    I had Remodeling Network replace four windows for me. The entire process was excellent from the start to finish. Ed came to the house to measure and take requirements for replacing windows. He followed up next day with a quote and time line for having windows manufactured. Windows were delivered in 3 weeks with installation scheduled after delivery. Installation was started and completed same day. Quality of windows and workmanship is excellent, cleaned up, and completed. Extremely happy with results, quality, and installation. Entire experience from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend Remodeling Network for home improvement needs.

    Remodeling network built a front porch (roof and pavers) for us. We were very happy with their and Ed’s responsiveness, preparedness (town permits and paperwork), work quality and attention to detail. They even fixed and repaired siding in the back for no charge and moved shrubbery from the front and replanted it in the back. Job well done. Ed works with quality teams that all specialize in their area of focus (framers, siders, electrician, hardscapers). You’ll be very happy when you pick remodeliing network to tackle your next big or small project.

    We used Remodel Network for a couple large projects and both were completed with high quality work. Both projects required proper planning to ensure our vision was met, which it was. Ed did a great job communicating throughout, the only opportunity that Id bring up is to ensure a final walk through is completed properly at the end of the job. There were some items that needed attention, which eventually wad closed out. I would certainly recommend this team!

    I hired Remodeling Network LLC to handle a roofing job for me. Ed came out to speak to me and told me upfront that his company was NOT the cheapest but that he could guarantee a first-class result. Before hiring Remodeling Network, I obtained several estimates, mostly from lowballers or fly-by-nighters. Ed told me right away what the project would cost and further encouraged me to shop around. I tossed out the lowballers and any company that consisted of two guys, a pickup truck and a ladder. Ed was patient throughout the bidding process. I happened upon one reputable local company that wanted almost double what Remodeling Network wanted to do the job. I told the owner the next day that Remodeling LLC would do the work at about half the cost. Half an hour later, the guy calls me back to say that, well, due to tax breaks and warranty changes, he would do the project at Eds price. I told him to pound sand and erased his number from my phone and called Ed. The next day we had a signed contract stipulating what was to be done, when where and how down to the last detail. Ed did warn me that weather could possibly cause delays, which I expected but we only lost one or two days to rain. As the project included a complete tearoff of two old layers of shingles, I expected a bit of time would pass before everything could be done. Not so. There was a dumpster on site the following day and the day after that, his crew got going. These guys do NOT let moss grow under their feet. They are a hard working group and a pleasure to work with. They did find a relatively minor structural issue, Ed told me about it and we immediately reached a fair price to do the extra work. Ed, his people and Remodeling Network hit every time and completion date dead on the money. Yes, you CAN find a cheaper company to do your work. But its always cheapest to do it right the first time.     Ed and his team at the Remodeling Network did such a great job on our bathroom that we had them do our kitchen afterwards. Ed is a great designer and saved us money by not having to go to separate designers which would have cost us thousands. Plus he knows so much about construction that he quickly saw and highlighted both the obstacles and opportunities to completely remodel both our bathroom and kitchen. As a result, both are now centerpieces in our house and friends and family flip out when they see the work we did. Ed is responsive and accessible and was there to help out when we hit the inevitable construction snags.Were very pleased with the work that was done and we wouldnt hesitate to hire Ed and his crew again for future work.

    We just moved to the area and I needed a contractor to remove a wall between two bedrooms, I found these folks on Google and I’m glad I did. This “small” job turned into more and more things we needed done; finishing a basement/gym, installing a barn door, making and installing a custom desk, wall lighting, cable routing, fireplace installation… and I’m sure there will be more. Ed is very responsive and intuitively understands what we need so we keep calling every time we need something outside the scope of standard handiwork.His crew are all excellent people and are very respectful of our home.     I am the type of person I like to retrieve a few quotes on any job I would like done, reviews are a big part on deciding on any company. You hear horror stories regarding contractors and I really did my research, I choose to work with the remodeling network and Ed and his team. I needed a new roof and I got a great one. Ed and his team were very thorough from explaining all the materials with giving me a timeline and even explaining the financing. I choose to do more work after the roof and they never left me hanging, always in touch with me on the project, even with the rainy weather as soon as a dry day came they were right back to work. The staff is very professional and very polite, I could not be happier, I also know moving forward on any other jobs I choose to do I will not have to research any other company because I truly trust this one and I love the work they do.     We replaced all of our windows in September 2023 on our house on Long Beach Island. Ed and his crew did an excellent job installing what I consider to be very high-quality replacement windows (ProVia). In fact we had a very bad storm with heavy rain and severe winds on the weekend of the installation, and the windows held up beautifully without any leaks or wind penetration! Jamie led the crew doing the installation and he was very professional from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend Remodeling Network.

