Dave and his brother, Rich, did my vinyl snap flooring in my house and they did an exceptional job. They are both great guys and there work is even better! I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family if youre looking for a good crew with clean work.

We had a challenging roof - all cedar shake shingles. Dave and his team were awesome. The workmanship was excellent, Dave was always in good communication with us, and they finished within the allotted time frame. The pricing was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Our recent roofing job with DM Construction couldnt have gone better! As a new-ish homeowner this was our first major project so we were extra careful to get lots of quotes and ask questions to avoid some of the lessons others have learned the hard way. Next time we wont need to be so thorough...well just call DM.Some roofers didnt return calls or gave outrageous quotes because our roof was too high or too complicated (saltbox with a turret). Dave had the knowledge and experience to know exactly how to get it done, and his pricing was extremely competitive. We were skeptical about roofing in cold temps and whether a previous roof leak would effect the plywood underneath, but Dave answered all our questions and made sound recommendations that gave us confidence.There were a few understandable delays given the time of year but Dave kept in constant communication which is the most important thing; we always knew where our project stood. When it was time to start the job, the crew was incredible! They used full safety equipment and worked like a machine, floating back and forth across the roof in perfect coordination. Every time debris hit the ground they whooshed it away into the dumpster and left the site exactly how they found it (but with a better roof). They started at 8am and were done with the entire job by 4pm!So far the roof looks great and is holding up perfectly. Its so nice not to have to worry about it again for a long time!
