Mike has been fantastic to work with. His cost plus system ensures complete transparency throughout the project. He communicated daily on status and next steps and always verified that he has our vision of the house correct. Throughout the building process we did make several changes which he helped us through and he always wanted to simply ensure that we get exactly what we want. Our house is customized down to every little inch. Every subcontractor he had on site was great to communicate with. Mike had no issue with us being on site and communicating directly to the subs if convenient however this was definitely not a necessity as Mike was all over our project.Mike has been so great to work with that we have hired him to help us oversee our landscaping project (which we originally excluded from the project) including a large shed and pool.His knowledge in construction is second to none and is invaluable as he ensures everything is done right.Thanks for everything Mike.The Felder FamilyPs if you want to see our house Mike has a 3D walk through of our victor house on his website.

When deadlines loomed, Mike worked miracles to make sure we closed on time.What truly impressed us was his meticulous attention to detail. It’s been about three years since Hedding Homes LLC has completed our home. The exceptional quality makes it everything we hoped for in a forever home. Michael was a pleasure to work with and his knowledge was unprecedented. He wasn’t pushy and always let us make the final decision. His suggestions and guidance reduced the stress and anxiety that typically go along with home building and made it an enjoyable experience.
