I contacted Scott about an on going problem I was having with my a/c unit that has been diagnosed by another service provider. I informed him of the part that I was told would need to be replaced for it to work properly. He ordered the part and arrived the next morning, after a quick and thorough evaluation, he determined that it wasnt the said part needing replacement. He advised what was needed and stated he had what was needed in stock.He arrived early the next morning, on a Saturday even and installed it with a very thorough check of everything to make sure everything was working correctly. He was very professional and experienced in his field. I couldnt ask for better customer service and prices. Awesome and honest experience with Scott...highly recommended.

We called Scott and left a voicemail on a Sunday afternoon as our heat pump stopped working. He called back later that day. We told him it was not an emergency as we had a fireplace. He agreed to be there first thing the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got it running again very quickly. Great Service. Will definitely use him again, highly recommended!!

Scott showed up the same day we called, in need of AC repair. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. He located the problem within minutes, had all the equipment and products needed on-hand and had our AC running within 20 minutes of arriving.I could not ask for a better repair tech. Would gladly give 6 stars if possible.

Excellent ! I can not say enough about the professional work. Above and beyond excellent service . Installed a new unit with duct work to get this family heat during the beginning of cold weather . They stayed from daylight until late night hours!
