since you can always see his thorough workmanship throughout the tri-county.

    They did a beautiful job of resurfacing the pool. We did have a small issue - when they replaced the light fixture, they did not properly seal the wiring which caused a leak. We had to have it repaired but they took care of the fees for that.

    I called Floridian to get an estimate for a pool and didnt leave a message. Not long after I received a call back and I found out they dont service the Orlando area but the man I spoke to took the time to explain everything to me as if I had bought from him. I was blown away that they cared about someone who wasnt even their customer. He spoke to me as if he were my best friend for the past 10yrs. He told of things to look out for, whats a good deal and whats a reasonable time frame and gave a bunch of recommendations of his competitors. He also said I can call him anytime through the process. They were incredibly genuine and truly care. I will refer anyone to them!
