West End Electric are by far the most reputable and dependable folks working in the Sandhills. A family-owned business, they have personally responded to my home on several occasions within an hour of my call. Their work is thorough, and they possess the expertise you might think only belong to the bigger companies. We have used other vendors and have been less than impressed in the long-run with their work ethic and their high prices. If you need work from electric, AC and heating specialists, these are the folks you want to call.

Oxygen has become a part of our household. When the electricity went out in only half our house and all outlets, I called West End Electric and, because of our situation and the compassion of one of the owners, Wayne came over shortly after. As it turns out, the problem actually belonged to Duke Power and Wayne also spoke with their customer service and, a couple hours later, all power was restored.I will definitely trust Wayne and his company, West End Electric, with my electrical needs.Thank you.

Professional and dependable. The quality of their work is excellent. They went above and beyond providing us with tips and pointers for the use of our new gas pack unit they installed. The price was less than we expected with all that was involved replacing the duct work under our home from the damage caused by the hurricane. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Great customer service!
