    I faced an electrical emergency around 4:30 PM and struggled to find an electrician willing to assist. A friend recommended K2 Electric, and I’m so glad they did. Todd answered my call and arrived within an hour. He and his technician stayed late to resolve the issue completely. I’m incredibly grateful for their quick response and impressed by their professionalism. Companies like this are rare to find these days.

    It is a nice change to deal with such a customer focused, professional business. They were responsive from the very first call to the end and contact with any of their representatives (on phone, via e-mail or in person), and technicians could not have been better.     Jason was early, efficient, and communicative about the entire process. He and Luke did an incredible job, and talked through each potential trouble spot and explained the solutions. After the work was done, they cleaned up, reviewed the electric panel for overall safety unrelated to the work done this visit, and made sure everything was good to go before leaving.     Prompt response to initial call. Rare these days! Service technician was polite, courteous and communicated thoroughly prior to my appointment via txt app, letting me know exactly when he was on his way and during the repair verbally. Worked quickly and did a terrific repair. ( Tree downed my house power line. Ripped it right off the side of the house down to the meter which was also ripped off! A real S..T show! ) Couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this electrician company to anyone.

    K2 was prompt to send an estimator, who was personable and knowledgeable about the project requirements. Scheduling the work date was timely, and at a convenient day and time for our schedule.The electricians arrived on time, were quick and professional in completing their work, and explained what they had done. They cleaned up the small amount of installation debris and left everything very neat. All well done and we were very satisfied.K2 does charge a percentage over the original estimate to use a credit card, so be aware of that increase.

    This is the third time I have called K2 Electric for service. All 3 times I have found to be quick to respond to my call.They explained what ever parts were needed to make the change that was requested by JCP&L. They called me set a date for the replacement to be done. They came made the exchange in the meter pan and answered any questions I had about the job.     We have used K2 Electrical on two separate occasions now. One for wiring central air conditioning and the second for an emergency downed wire at our house. Both times they were punctual, professional and very fast. I would highly recommend them and continue to use them in the future.

    From the moment we contacted K2 they were extremely professional and thorough. I called a number of electric companies to install some external outlets and light posts. Some responded and didnt show up, others didnt even respond to the request for quote. I didnt realize that local electric companies had so much business that they didnt need my business! K2 reached out to me via a call right away, set up an appointment, sent me a text to confirm. Israel, the local contact, texted before he came and let me know when he was in route. Israel showed up on time, was professional, discussed what we needed done and offered some alternatives. We agreed on a price and he set up an appointment for his electricians to come and do the work. The day of the appointment the 2 man crew showed up and did an outstanding job installing 2 outdoor light posts and 5 GFCI outlets. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied with the work they did. K2 has earned my trust and any additional work that we need on the house well be calling K2. Its tough to find good professional tradesmen these days so when you find one that is honest, professional, does quality work and has decent prices you stick with them. Ill be sticking with K2 for all future electrical needs!

    Todd communicated with us quickly, calling my husband back and sending an estimate within a few hours. He got us on the calendar and gave us advice about what kind of outdoor lights would be best. On the day of the service, the two technicians arrived a few minutes early. They walked through the jobs with me before starting and introduced themselves to our two big dogs. I appreciated that they were early, conscientious, productive, AND welcoming of our dogs. A tree branch ripped our meter off the wall (outside) and within 24 hours they had completely fixed and repaired the meter.     Found through Angies List, I called them for a quote for an emergency service call. Our bedroom outlets and hall light stopped working, the breakers were all fine. They were able to get out mid-afternoon on the same day, and Tom was able to locate a bad splice in the attic that was causing the issue - he checked another junction box as well to be sure - the lights are on and it was all done at a reasonable rate!Well call them for a future project for sure! Very happy with their service and professionalism!

    The guys from K2 Electric were wonderful. To begin with, it was easy to get an appointment quickly. Then, they texted me when they were on their way with a picture of the person, Joseph Nagy, who was coming to check my electrical outlets, install a light fixture in the living room and change the fan in the bathroom. Joseph came with another electrician (please forgive me for not remembering his name at the moment). They introduced themselves, were polite and professional. They gave me an assessment and an estimate of how much the job was going to cost before they did the job. Thats a sign of professionalism and honesty. Once I gave them the Go ahead, they were very thorough. The installed the fan and the light fixture (even though I had lost some of the parts for installing the light fixture), and they did a great job. They checked all my outlets to make sure everything in the apartment was OK. When they were done, they picked up and cleaned everything. Ive dealt with many people who have come to my house before to fix other things, Joseph and the other electrician never made me feel, as others have done, like I should have known this or that. They are personable, respectful, responsible, and very competent and professional. They sent me an invoice right away and thanked me for using them. I am very grateful for the job they did, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs good, professional and capable electricians.
