    Great experience on a tankless water heater from the initial quote through the install and clean up. Charles came out quickly after my inquiry to get the pricing for my options. The price was very competitive after receiving three other quotes. After we accepted the estimate, they were able to get me scheduled just a few days later.The installers showed up on time and were very professional (wore shoe covering without asking, etc). I was told the removal of my old tank and the install of the new tankless would take about 4 hours. It was 4 hours on the dot that they were pulling out of my driveway. They showed me how to use the tank and gave me some tips on cleaning it. They also cleaned / returned the area and my house as if they hadnt even been there. Highly recommend this service from Englands.

    Very professional. I was impressed at both the general knowledge here and the quality of work afterward. Gave several options on replacements for our water heater with pricing invoices for each option. Identified corrosion on some pipes that had gone unnoticed. Delivery of parts was extremely fast.     Weve had Englands Plumbing & Heating come out twice now, both times for our garbage disposal. Both times, they were able to come out same day (and the second time, they were able to come out first thing that morning). They also showed us some basic things to try when our garbage disposal gets stuck.They did have to replace the garbage disposal altogether on the second visit, but the pricing was reasonable and the work was done quickly -- they had a replacement garbage disposal right in the van. All in all, very pleased with their work!

    Major plumbing problems are stressful. Englandā€™s was very responsive and upfront on pricing and procedure. They will be my next call without a doubt the next time i have a plumbing issue.Updated 06/04 - called Englands again for some more plumbing work on my old house. Moved an incorrectly installed washer drain, also was kind enough to do an additional ask that was not part of the original quote for a reasonable fee. I called a few months ago for a clogged drain which they do not handle but referred me to Zoom Drain who came and fixed the issue quickly. Zoom referred me back to Englands to address the root of the issue which was part of todayā€™s visit. I am happy to have someone I can trust for plumbing related issues.

    Charles England came out to repair a leak that appeared to be running under our kitchen floor. The source wasnt apparent, but Charles worked with me on locating the problem over a period of several days. When it was discovered as a heating pipe leak, he repaired it quickly and efficiently. It should be noted that our house is 222 years old so adding to the difficulty.On July 14, 2023, The Englands crew installed a natural gas powered pool heater. Jack and Chandler arrived on time and did a fine, professional job installing the heater. I use Englands plumbing for all of my homes plumbing needs and am never disappointed,My water heater went out late evening on Wednesday. I called the service and got a text back from Charles England in an hour. The England crew came out the next day and installed a new heater. I remain a regular England customer.On October 28, Englands plumbing came out to repair a leaking fresh water valve and perform bi-annual maintenance on my boiler. This was all quickly accomplished with the professionalism and quality that Ive come to expect from Charles England and his staff.

    My hot water heater stopped working Christmas eve.. No hot water, had to take cold showers; imagine that. Reached out to Englands and got a response quickly. Mr. England even texted me on Christmas will several questions regarding the water heater. This was on Christmas day! How many people do that? He scheduled his techs. to come in the morning the day after Christmas. They analyzed the problem and it turned out I needed a new heater. Bottom line is they were back after lunch to install the new heater. They were efficient and customer focused, answering all of my questions. The price was competitive. I highly recommend them.

    Charles England is amazingly responsive, professional and thorough. I had a late night water heater leak, called his service first thing in the morning, his on-call service picked up and said he will call back around noon. Charles called back in an hour and was over at my house to troubleshoot in the next half hour. Diagnosed the problem within 20-minutes, discussed with me and once agreed and approved to do a new install, he actioned instantaneously. His crew was back by 1 pm the same day with a water heater and an expansion tank. Implementation was flawless and completed in about an hour and they were done! I was up and running with hot water in less than 24-hours! Cannot ask for much more in todays world of disservice. Highly recommend Charles and his crew!