    Ed and Sean and their team were professional and we’re on the job and they said they would be. They did continue to follow up as my solar panels needed to come off the roof before they did my roof. They worked diligently to make sure that everything was kept on top of and that I could get my roof done as quickly as possible. They cleaned up everything and made sure that I was satisfied with the job. I truly recommend them for any work that you need done because they will get it done as quickly as possible.

    We signed contract with Ed & Remodeling Network in 2021 for a new addition. After several issues with our township retrieving permits, variances, our daughter having emergency surgery, this new addition has been a roller coaster ride. However, I would not want to be on this ride with anyone else than Ed & his team. While at the hospital, Ed made important decisions for us to keep the job moving & nailed it! From the beginning, Ed made our dream addition happen within our budget. The attention & wanting to please/satisfy the customer is unmatched! I wish I won lotto so Ed can redo our entire house just so we can keep contact with him & his team!     Ive been working with Ed and Remodelling Network for the past six months. Ed has assisted me from the beginning, by accompanying me on initial property showings to help me determine a reasonable offer, based on the estimated cost of renovations and repairs. Once I selected a property for my fix and flip project, Ed consulted with contractors from his Network, who performed a separate walkthrough of the property, to provide us with a firm estimate based on the scope of work that we agreed on. Eds estimates were Right on Target and in some cases Ed was able to negotiate a lower price with the vendors from his Network.Once the project was underway, Ed made regular visits to the work site to monitor the status of the project and he provided me with progress photos on a weekly basis. Ed created a comprehensive payment schedule based on the scope of work to be performed at every stage of the project, and advised me when it was appropriate to release payment to the contractors or when we should hold our payment back until certain additional work was completed. Ed handled any issues that arose with the contractors regarding the pace at which they were working or the quality of their work.Our estimated turnaround time for completion of the project was 8 weeks. Due to significant amounts of rain that delayed our work on the exterior of the property, and an unexpected plumbing issue, we were able to complete the project in 10 weeks. The plumbing issue involved a leaking water heater that required us to replace the water heater and the ceiling in the room below it. Notwithstanding that additional, unexpected repair, Ed kept our project on budget by re-prioritizing other items in our overall scope of work.Ed resolves about 75% of the headaches that comes with the Fix and Flip business. If youre thinking about investing in real estate, but the construction aspect of it is holding you back, please, please consider Ed and Remodelling Network.

