    Steve and his team did an excellent job on the install of two new boilers and indirect water heaters. He had the entire install done in just about one day and made sure my tenants were not more than 1 night without hot water. His work was very neat and professional. I wouldnt recommend a better contractor to do the work for any boiler needs.

    Steve and the guys from New England Boiler Works are top notch! I really appreciated Steve’s courteous and candid feedback when I was trying to decide what system configuration was best for my family’s needs. The quality of the products that they use and the care and craftsmanship they bring to their work are second to none. I personally think that the effort put into cleaning up after a job speaks volumes about a business; Steve and his team left everything in perfect condition and it was so nice to see!As a consumer I always try to support companies that make their products in the United States and I was very happy when Steve designed a system for me that featured an American-made boiler and an American-made indirect hot water tank.     I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by New England Boiler Works. They replaced all the water heaters and boilers in my multifamily property with cutting-edge Navien NCB-190 gas-fired Combi boilers. The team expertly handled everything from supplying and installing new valves, piping, and controls to efficiently removing the old boilers and water heaters. They even took care of the gas and electrical connections for the new boilers. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was truly impressive.     Steve and his crew did an amazing job! So happy with my new updated boiler system. Within 3 days they diagnosed, ordered the necessary parts, and installed my new system! They worked a long day and didnt leave until everything was working perfectly, and cleaned up all the mess! I will highly recommend them to all my family and friends!:)

    Ok...so we are jumping on the 5 star bandwagon!! Its been about a month since we had our entire boiler replaced & we could not be more pleased with the peace of mind. We opted to support the small local business over of the big call center companies. We had a sense it would be less painful and we were right.Steve [the owner] has been in business since the 90s and this is all they do-and you can tell! He came -assessed our needs, clearly explained everything and quoted us a price. The final billing shockingly had no surprises or hidden costs. A rarity these days!! You can trust this company.A BONUS was the staff. We are huge fans of Nate [super OCD haha] & Josh our techs. They work together like a well oiled machine [pun intended].Bottom line: truly exceptional company & service you can trust.

    Steve and his crew are amazing! Steve came out and was so informative and professional. I never had to get a new boiler before and I had to have had a million questions, and Steve was so patient and answered each and every one of them. The day of installation the crew came out on time and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. They went through everything with me and got the job done in less than a day and the warranty is the best out there. They took out my old boiler and replaced it with a new one. They cleaned up everything. The quality and craftsmanship exceeded all expectations. I am so glad we went with New England Boiler Works! They were so informative and professional! I will continue to use this company for all my servicing needs! I highly recommend this company!

    Steve and his crew arrived at my house promptly at 8:00 am to install a new boiler. They completed the job at 1:00 pm. They were very efficient, neat and very well organized. Steve is very knowledgeable and they were extremely pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend giving them a call when in the market for a new boiler.

    I purchased a home with an old, and undersized boiler that needed replacement. I called New England boiler works. Steve came to my home and gave me a written quote on the spot! After receiving three estimates his price was very competitive but most of all he made me feel comfortable with what I was getting for my money, I scheduled the job with NEB. Steve and crew showed up on the day and time promised with everything needed to replace my boiler. They changed it out, cleaned up the work area and took the old boiler away. It’s hard to find anybody like New England boiler works.They do what is promised and did not charge a penny more than the quote. I highly recommend this company.

    Steve installed a Williamson oil boiler and indirect water heater for us. He was one of three quotes we got, the lowest -- in one case by thousands of dollars. Steve also gave a firm quote, whereas the next lowest bid was an estimate. When Steve gave us his quote, he told us that we should be aware that some installers give estimates and then find excuses to bill more than their quote. This was a big and unexpected expense for us, so we really couldnt bear the risk of that kind of uncertainty. Steve and his helper did the job in a single day, never taking a break. He left the basement spotless and the install included a lot of iron piping and cutoff valves at every inlet/outlet. Steve is also a very nice guy, a no pressure salesman who offered to requote with different equipment if we wanted to compare apples to apples with other quotes or wanted different equipment. Since the install, everything has been great and the indirect water heater is a huge improvement both for rock steady water temperature (a big change for us) and for the boiler run time, which should save us substantial expense especially over the warmer months. Highly recommend N.E. Boiler Works. Shop around and youll see how reasonable his quote is.

    Amazing service. Just had a boiler replaced by New England Boiler Works. Steven Rossi was very patient with my 9 million questions. He explained every detail of the installation as well as why he made particular recommendations. The crew was friendly, respectful of my home, clean, organized, and tolerant of a beagle who came to investigate the installation scene. Super professional, prompt, responsive, a pleasure to work with, and a very good price.Speaking of price. He had quoted me one number. Then the next morning he called me back and said that number felt funny to me, so I re-ran it. Its actually $400 less. I appreciate that he knew that I didnt know beans about boilers and he was still so honest about the price. He is a class act all the way.

