The crew was courteous, cleaned up every day, and made sure we were fully satisfied with the job before finishing.Nikki also deserves a special shoutout, helping select the style of our new roof and walking us through all of our questions and concerns.We certainly did not plan on replacing our roof within the first year of purchasing a new home.     We needed a roof replacement and Googled around for good companies, and Im very glad we found and went with Expert Roofing. From start to finish - on a job that (of course) became much bigger after it started - the team was super responsive to our questions, concerns, and requests. The folks who did the work were super diligent, fast, and kind, and the final product looked great. There may be cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for here in terms of customer service and overall work quality.

    The crew did an amazing job! Ben came out to do an inspection on our roof and gutters and found the perfect match for our existing gutter colors. We got a quote right away , and by the following week we got our roof replacement and gutters installed.     Ben is very professional and transparent on all details of price quotes. His 10 man crew led by the project manager, they did excellent work and was a competent and diligent group of workers.     We used Expert Roofing to remove our old siding and to replace it with new vinyl siding and they did a terrific job. Nikki was very helpful with arranging a detailed estimate and coordinating with the town ahead of time to make sure all the regulations were met.     I had an amazing experience with expert roofing and the entire staff, Ben came and explained everything in detail of what had to be done and what didn’t need to be done which a few other roofing company’s I had contacted where trying to make me do for no reason.. the whole process and work was done with precision, fast and very accommodating to all my needs. the finishing product was excellent craftsmanship !     They were quick to visit our home for a leaking roof and offered a fair price to repair. Took awhile to get the roof fixed but that was primarily due to bad weather. When the roofers arrived, they replaced it in a day as promised and even came back to completely clean up. It helps that the folks who worked with us are personable and professional.     Storms and high winds cause old shingles to tear off, causing the roof to leak. I called them up and they showed up to take a look the next day, and explained in detail the work that needed to be done. The quote they gave us was a bit of out my budget, but they were willing to set the price down for us. Texted me pictures of the process and made sure I was happy with the finish product.

    People think that a 5 star review means everything went perfect, however in life and business things rarely go perfect, we did have some hiccups along the way.     I was very impressed by the prompt call back and service. Nikki took my call and was able to quickly schedule the initial assessment and eventually the actual repair. The work was to installed a couple of shingles that were damaged and had blown off of my roof. After this good experience I asked its team for quotes on other repairs that I was looking to do. I got a very fair price to repair and install new crowns on my 2 chimneys. They showed up on time and completed the work according plan. The transactions were super easy.

    From old school craftsmanship and to new school technology. Im from the time where your word was everything when you shook a mans hand and that was it.     After a heavy rainstorm I had a leak in my roof. After calling another contractor who said they do not feel it’s worth repairing .I contacted expert roofing and they explained the situation and said they would repair it for a reasonable price.     November 5, 2023I recently had the pleasure of working with Expert Roofing of Westchester to address some roofing issues at my home. I called several roofing companies and the only company to show up was Expert Roofing of Westchester. Nikki the office manager was able to schedule me for an appraisal within a few days. Ben the owner arrived on time and assessed my roof. We reviewed my options and discussed the best plan of action. The timing of my project was not ideal, but we had multiple leaks and outside the temperature was below freezing. Upon completion, the roof had a few cosmetic flaws because of the outside temperature. When I reached out to Expert Roofing, Ben met with me to address my concerns.