    I met with Ed early in my basement project, but didnt believe I needed his full suite of services and chose to begin the project on my own with someone NOT from his network.After losing quite a bit of money to a third-rate contractor and numerous false starts, Ed was able to review the work and select the best candidate in his network for getting me back on track and brought the project up to code.Then when the job was ALMOST done, Hurricane Ida hit and caused 4 inches of flooding. Ed talked to me the very next morning and has been working with his network to help me clean up from the damage AND make sure that we do the CORRECT preventative work.As someone whos still new to renovation and construction projects, I am grateful that Ed is able to share his expertise and insights.     I found remodeling Network on line and was impressed on how they operate. The company has a network of licensed contractors which do all different phases of home remodeling. When I called the office, I spoke to Ed and told him I had a retaining wall that was leaning and if someone could come out to take a look. I met Ed and he looked at the wall and told me the original contractor failed to install proper drainage. The good news was he said I could reuse my retaining wall blocks. He called a excavator on his network and met out at my home. I got his price he was 10,000.00 less. The job came out great.     I was introduced to Remodeling Network via social media. I initially inquired about a demo and installing pavers for my yard. Thankfully, when Ed came to see the yard, he noticed a structural issue in my sun room which could have been very dangerous for my family and I.     We hired Remodeling Network to rip down an old existing weathering wood large deck and replace it with a composite deck walkway with 2 sets of steps, gates and lattice. And excavate around our in ground pool to level the ground to create a paver patio and paver kitchen counter and sitting rock walls. Like any project we had some hiccups but Ed, the owner was there to fix and help at all times. He was always responsive, reliable, very honest and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our project wasn’t a short one so we have had the time to get to know Ed. I can’t emphasize enough what a truly stand up and hard working guy he is. Someone with such a strong work ethic is hard to find these days. And he is knowledgeable and helped brainstorm ideas before working and making sure what we did made sense and that we all were on board.     I was introduced to Ed after being hustled by a contractor. My renovation was only 60% complete when I fired my initial contractor. I was lost, confused and uncertain how to proceed forward with my renovation. Ed explained his services and what Remodeling Network had to offer. Within a week of hiring Remodeling Network, Ed had a contractor committed to my renovation, negotiated contract ready for me so sign and a step by step plan to complete my renovation.     I contacted the Remodeling Network about redoing a deck and some dead space I had in my backyard. Ed picked up the phone the on the 2nd ring (unlike most contractors) and said he would stop by that evening. True to his word, he came and assessed what I needed done. He had some amazing ideas and suggested details I wouldn’t of even thought of. He was fairly priced and started the job before his scheduled date. His team was amazing as well. They showed up on time, worked throughout the day and addressed any issues or concerns I had along the way. What was supposed to take 3 weeks to complete, The Remodeling Network got it done on 10 days!!! The finished product is spectacular. Their attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched.     Let me start this review by stating that I have never left a single online review in my life and I would leave 10 positive reviews for Ed and Remodeling Network LLC if I could. I came across Ed during my search for a general contractor to rectify an extremely difficult permitting dispute between me, my HOA, and my townships building department. Over the past 3 weeks, I had called 15+ general contractors and even a handful of attorneys with absolutely no progress.Once I called Ed, it was quickly apparent that I had finally connected with someone that has the experience and skillset necessary to get me out of this mess. A few days/phone calls later, Ed had come up with a solution that was not only cost effective, but appeased all the stakeholders involved including me, the HOA, and the township building department. Eds overall professionalism and communication skills are second to none, especially when dealing with high pressure situations and sometimes less than pleasant HOA representatives/township officials.     Met the owner of Remodeling Network LLC, Ed Giguere on a job site. I was watching a job he was doing renovating a home. Every week I went by and saw new framing, windows, siding. I asked if I could see the inside. He was having the bathroom and kitchen floor tiled. I was very impress with the speed and quality of the work. I had him come to my home and he gave me a quote for the back sunroom. He explained he had a contractor in his network that can do the work. I signed the contract and the job went very smoothly.     My wife found Remodeling Network on Facebook and I was skeptic because of past experiences with Other contractors but I needed work done so we gave them a chance. Ed came to my house, he was on time, dressed professional and mostImportantly we didn’t feel like he was trying toSell us something on the spot. He explained their value proposition of finding the right contractor for the specific scope of work we wanted performed and I personally found the refreshing because not all GC’s are good at everything. We wanted our basement remodeled but we needed help with design in the small space we have. We have 3 kids, we wanted to maximize storage space but also create an area for kids to hang out and have a Saturday family movie night. Ed took notes, we spoke budget ranges and when he left he promised to have us a proposal within 3 business days. My wife said great! I said yea sure because our budget wasn’t that high so I figured he would not even send a proposal over. To my surprise 3 days later he honored his promise, it was detailed and professional and had payment terms that was in line with our budget. Ed sent his team over and passed on our project to a PM that walk us through every step of the way. He checked in several times on us and when we hit a snag, he stopped by and offered suggestions. The finished product exceeded our expectations and yes it’s always longer timeframe and more money then you first budget, that’s just construction!     Ed and his team are great! I found Remodeling Network LLC on Facebook and decided to reach out to do some preliminary research on finishing our basement. He took the time to work with us and explain all of our options. We instantly felt a comfort level working with him. We finalized the project and his team immediately got to work.