    Well Pump: I never met a company so responsive and organized! Englandā€™s should teach other companies their process, because many that we hired donā€™t come close to their professionalism, organization, communication and knowledge! If something is not broke, they wonā€™t scam u into purchasing something u donā€™t need! We called at 6:00 PM and spoke to a real person (yes, thatā€™s correct) and had Charles out the following morning to complete a diagnostic test and within an hour a team (unbelievable knowledgeable team) showed up to complete the task. Iā€™m a forever customer! We also need a new water system and we will be having them to complete this task!     Over night our water heater developed a leak and after 17 years it was time to replace it. I found Englands Plumbing and Heating as a recommended installer for Bradford White water heaters on the net. I called at 8 in the morning and was put in touch with the owner, Charles England. He gave us a great price and promised same day repair. He arrived just after noon and the new Bradford White was installed by 2 PM. The work was of excellent quality and also neat and clean. Mr. England couldnt have been nicer and also took the time to instruct us how to care for the new heater. This may sound like a review from a relative of Mr. Englands but I can assure you it is not. He really is one of the best technicians I have come across as a home owner. I can only but recommend him without reservation.

    After finding our hot water heater had apparently been leaking, probably for an extended period, we called CR Englands and almost immediately was able to talk with Charles. He came about an hour later and determined (after about 30 years of use!) that our dependable water heater was indeed history. He was able to order a replacement that would be here the next day by 2pm. He got it early and was at my house within 15 minute! An hour or so later the new heater was installed and heating up.     Englands plumbing has been performing all the installations and repairs for the plumbing in my home for years.     I couldnā€™t believe all good reviews at first, but now see how all of them are true. We have been experiencing water issues until we lost water all together. I set up appointment with Englandā€™s and he showed up next day. Thoroughly tested entire system, explaining and teaching us A LOT along the way (new home and water pump owners), and identified the problem to be the pump. It had to be replaced. All prices were explained and provided to us upfront (very fair). New pump arrived 30 mins later and was replaced shortly after. We are very satisfied with the service and will be using them again shortly to address other issues around the house. Highly recommend!

    Very professional, knowledgeable, and great work. I had a leaking water heater and called Englandā€™s Plumbing to have someone come out to take a look. Upon looking at the old setup, it was determined that the tank had a leak due to no expansion tank being added and over time the pressure from cold to hot eventually put a crack in the tank causing a small leak. Englandā€™s Plumbing realized the tank wasnā€™t that old and actually found out it was still under warranty (we are the new home owners). They replaced the heater, added an expansion tank, and copper shutoff valves for a very reasonable price. They even took the time to explain the issue and how they fixed it and what to do to keep maintenance up. Very happy with the job and how fast they were able to complete it. Will be using them again for any of my plumbing needs as well as recommending them to friends and family.

    Had a situation upon waking this Wed.morning with no water from faucet, called a local Plumbing company , couldnt provide service today, contacted Englands, left msg, contacted Horizon, they sent technician, charged over a hundred to evaluate, told me could repair on Fri, 2 days away, England called back, came over, evaluated as well, needing a well pump, he returned an hour after eval with proper parts, repaired in half the quoted time from Horizon, and , more efficiently, and to our satisfaction, half the cost!, horizon quoted $ 6600., , would recommend this service for all my neighbors and friends.     I used Englandā€™s Plumbing before for a small repair. This time was the replacement of a 40 year old ejector pump, bringing the system to code, including alarms. Also replaced a failed septic tank pump alarm. Charles England quoted at no cost, was timely and professional in scheduling and performing the work. Great communication throughout the process.     Charles arrived to check the problem and scheduled the repair promptly. He coordinated the excavator (RAM-TAP) and made the repair (pitless connector replacement) on the scheduled date and time. I am very happy with the repair and with the choice of the excavator. Jim from RAM-TAP was very protective of my property and cleaned up the excavation so it is barely noticeable that the hole was dug.5 out of 5 stars!!

    I give England Plumbing & Heating a 5 star.. Came out immediately and install the new pipe within a day. They made a bad situation for us into a easy fix by use a blasting pipe install. The yard was not trenched and we didnā€™t loose our landscaped steps with this technique. There was a hole dug big enough to pull the cable and pipe through and make the necessary connection to our Cesspool. A great company to work with.Thank you