    Did a fantastic job from start to finish with my oil to gas boiler conversion. Steve handled the gas line request to the oil tank removal. Now I have a bigger cellar with a quiet boiler and hot water tank. Job was done in one day. Have already passed on his contract information to 2 friends. Great job.

    Steve is awesome. At 8:00 at night, our indirect hot water heater split and started pouring water everywhere. We called New England Boiler Works at 8:30 on a Friday night...and they answered the phone on the second ring!!! By 3 o’clock on Saturday we had a new water heater installed! Ultra professional and a very fair price given the weekend. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

    Steve and the guys at N.E. BOILERWORKS took on a job that nobody wanted to touch.My old oil boiler, under my house, in a crawl space had rotted out, and every other hvac contractor in R.I. ran for the hills, or told me theyd call me, or show up tomorrow, and never did.Steve came the day I called him and told me that it wasnt even that difficult a job, gave me an estimate to convert to propane.When the job was done in one day, they even came back and waited for the propane dealer to install the tanks, to fire the new boiler up, and test it.N.E. Boilerworks was the only hvac contractor that came thru and did what they said they could and would do. I wouldnt trust anyone else to work on my pipes but Steve and his guys.

    Very professional and trustworthy. No upselling, yet informative.I just needed someone to take a look at our boiler to make sure it was ready for the winter - hadnt had it looked at for 5 years, so it was time. Steve suggested changing out the motor driven pump (which has been very noisy) and I now I dont lay in bed at night irritated by the high frequency noise. He gave me a heads up on how long my boiler would last but no pressure. Will definitely use NE Boiler for future work.

    So impressed with their expertise, attention to detail, and pride in their work. Quickly diagnosed problem with new steam heat boiler that had been improperly installed (by another horrible company), and fixed in a jiffy, for a ridiculously low price. Will call them back if ever needed and recommend to anyone I know for heating. They are awesome!!!

    Replaced oil burner with Navien tank-less Gas unit. Very well done, everything on schedule and on-time. Submitted paperwork for National Grid to bring Gas to home. Highly recommended...Also digging the new Gas system, silent operation, constant temperature hot water, small wall mounter unit freed up space where burner was located...Just an Update - National Grid Paid rebate of $1000 for >95% efficient Gas Bolier -- woohoo! -- Also added two Nest-E Thermostats which 1 was discouted $100 and the other rebate of $50 -- so for $160 total replaced the old Mercury Thermostats

    Boiler Works recently did a full removal and replacement of my steam boiler in my 1929 home. Retrofitting a brand new system into an antique home is never easy, the crew was extremely knowledgeable and overcame every obstacle with ease. They worked clean and quickly, protecting my home from unnecessary damages with plenty of drop cloths and and taking special care when removing and installing the new system. They had my system removed and up and running for same day heat. Great people, great work, great prices!

    Absolutely fantastic experience. After my boiler crapped out and Restivo literally left me in the cold, I called NE Boiler Works out of the blue. Steve answered my call, and unfortunately could not come out that day, but came out first thing Thursday. He and his assistant came out right on time. Unfortunately after poking around he said my boiler was dead. He was able to give me a quote right then and there and if I could get the money together or approved through their financing, he could do the work Friday, the very next day. I was able to get the money together, thanks to my tax refund (easy come easy go, right?). His scrappers showed up about 7:45 to remove the old boiler, and a little after 8 Steve showed up, again right on time. By 2PM the boiler was installed and running. He advised me the system would need to be skimmed of grease and oil after a few days of using it to eliminate water hammer that would damage the system, but it was a simple process of allowing the boiler to cool and them draining the boiler until the water comes out clean.Again I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend NE Boiler Works to anyone.

    Amazing job. 100+% satisfied. Steve came out for quote same day I called. Reasonably priced and flawless work. Scheduled install..showed up on time, removed old water heater and boiler and installed a combo unit. Started at 8am and completed by 3pm. Previous quotes said it would take 2 or more days. Not only done timely but correctly. No hassles or run around. I read a previous comment made about Steve bothering a customer for payment. Well it is the customers responsibility to pay for service/equipment received. Customer should be contacting the contractor to pay. I had equip installed on a Thursday, scheduled inspection for Friday morning and loan closing on Friday afternoon. Steve had his money in full by late Friday afternoon. He buys equip and installs it without any upfront money from customer, so the customer should have the common decency to pay the man without a run around. This contractor is true to his word and does AMAZING work. I will recommend him to anyone needing boiler service/install. Grreat guy who does great work! Thanks Steve!
