    During kitchen renovation we noticed that parts of the drywall had to be replaced. We were on a very tight time line. Zach and his team did a great job making sure everything got done in time before the new kitchen install. The wall looks great. Great communication with Zach during the process as well. Will work with them again.

    Zach and his team came highly recommended. We hired them to finish a master bathroom renovation we started a year ago, which was never fully finished. They did tile, they did drywall, they straightened and tightened things, replaced door trim and baseboards, and they did grout and general finish work cleanup.     Team at Precision Renovations is top notch. I have worked with them for 2 separate projects, kitchen re-model and water leak repair/repair walls and paint all rooms.     Zach and his crew get the job done. They show up, they are well managed, clean, trust worthy, and Zach is fair with pricing. Danny, the tile guy, is a true craftsman. Zach is good with design and to invest time shopping materials, including high end. These guys have done several jobs for me and my family and we add up a list of new things for them every year and they don’t disappoint.

    Precision Renovations SF and Zach were very professional and reliable in helping us complete our home renovation. We are a development company that has dealt with many contractors and Precision Renovations SF is one of the best! They helped us do skim coating, hang and install cabinets, tile work throughout the house, painting, carpentry, and trim work.     Last year, I remodeled my kitchen and ran into a lot of problems with the contractor. I then called Zach, who was recommended to me. He made wonderful suggestions as to giving my kitchen an elegant look. He and his team completed all work left to be done with outstanding craftsmanship. They also resealed four impact windows and installed a door for me. They truly live up to their company name in that their work is precise and meticulous.I also commend Zach and his team for outstanding customer service and reliability. Just recently, he returned my call on a Saturday morning within the hour and answered all of my questions regarding a project originally not done by him. Very seldom do we find this kind of customer service here in SFL. Keep up the great work!

    5/5 for Zach and his crew! Just finished a bathroom remodeling job with Zach to make my elderly fathers bathroom ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. We removed a tub, vanity, enlarged the shower, retiled the floor and shower , dry walled, painted, installed a new sink, etc. I was not onsite for most of the job as I live in another state, and the communication with Zach was so good that the job was done on time and the work is beautiful. Its actually kind of unbelievable. Whenever there were options or changes that needed to be made as the job went along, Zach got in touch and his suggestions were spot on. His team was eager to please and had a positive, can-do attitude. They cleaned up after their work and left the place spotless. I highly recommend Precision Renovations.

    Zach did a number of things in our home including painting throughout the inside, demo of built in shelves, removal of a built in desk and cabinetry, drywall repair, and electrical work. he and his team worked quickly and efficiently while leaving our home in order and clean. zach was always quick to answer all of our questions and worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with the end product. we will definitely hire him again and highly recommend precision renovations

    We had a plumbing leak that resulted in a mold problem that impacted a portion of our faux painted walls and lower kitchen cabinets. Our goal was to replace and rebuild all of the damaged wall sections and custom-built cabinets to look exactly the same and match the untouched remainder of the area. We were also concerned with the possibility of dealing with further damage to our floor tiles and granite counter tops. Precision Renovations was the company recommended to rebuild our rooms by the restoration company that took care of the mold problem.Per our wishes, like magic, they succeeded in rebuilding our lower cabinets underneath the counter-top temporarily floating at the time on a frame of 2X4 wood. They succeeded without further damage and the new work is not visibly different than the balance of the room. They were competent, pleasant and well organized throughout the entire job. We are grateful, satisfied and would highly recommend them to others.

    I called Precision Renovations because I had a hole in the bathroom wall right where my bathtub fixtures were.Zachary and his team came out and had it fixed in no time at all. They put new sheetrock in place and then installed and grouted new tile. When they were done with the repairs, they even wiped down and cleaned out the bathtub.I couldnt be happier.     I have owned several homes in the area over the past many years and have had plenty of work done but the guys at precision renovations were by far the most efficient, professional, punctual And meticulous!     I was referred to Precision Renovations SF via friend and I sure am happy. I was originally told by another company, NOT Precision Renovations, that I has a roof leak and water was all in my walls and that they were going to file a major claim with my insurance company and “assign” all my benefits to them NOT me. Not being happy with that answer I then had Precision Renovations SF take a look at my situation. Zach professionally told me there was NO leak in the roof, no major issue and that a sprinkler was causing the issue on ONLY ONE wall. They totally fixed me up at a fair price with no need for a lengthy insurance dispute and no need to fix a perfectly good roof. Do yourself a favor and call them if you want honesty and quality work.
